Nice views of mountains, the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel, peaceful atmosphere for breakfast, chef has fun for holidays (made hearts from strawberries) great staff, nice rooms.

Upon check in there is hair in my tub Gross. I wanted to take a bath. What else is dirty here? I called immediately, and the clerk giggled. I didn t find it funny. They offered to bring up some Clorox wipes. How about putting me in a clean room? Having a mad housekeeper in my room because I complained sounds horrible after a long day of traveling. I m so bummed. Also they tissue box had ONE tissue in it that had been folded in a fancy triangle, but if was an empty box. This place sucks at the details, and the details are what matter and set you apart. I have pics but can t figure out how to attach them.

Don t stay here if you value a good night rest. The walls are paper thin. I was wearing ear plugs and could hear people above me and beside me walking around and having normal conversations. Unacceptable.

Location was perfect, only a few minutes away from the Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital where they have fabulous avian veterinarians. Room was clean, though right by the elevator so we could hear everyone when they walked to the elevator. No continental breakfast unless you are a Hilton Honors member. Little place out front called Salad & Go was amazing food!

I know as you read this you re thinking I m being harsh or over dramatic, but do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here! We stayed 7 days and didn t sleep more than 2 hours a night due to how loud this hotel is. Let s start with the room not being serviced on the 3rd night as promised, I even went to the front desk to request and make sure we were in the list to be serviced. I m not unreasonable, but when I m told the policy, I expect it to be followed. My 1st night was terrible. Car alarm went off multiple times, followed by a car with the loudest exhaust, driving through the parking lot at midnight, 2am and 5am. The 2nd night was more of the same. The people above me didn t stop stomping around until about 3am. On the 3rd morning, I was awaken by the fire alarm going off. Thankfully there was no emergency, but it seemed they were having an issue with the alarm and it continued to go off 4 more times from 5 am to around 10 am. Add on the buckets all around the building to catch the water dripping from the ceiling. In fact the side entrance had a huge puddle of water I waded through to get to the elevator. My last night I was mid-shower when I discovered the hot water wasn t working. They quickly moved me to another room and credited me a night of my stay. Of course my room was now on the 1st floor near the lobby, so I could hear the guests coming and going, the staff talking to each other and the Christmas music they had playing. At this point I truly believe I deserved my entire stay comped, but I do get that I did continue to stay the full 7 days. I say all of this to warn you! Do not stay here!! You ll regret it!! If you do decide to ignore my advice and stay, be prepared to have a sleepless stay! Also, don t buy into the lie that it ll get better!! Pack up your stuff and go stay somewhere else!!!

The location, though far from the Phoenix area's most popular attractions, is close to the freeway and to several restaurants and some shopping. The rooms are on par with any other Garden Inn location and include a microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast menu includes made to order pancakes and omelets. The pool is saltwater.

Don't rely on the shuttle. I wanted to take it to wet n wild to avoid the $15 parking fee. The night before they said they would ready. That day, they said they had no one to drive the shuttle. Other than the lack of shuttle, the hotel was ok.

Always stay there during the Arizona fish and game show. Great staff working with all the gun guys and the youth baseball teams. Small snafus during breakfast, but the girls worked thru it and displayed a great attitude!

Make sure you add the breakfast option otherwise its pricey. The food is very good. Room was clean and well stocked. The shower doors were hard to open and close. There was some construction noise during the day from upstairs but it wasn't unbearable. Overall this was an enjoyable visit.

Wasn't worth the price paid. Stay somewhere else for the same rate maybe a few bucks more and get the perks of breakfast etc. Don't think they are taking Covid Seriously either. Signed up for Hilton App to do keyless entry, wouldn't give us a room number and when I called they told me I had to go to front desk, tried to check out via app ...told me I had to go to front desk. Seriously, then what's the point of the app? It literally doesn't do anything else besides offer to order you a Lift.

Breakfast was amazing at this location. The wait staff who you order breakfast from were always happy to see you and definitely made my morning better with their perky attitude and great service. Rooms were clean and location is perfect with quick access to the interstate. Would stay here again

It's very nice. No complementary breakfast though. So that's a little inconvenient. The fitness center is a little small for how much stuff is in there. There's a lot of equipment in the workout room, but not a whole lot of walking space. There are bathrooms located just outside it and that's nice. I like not having to run back to my room to use the bathroom when there's one just right there. Another nice thing is that it's not in the hallway by the entrance, it's in its own little space just right off the workout room so you also don't have to worry about wearing your sweaty workout clothes out into the main hallway in front of a bunch of other guests. I mean, you'll have to when you're done exercising. That's not avoidable. The rooms are very clean and that's really nice. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The location is about a five minute drive to a big strip mall with restaurants, stores, and a Walmart. Front desk employees aren't the most friendly, but they're cordial and polite. The hotel is also located behind an absolutely amazing salad/wrap restaurant. If you don't want to take my word for it, then just look at the always long line of cars in the drive thru. There's no smoking inside the hotel, but you can smoke outside on the premises. Whether or not that's a problem is up to anyone who stays here. Didn't eat at the restaurant, so I'm not sure what the food is like.

Location, rooms, and conference rooms were exactly as needed...could have used some serious help with Wi-Fi! If not for my tech expertise and that of two others, our presentation would have been kaput! Five stars otherwise!

We enjoy our stays at this Hilton Garden inn every year when we visit family here. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are always clean and the service has been great. Reasonable prices.

I don't normally give bad reviews about hotels because generally they are very comfortable and adequate with all the amenities, but I have to say that Hilton Garden Inn hotel had several issues that need to be addressed. For one, the walls are paper-thin. It was almost impossible to get a good night sleep. Second the doors were constantly slamming. They had no resistance to support their weight when they close.
The room Had the necessary furnishings, but the restroom was rather small. Not built for a couple, especially not a family. The moment you walk into the hotel it has a five-star feel to it, but in the room was a completely different story.

I have been to the bar a few times with coworkers after work and the service is always top shelf. The bar is usually quiet and there is great indoor and outdoor seating. There is a restaurant connected to the bar as well that has delicious food.

This was a great place and it allowed me to have a great experience in the area. I will definitely stay here again. I especially appreciated Kesha's help and great customer service (front desk). I stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every day. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Overall my stay was okay. Compared to recent stays at other hotels, this was a disappointing experience. The hotel is definitely dated. Had a minor ant problem in my room on the last morning. Not an awful stay, but I would choose other hotels over this one in the future.

Great accommodations here, everything was clean and functioning and the staff was welcoming. As I typically get in late I appreciate the ability to have a digital key linked to my phone so that I can just bypass the front desk and head right to my room.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple times now, and I've really enjoyed both visits. It's conveniently close to Black Canyon Highway for getting to work, and it's relatively close to the Shops at Norterra in case you want to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping. I haven't left the hotel at dinnertime because I think the food at the downstairs restaurant is pretty decent. The wings are nice and crispy, and the burger tasted like the burgers I make on the grill back home. The bar also has a few decent local beers that I enjoyed during happy hour, which isn't the best happy hour deal in town, but when all you have to do is walk downstairs to get to it, the time and headaches saved from not driving are worth it. The rooms themselves are clean, efficient, and we'll maintained. I like that the cleaning staff leaves an Andes mint every day, but that's just because I'm easily impressed, and I'm glad I can get them without having to go to Olive Garden. I'll probably be staying here again.
