It's fine, just a little dated bathroom and tub. AC unit made weird nose whenever compressor started. Room 334

Nice place to get a room and pool was open. but make sure u ask about all of Their hidden fees n taxes before hand

Very clean. Did not offer free breakfast. Very high priced. Does not allow pets. Comfortable bed.

Very clean and safe. I had the wings from the restaurant and they were amazing.

Bed was hard. AC/heater was loud. Breakfast not included. Not very Hiltony. Can get the same experience at other hotels for cheaper.

Exactly what what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. Attentive front desk staff and nice rooms.

Therr is nothing special about this place to demand high daily rates. Terrible cofee, bar is OK for a drink. Dinner restaurant is just bad.

Expensive. Carpet in room with huge stains. Food expensive, not free.
Has a bar. Smell walking in smelt like pure alcoholics.

The garden is always a nice place and very clean. The food quality is not that bad either. I have a high taste for coffee so I cannot remain objective about the quality there. THE SERVICE that sidney provides in the mornings goes above and beyond expectations. Very pleasant young lady. In fact, all of the servers are really bright and energetic. This might just be a regular booking when we are in town.

Says mandatory mask policy in the building when you walk in but they definitely do not enforce. Many people walk around and talking to staff at front without them. Dirty carpets in hallways. SMOKING IN HALLS AND ELEVATORS. "Ladies" leaving as we were checking in at 3:30 am ( more than one). Do not feel my car is secure. They only have a very small cart to bring your things in so had to make multiple trips. Counters in room by Keurig was dirty. Pulled Keurig out to put water in and it was so dirty behind it like it had never been moved to clean. Someone's smashed windshield was in the parking lot. We have been to Hilton Garden hotels before that were very nice, this is not one of them

Went to this hotel for the very first time and I liked it. The beds are comfortable and it was clean which I like stuff to be clean. I did like their pool area and the front desk person was really nice. The pool does need to be updated a little bit but over all nice hotel.

Hotel needs updates, there was a giant cricket in my room that was terrifying. Service at breakfast was average. Bed is comfortable. Price is completely reasonable. Walls are thin. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning works well.

Phone operator took half a hour to come on the phone

Clean, comfortable, nice ambiance and good location. They have an above average continental breakfast, a clean pool and jacuzzi, small but decent gym and friendly service. They offered to have their van drive me to the shopping mall and back. Very hospitable.

Spending my short vacay from this hotel was amazing. The place was so clean and organize. Especially my room, it was so clean and smells so good. The bathroom was so spacious, which I liked the most. The pool was so clean and cozy as well. My view from above was breathtaking. I will definitely bring my future boyfriend here.

Always a comfortable stay at HGI. Carly makes this place incredibly inviting and her smile lights up my day when I walk in and see her. If only other hotels has a Carly.
The suites are spacious and clean. The room service and meals offered are ideal for weary traveler. Selection of outside vendors makes this a convenient stop.

When I speak of Hilton Garden Inn I speak in great respect and admiration for the Hilton Staff on Wednesday 17 April 2019.
Needed a room for the family after a day in a half of driving straight through to our destination from SC to Phoenix.
Wiped out from our long trip, our family was taken care of with, of course Hilton Garden Inn top notch hotel and staff, where do they find such wonderful people to take care of so many people and still stay positive!
Very confident in bedding and towels and rooms! Breakfast, real home cooked breakfasts none of that pop tarts or instant eggs and cereal, no way this is above the rest, the best. A bit pricey but well worth the taking. Coffee/tea always on hand ready and fresh no matter time of day or night or early early AM hours its there!, convenience, like home!
Rooms I thought were pricey. I checked in on Wednesday around 2 pm and it still cost us after taxes and my Military discount 154.00 my jaw dropped.
However, we needed a room and Hilton was always there for me throughout my military career as well as just working with the military. So my family relies on my experience with Hilton when booking.
Without a doubt you wont be disappointed, if so take it to the manager, They will accommodate you to make you and your faimily stay, a memorable stay, ALWAYS!
Love me some Hilton Garden Inn though. Its quality, quantity and expertise all rolled into one. Relaxing very relaxing and upbeat.

The stay here so far after 7 days here Overall is a 9 2. Excellent staff at the Front Desk. They aim to please.
The room is very comfortable. The air conditioning is Berrrrrr Cold! The shower water is warm hot and yes it really has cold H2O. The water is soften so beware sensitive skin types.

Not the nicest hotel. The rooms are not very clean. The rooms are run down and need better care. The location is nice and there swimming pool is nice.

I have been staying on and off at this hotel since may the whole stay is just absolutely amazing the rooms are clean well kept and the property is maintained as well.

Slow down in morning and enjoy breakfast. The eggs to order, fluffy pancakes and many other options at your leisure is a great way to begin your day in Phoenix area.

The hotel was clean and the food was good. Nor do I have any complaints about the conference.

We had a good experience with his hotel. A few days after we left we noticed a $50 fee charged on the day we checked in. We called and we were informed that it was an incidental fee that was automatically charged to us in case we bought anything from the room. The hotel informed us that it was automatically charged because we made reservations online & would be returned to us in 72 hours if we didn't buy anything. Dear fellow customer, please be aware of this so you can make room in your budget & watch your account to ensure it is returned.

Seemed like a nice hotel. I was there for a meeting. Only knock I have is that the walls between meeting rooms are kind of thin, and we could hear sound from the room next door bleeding over, which was distracting.

We had booked a couple of nights at this hotel. Because of the weather conditions, we couldn't check in. The staff was very flexible in making the changes. The stay was very comfortable, the room was clean with a Keurig coffee machine and bottles of water if you are a Hilton Honor member at any level The options for breakfast were okay. All in all, we had a wonderful time at this hotel and I highly recommend it!

I was double charged , if I would of have not checked my bank account I would of not noticed. This inconvenience me , I told the hotel supervisor, that I scheduled to go to another hotel after my stay at the Hilton. Part of that money that they took out of my account was for the reservation at the other hotel. We are not going to have any where to sleep . All she could say was we can try to expedite the funds back , but I do not know when they will be on there. I figure since it was there error, I should of received a night free. This is a inconvenience for me and my children and their error. A night mare!

Big gathering at the hotel. Mainly hung out in the bar which was nice

Everything was clean and nice and the staff was very pleasant and very nice to speak to and helpful but the food was not all that great but my overall experience was good was very happy with everything it was an excellent place to hold a business meeting

Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Great views of the city and mountains. Ample parking and well maintained lots. There is a fabulous patio off the front lobby restaurant/bar with a wonderful fireplace. Would definitely stay here again.
