The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and the drinks were filling. The staff were warm, friendly, and very kind. But the service was very slow. It took 27 mins to get a lemonade. I would just like the speed of Service to be a little better.

Came here for Mother's Day brunch and the food was great and the staff was very friendly. Omelet bar and fresh made foods were very good. All of the fruit, pastries, yogurt varieties and quiche were yummy. This was a great choice!

I have stayed here twice, a couple years apart, for some quiet time to myself. The hotel is impeccably clean and climate controlled. The staff is professional and very helpful. Sylvia, in particular, is a superstar.

The convenience of the little market downstairs is really handy, although I wish there were more natural/healthy snacks available, or maybe even a small grab and go sandwich selection, as room service has been unavailable during each of my stays. Additionally, perhaps when room service is not operating, HGI could leave a flier with local pizza joints and whatnot that deliver.

The housekeeping staff is quiet and respectful. I did not wake up to loud vacuuming or children running and screaming up and down the hallways. I occupied myself with baths (only available in 2 queen bed rooms, fyi), books, and an indulgent binge of Ancient Aliens on the room tv. The tv itself is quite small for such a lovely room, and the lack of a guide channel is very disappointing, but I know my way to the History Channel and HBO, so I suppose that's all I really needed.

The beds are firm and cozy. The covers are welcomingly snuggly, and since I had two beds for one person, I combined all the pillows to make myself a pillow throne. Oh yeah.

Very nice hotel. I stay here every 6 to 8 weeks for a week and the stay is consistently the same. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly, restaurant and bar offers good food and friendly service and its a great location near Norterra. Highly recommend.

Location is in an office park so it was pretty quiet.Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good service. Pool is small but nice and towels were provided, however new cushions are needed for chairs around the pool and tables should be cleaned each morning.Would stay here again.

Breakfast isn't free for a room that costs $300+/night. The breakfast bar is barely better than a standard hotel breakfast, and it's actually worse that they use real plates because they're all dirty.

Stayed at this Hotel for Two Weeks for Business, and I loved every minute of it. The staff was awesome and attended to whatever I needed, including Driving me to my Office when needed. The Rooms were clean, The Breakfasts were delicious and the service was impeccable. My only complaint is that the 24 Hour mini-market they have at the front desk is a bit expensive, but that's the price of convenience, I suppose.

We had a great stay. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were comfortable. We ate at the restaurant daily and found the food to be very good and the service excellent. We would most definitely return.

we chose to stay here over Drury Inn down the road, because of the name,Hilton, wow what a big mistake, the room was smaller, toilet pare rolls are a stretch away under the sink counter top,the towel rack is in shower,so they all get wet and steamed. when checking in no one tells u where everything is,about services, diner hours ,pricing, nothing, just that the elevator is down the way . in the lobby couches are torn, carpets are stained, really more like a super 8, heck I think motel 6 is better.
Breakfast was so confusing it's not even funny ,and plates weren't even out, lots of little things, and this is pure laziness, because we were 15 minutes early and watched the 2 lady's were chatting away. it's such a lame setup, the whole place. 50 bucks more than Drury Inn,and the place, and staff are a cut below all,Hilton Ghetto Inn,never will be back, that's for sure!!

Hotel is a 5 star when you walk in, but rooms are definitely not 5 star. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. Not worth the money we paid. I was expecting a cozy nights sleep. Restaurant and bar close at 10PM! So don't expect a good drink or a bit to eat if you're coming in late.

Staff does not have good customer service skills. Three days of no room service. Had to get towels on my own. When calling the front desk to ask questions about my account. The lady would say I dont know I will call you back and never did. Caught the front desk clerk who wouldn't call me back on a personal phone call talking about family issues instead of dealing with customers. The tile floors in lobby area and leading to the elevator and inside the elevator were always dirty and smelled bad. Light fixture in bathroom loose and hanging from the ceiling. The rooms are clean though I felt like I had to clean it myself and I stayed there for several days till I had enough. I had expected better from a Hilton. I wont be going back. Spend the extra money and go to other hotel establishments.

Currently staying here (July 4th weekend). Am disabled, also do in-home tech/IT work, so this review will be centered around these things.

