Very convenient but not the greatest for, just average

I ordered the carne asada fries, with shrimp. It was not very good. The service was excellent though.

Dinner and drinks 3 nights in a row during our cabi scoop. Each time the service and food were excellent.

I liked it it was a fun open space we play the game sliding some discs on a smooth wood platform. The people that work there were nice friendly the food portions were generous ,this is a good one

Wings were good. Very very limited menu and they were out of items on the menu. We were there for a convention and they were made aware we were coming. The Gin and Ginger Ale has about 1/2 shot of Gin in it and flat Ginger Ale. Pretty sad for a $14 drink. When I read Bar and Grill, I think of steak, burgers, chicken, and wings. They had 2 burgers and 1 steak on the menu. Wings were the only chicken on the menu. The waitress was very pushy with our ordering and was overbearing on if we were ready to order yet or not.

4/5 stars on the wings. 2 stars on the rest. It would be an ok quick lunch location or a place to just go drink.

Great food right on the water front with beautiful views

I ordered pork tacos and the serving size was 2 tacos. Wamp wamp. The beer selection is decent though.

The buffalo flatbread was pretty good! Service is so-so but for the price in a hotel, it s pretty good!

Loved the salad with feta cheese. Great, friendly service!!!

Stopped by for a late lunch.. great food.. the Steak Asada fries was excellent.. a little spicy but that's the idea.. my wife said the hamburger was good, too. It is a little pricey but you get a lot of food.. service was good.. nice views.. a good dining experience..

Average Sports Bar and Grill in a pleasant setting on the San Diego Waterfront. Food was pretty standard service can be very slow.

Typical sports bar, quite noisy, not cheap and with limited menu. Friendly staff though...

It was expensive for what you get BUT it was very speedy, pretty tastey, and the staff was beyond nice.

It was ok, but not worth what you pay for. Pretty sure the bar tender forgot to put in our food order until we reminded him. This was after we waited way too long for our drinks. Overall the service wasn't worth the mediocre food and drinks.

Blackend Mahi tacos were fabulous! I had them everyday for 4 days! Could use a couple of more IPAs on tap

Limited menu but food is good
Sit on patio if it is open. Had the fish and chips which were plentiful. Fries were great. Chicken nachos are respectful nothing to write home about. Asparagus salad is awesome.

Big place with lots of televisions. Nice outdoor seating. Typical bar food. Staff works very hard.

Very pricey spot with good beer and big TVs. The nachos were a little off with the bbq sauce on it. Also, the shuffle board table was annoyingly off balance to one side.

Really expensive (even the happy hour drinks), staff slow and demotivated and screens way too far away from tables to see the games. Food very average.

A good sized bar, lots of tvs and a good choice of beer. The bar staff were really friendly. It was very quiet when I was in but I imagine it gets very lively. The food choixe was rather limited and seemed quite unhealthy. However, the sandwich I had tasted great.

This place is great. The food is excellent and the staff here are really friendly and fast. Plus, there are plenty of televisions (without being obnoxious) to view any sport you would like.

When staying at the Hilton or after leaving the convention center I come here for beer and usually try to plan it around sunset! Good beer selection and staff are pretty friendly.

Food is okay. Being a sports bar attached to a hotel my expectations weren't set too high and this place delivered just that.

We love this place, well styled interior and great bar staff. Only problem is it appears to be closed, though the website is still up. Maybe a temp closure, but the sign outside was removed. Hope it will be back.

Saturday night with the Supercross in town, this place was closed for a bar mitzvah. WTH!

I arrived at about 12:30 and ordered wings at the bar. The bartender would stop by every 10-15 minutes and tell me it was on its way. At 1:30 I left hungry (no wings!).

The steak salad is delicious, and the price is fairly reasonable. The service was mediocre.

Friendly, accommodating staff; good menu selection. Excellent flavor on 8 different menu items during 3 visits. (Terrific bread pudding.) Highly recommend. Added: And then, without warning, they closed--during our stay at the attached Hilton!

