Great place to rest, but housekeeping made us feel like we had rush even thou we still had 30 min before check out. Standing outside the door til we finished... But other then that it was good stay

Quiet area , clean modern lobby .friendly staff. Room was spotlessly clean, with mini fridge, microwave and hair dryer. Business center and small work out are. Restaurant and bar onsite. Only issue is they charged $2.50 for 1.5 oz bottle of mouthwash. Other, less expensive, chains have provided this free

Overall a good experience. Breakfast was nice, you sit down and receive a menu as well as access to a continental style buffet. It's free with a voucher. The rooms were quiet and clean and the staff was friendly. During my stay, a necklace I had tucked away in my makeup bag went missing. There are no safes in the rooms. I had put it there in the morning and when I got back from work it was gone. It was "found in the laundry" 2 days later... after a police officer came to file a report. I'm glad it was returned but did not appreciate being told that the head of housekeeping didn't know anything about it. I'm sure they could have figured out which housekeeper cleaned my room that day and given them the opportunity to return the necklace without forcing me to call the police.

Great staff, clean rooms, and quiet. Only thing I didn't care for was the breakfast setup. Some room rates have it included, others don't. The process is kinda unclear, and with short staff it is hard to order anything (the staff were great, just over worked by the rush).

Our family had a great stay at this Hilton. We were attending a large multiday soccer tournement in the area at Reach11 fields. It only took us 13 minuts to get to the field from hereb amazingly convenient.

The suite we used was nice and spacious. We had a bedroom with a very comfortable bed, while the living room area/office had its own pull out bed for our daughter. Both rooms had TVs, this was very nice as I was not stuck watching kid shows while we were at the hotel. The TVs were nicely sized with great pictures. The bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. My wife had access to a hair drier and a bunch of bathroom stuff. The WiFi was free to guests and held great speeds during our stay as well.

The lobby of the hotel is very nice and they have done it up in the holiday decorations which my wife and daughter really enjoyed especially the large christmas tree that greeted us when entering the lobby. They have a bar and a restaurant with great food next to the lobby. The Bar was open until 10pm. The breakfast was excellent. They really had a ton of coices for people including special treats that came in little gift boxes, very clever of the breakfast chef. Again the girls of the family loved them.

There was a computer room with 3 or 4 desktop computers and a printer. They also had aminities for people if they needed stuff like toothpast or aspirin. My wife used the indoor gym. They have treadmills, cycles, amd elliptical machines. That room was well lit and had towels avalible. Outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were nice also towels avalible. We didnt go into the pool but we did enjoy that jacuzzi. There are a few large meeting/ conference rooms as well.

We will definitely stay at this Hilton anytime we are in Happy Valley or north Phoenix, we all look gorward to our next visit. One of the best home away from homes we have had this year.

Terrible experience. Had the following issues: problems with my bill/receipt, bug in my drink at the bar, charged two different prices for a soda, plumbing issues, and construction in the parking lot which made parking very limited.

All of these things happen,OCCASIONALLY, but for all of them to happen during one stay is deplorable and a representation of the poor management this place is under.

If you're in the Phoenix Happy Valley area, go to the Drury. They have great staff, offer free cocktails daily, and have a limited breakfast and dinner option every day.

I was a bit hesitant to post this but I need to get it off my chest. So everything was clean at the property. The beds were comfy, the ice machine was easy to find. The food they had at the hotel was a bit bland.

I can deal with most of it until it came to the breakfast service. At the breakfast service, the waitress seemed to refuse to serve me. She ignored me the whole time I was down there. I grabbed my own breakfast from the buffet (I was planning on ordering off the menu but she never came to my table) She poured everyone else around me coffee and greeted everyone else around me. She went and gave other tables their checks and cleared their tables for them. I had to go up to her to get my check. I don't know if it's because of how I look, or how I dressed, or anything but the waitress refused to speak to me or go to my table. It was a bit upsetting for me. Will not be staying here again.

Not bad, thou they had a power outage in the middle of the night when I stayed here. But it was not hotels fault, power got restored a few hours later. Most of the guests were asleep and didn't even notice it. Rooms are clean, sheets are fresh, bathrooms aren't disgusting, breakfast sufficient.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms are a good size and equipped with modern furnishings. Love that they have laundry facility!! And the business center is a bonus too! No complaints! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was less than I expected. There were no big problems but it was below average. Old blood spatter and lots of marks and dings on the walls, dirty bathroom floor and some loud drunks in the room next to me at 2AM one night. Had to pay for breakfast and none of the team stood out. They were not unpleasant and did let me check out late which was nice.

I've staycationed here twice at the Hilton. It's one of the nicest hotels I've been to. It's more on the edge of northern Phoenix way from all the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. Just a few minutes from here you have happyvalley town center that has great places to shop and eat. A few miles west and north of the Hilton there are awesome hiking trails where you can enjoy all the beauty and wild life that Arizona has to offer. The hotel rooms them selves are very clean and modern. In the lobby there is a spot by check in where you can by some snakes water bottles toothbrush etc. Thay have a lounge, a bar, and an area where you can eat breakfast. A beautiful pool area.