Check in was very easy. Booked from the Hilton app. I chose an 'accessible' room as I'm staying alone and didn't want any issues. Room is surprisingly spacious. 1x king, 32" TV - though unfortunately it seems to be 720 ('high definition') and not 1080 ('full' or 'true' HD). Bummer, but I brought my own tech, so it's no big deal. It's also got a nice amount of inputs (2x hdmi, which I'd imagine most people are wondering about) and one USB port. So you can run an Amazon Fire Stick or Chromecast straight from the TV. You will, however, need your own network to do this, be it a hotspot or a full blown router, unless you want the people in the rooms around you to be able to screw with your device. The TV doesn't remember any settings, so when it powers on it's at the defaults. This is good - no surprise HBO late-night movies for kids to find from the previous user - and bad - if you need to adjust *anything*, you will have to do it every time you turn on the TV. Be warned, this gets old fast.

The A/C unit is mounted under the window, the controls on its built-in panel are overridden by the thermostat on the wall (so don't bother poking at the unit itself). You can control the temperature and the modes (heat/cool) but not the fan speed (even though it obviously has two speeds on the built-in panel...) so it's either quiet or full-blast. I usually sleep in a room with multiple computers running near or always 24/7, so I have three fans running even during the night. This means that this unit doesn't really bother me, but I'm not the typical guy. Not a make-or-break thing, but something to be aware of.

Now, their network. This, for me, *is* a make-or-break feature, and it's crippled - at least in my room. The ethernet line (the switch it's connected to, actually, though I can't be totally sure without access to their equipment - but it could be further down the line, too) has failed. This means that, in my room, I could not hook up my mini-desktop via ethernet (wired, hard-line, for all those wondering what I'm on about) and have it share the connection with my other devices via wifi (remember, this is needed for my Chromecast, among other things). I spent literally hours testing, retesting, making sure it wasn't something with my equipment - I even asked the front desk, who called their (outsourced) support people, and I got a level 1 'down at the bottom of your screen...' tech that just asked questions about things I'd done initially, hours ago. I ended up frustrated (this is not the first time a hotel network has been terrible - 4 hotels in recent memory: from spotty wifi, to promises of speeds that were never even approached, to each device needing a separate daily subscription ($$$) for higher speeds (!?)...) and went to a local brick-and-mortar store to purchase a travel router; it connects to their wifi, then rebroadcasts the network under your own settings. But I shouldn't need to do any of this - I'm paying for comfort and convenience. Unfortunately, I'm only getting comfort.

Everything else not mentioned is positive - a bit above what I'm used to, actually.

If the network issue was fixed/non-issue, I'd give another star. It's just - these things should be working, and when they aren't, people on the premises should know how to resolve it. Not just scripted phone support, but actual people who know what to do *right then and there* for when the situation calls for it. That's a big step from 'we can call support' to 'can you buzz Steve and ask him to go by room...'. It's like asking for help and getting directions on the phone about how to change a tire, when you are way past that and have determined that isn't going to cut it, and you need real help. Above and beyond should be the norm, and it's not.

Oh, and one last thing: there is no whole milk available for purchase in the 'pantry'. Soda and booze to rival full-stocked convenience stores - but whole milk? What's that?

Most rooms here have showers without tubs. I seriously had to wear my flip flops in the shower to not feel so grossed out. No DVD players in rooms. Staff is actually really helpful and breakfast was great. Lots of options and the breakfast buffet and the chef are available til 10am on weekdays and 11am on weekends! Nothing great about the rooms. Aside from being big with lots of open space. Rooms have a Refrigerator and a microwave.

Checked in randomly after hiking all day, and driving straight thru from Zion, totally exausted. The whole staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was very quiet, clean, and cozy. We haven't enjoyed a much needed hotel stay this much in ages. Delightful waitress at complementary delicious breakfast was added bonus! Trip to airport the next day was a breeze. Wish this hotel chain had been on our radar before. I do know it will be the only one we stay at from now on. Thank You!

Staff needs to be more friendlier. My shower was broken when I entered the room. They wanted to wait for 3 hours to fix the shower and did not want to give me another room. When I complained they turned a deaf ear to me. Not the best value for money.

What a wonderful hotel experience!

What a wonderful hotel experience!
The room was clean, spacious, well appointed, and the bed was clean & comfy with plenty of pillow options. Hotel staff was welcoming & helpful and the Free breakfast was superior.
On arrival there was hospitality service before the check-in. Coffee, tea, infused waters, citrus fruits, & wine choices; help yourself.
We arrived too late to take advantage of the other amenities (fully stocked lounge, restaurant, gym, & etc) the layout was well designed with great sight-lines and excellent presentation.

The location is a little bit out of the way, (for us, but not by much) but this is a travelers gem at a truly reasonable cost.