Lots of different drinks to choose from... I am not sure where to start. I stay at a near hotel and finding this place was a good touch. The food wasn t that great but the selection of their drinks was really good. The server was attentive and the waiter too. I would definitely recommend anyone to try this place.

Fox Sports Grill is located in the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, near the waterway next to the convention center. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

I stop by and sit at the bar for lunch. The bar is very large and always kept clean. Their bartenders are quick to take my order and bring my drink. It takes less than 15 minutes for my lunch to be served.

They loose a star due to their pricing. Their food is great, but is priced a little too high for a Sports Grill. I guess they think their guests want to spend all their per diem money in one visit.

Watch some sports and enjoy the harbor view at the Fox Sports Grill.

Great menu and the Staff Julie at the bar and of course the Best Host Melanie are amazing and this is my go to place. Also waitress Caitlyn is great as well. Tip well because these ladies bring it.

Great place to catch a game. Tons of TV's Food is great. Service for us, quite different from the people below in July. Wait staff is fast and friendly. Food was amazing for place with that many people in it. Had one part of our order messed up, takin back fixed and no trouble. Made us feel like locals. That means alot! Price was fair (for CA. anyway)

Had lunch here twice. Both times the food was just ok. Typical bar fare. Bread/bun was dry both times. Time to get food was a bit long, even when it was not busy. It will do in a pinch, but there are better options.

This may be fun for a party. It was loud and expensive for dinner and a drink. Nachos and a drink were over $30.

The entrance isn't attached to the hotel. You have to go outside and around the side of the building to get in. Naturally it wasn't anywhere near as busy as the bar in the hotel lobby. They did have $12 flights of 4oz beers and a decent draft list.

David was an excellent waiter. Ceviche hit the spot. A great selection of local beers.

Marlo at the bar is an awesome person, funny and hard worker.

Food was (relatively) cheap, and very tasty. It was uncommonly hot (for San Diego at least, nothing for us East Coasters) so I don't think they were prepared for it. Was almost uncomfortably hot inside.

Beautiful set up, but the food was horrible, from the greasy no flavor fish and chips to the non appealing salad. I will try it again just incase they were having a bad day. Thank You Fox Sports for reaching out, I am looking forward to trying out the Grill again, its a beautiful bar with a awesome view.

This place is soooo cute and amazing !!!! Their sweet potato soup is to die for!!!!! Super amazing had a wonderful time. Tres chic !!! Homie feeling. Absolutely adore this place. Worth checking out!

Horrible food...we were the only ones in the restaurant and the food took forever to come out....service was medicore

Stopped here before a mid-week Padres game to have an early dinner. Reasonably priced for the location. Portions were very generous.

Be sure to check-in on Yelp, they had a free appetizer offer with Yelp check-in when we visited.

Gave it 3 stars because our server was just okay. It was practically empty and we told our waiter we were in a rush because of the game. Had to hunt someone else down to get the check.

When we finally got the check, it wasn't ours.

The food is scrumdiliumptious, and the BAYFRONT VIew is beautiful! Nice. The service is great also. Smoothies for dessert.

Good sports bar with average bar food. Super bowl party was fun...

I haven't actually eaten as a sit down guest, but have used their Comic Con rush menus and I loved it. The food was gonna be pricey because of the event, but the staff was still super professional and personable, despite the super big rush. Bathrooms were super clean given the rush, so I'd like to give this place a real go and update when I do.

This is a really great place to go watch sports this place probably has the most TVs of anywhere I've been downtown the food could be a little better

Excellent place to meet in a group. Also to watch sports games. There is a closed area with a large bar and outside with a fire there is a very nice area. It is located in the lower part of the Hilton hotel. One part faces the pier and with a very good view

This place sucks for watching game or any sports, DON'T COME HERE, they play music instead of commentators of the game, so you can't hear anything related to the game.

Thirty minutes after being seated before drink order was taken on a Saturday when more than half of the capacity was empty. Food wasn't anything special. I should have just bought a fishing pole, being on the water it would have been faster to catch a fish, build a fire, and grill it on the pier.
