Unfortunately thanks to a SNAFU with work. I ended passing out on the bus, missed my check in, and had to go back to work. So unfortunately I did not get to try out the hotel. But, the machines were pretty fair. That's also why I gave it 4/5 it's because I don't know what I don't know.

Great casino, plenty of games for every mood, whether wanting table or slots. Smells amazing, numerous restaurants and bars. Haven't stayed here but my brother said it was really clean and updated.
We stayed in a Go room , and absolutely loved it. Awesome view of the fountains on the strip. Even had a tv in the mirror of our bathroom! Who don t enjoy watching a movie on the toilet lol. All seriousness we loved it and is now my favorite place in Vegas to stay. The pool and garden areas are beautiful. Friendly staff. Loved it
Stayed 5 nights and i was unable to get into the pool! The pool is why i chose this hotel. It is virtual que waiting and you have 10 minutes to get to the pool after you recieve a tex, which means you can not go explore!!! Check in was horroble. They self check, but not one available to assist with getting on the right elevator!
Centrally located, on the strip, the hotel has it all except a big shopping mall... quiet crowded but that's Vegas, long queues so check in yourself in advance or on the computers, works perfect! we had a strip renovated room, I asked as high as possible but only got 10th floor, I suppose as we were travelling with kids...? Vegas remains for adults, so I understand they got priority but closing the kids pool at 5pm.. Probably because you have a view to the adult one.. but in general we had a nice stay WITH kids! the renovated rooms are nice, just missing a microwave ;)
Entertained clients for dinner at Center Cut Steakhouse inside the Flamingo. Awesome time, food and wine was great! Must try. Only reason I gave a 4, casino area was a bit smelly while walking to restaurant. Oh and desserts were awesome!!
Great location on the strip nearby all attractions. The 'New Room' type I can highly recommend. Stayed before in the normal old rooms and never doing this again! Beautiful garden with flamingo's and a great pool with large fish. Two swimming pools (kids and normal folks)
Nice clean modern and large brand new rooms. Great service. Excellent location. Much better than I expected for the price. I would absolutely stay here again. They even have an sdults only pool but take your ID even if you appear "older". They won't let you in without it. The food at the pool was very reasonably priced as well. In line with the offerings outside of the pool.
Had a great room on the 23rd floor. Newly remodeled with all the mod cons. Had a great view of the pool and High Roller. As with all the big hotels check-in is a busy place. Self checkout was easy. By going through a room broker got a great deal.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DO NOT VALUE CAESAR'S REWARDS MEMBERS!
I made a reservation for a wedding that I planned to attend. Last minute I had a family health emergency and was unable to attend the wedding in Vegas so I had to cancel the reservation the day before I was scheduled to arrive. I was NOT able to get my deposit back and am forced to use it for a future stay at this particular hotel. I have NO other reason to be in Las Vegas therefore that is NOT an option for me. Ceasar's have so many other establishments that I would gladly stay at if my deposit would be transferable to them, but according to the Flamingo staff I'm not able to transfer that money, and will have to either stay at their hotel or forfeit my money.
There is NO flexibility given to unforeseen circumstances. I feel like this company is big enough to accommodate such a reasonable request. Their unwillingness to help really made my circumstances 10x's more stressful and has really changed my view of the Caesar's company.
Loved staying here, it opens up straight into the strip the room was well cleaned and had a comfortable bed, early check-in was easy and not as expensive as we had thought originally overall I would love to stay there again when I am in Vegas.
Did not stay here but was thoroughly impressed with the modern decor and friendly employees. Had a great variety of entertainment. Will stay here if in Vegas again.
Amazing hotel! Beautiful rooms, in the middle of the strip, everything you need in 1 location. (Bathroom was bare {no soap, towels, etc} when we arrived, but we called room service & they took care of that. Shower was a little grimy, but I'm glad I Always travel with cleaning products.)
Great location, center strip. Newly renovated rooms are very nice and I'd highly recommend paying the upgrade charge to stay in them. Overall, they did an excellent job with these. The rest of the hotel could use some TLC. They are doing some renovations, but you can still tell how old the hotel is. Hopefully the casino is next as it's seen better days.
Service could also be better. The "express" check-in was a 25 minute wait and that was for a kiosk. Check out was smooth, however I thought it was ridiculous to charge me a late check-out fee on a Wednesday. Bell service was atrocious.....waited 15 minutes to store my luggage and the bell person had the nerve to inform me that he could "make change", i.e., he was asking for a tip.
Overall, this is a great value for what you are paying, but the hotel is still nearly 60 years old and it shows it.
Our 1st visit to the Flamingo was quite nice and we rated it high, however, our 2nd visit was quite different.
Booked in October, checked in online and used the kiosks only to wait 3hrs and still no room. Called and we're told we did not have a reservation.
Walked to kiosks again and received an email telling us a room was ready. Rechecked in using the kiosk to be placed in a room that has not been updated in decades and lacking a fridge.
The Flamino Habitat was nice, it was smaller than I thought from reading about it, but it was a nice visit. If you are in the area take in the flamingos and turtles.
Excellent job in sanitation. Sanitizer were always available and desinfecting wipes buckets were available next to the slot machines. Rooms very clean and disposable cups available
Great location in the strip, central to most attractions. Great pool, club, and casino. Updated rooms. Only negative is if you are over 6'6" you will have to duck in the hallways. Very low ceilings.
Wife and I love visiting here! The poolside club in the summer is definitely top of list of ways to spend time in Vegas! Newly renovated rooms are nice!
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Flamingo hotel for 5 days at the end of October. The hotel itself was adequate and gave us a good view of The Strip, but the pushiness we experienced from staff made us feel ripped-off and pressured to purchase shows we weren't interested in.
Off the hop, checking in was a nightmare. It took us almost an hour of waiting in line before we spoke to a hotel receptionist. For those who spend the majority of their day travelling from other countries - or other continents - wasting an hour in line to check in and retrieve your hotel key is very off-putting and tiresome.
As soon as we were checked in and headed towards the elevators, we were ambushed by a hotel representative and forced to sit through what was clearly an up-sell - or more like a scam - for a show we weren't very interested in. At first, the offer sounded promising. We were offered a selection between two shows at no cost. When my family and I agreed on one, the hotel representative mentioned the show would be free if we attended a mandatory breakfast. When we asked how much the breakfast would cost, she stated it was free as well. We struggled to see the purpose behind these terms and conditions. When we agreed to the "free" show and the "free" breakfast, she demanded a $20 "refundable" deposit from each member of the family. Knowing very well that we would never see our $60 again, I politely stated that we were tired from a day's worth of travelling, and that we simply wanted to go up to our room and drop off our baggages before we decided how we would spend our time in Vegas. She disregarded my comment and continued to persuade myself and my parents for the deposit, to the point where we simply had to walk away from the booth. It was a very off-putting introduction to what otherwise seemed like a fairly normal and well-maintained hotel. I cannot imagine how frustrating this must feel for guests who spend days travelling across continents, only to arrive and get ambushed over what seems like a petty scam.
We were also surprised upon checking in that the hotel charged a $40 per-day resort fee. Before we officially had a chance to begin our vacation, we were already out $200 that would otherwise have been spent on entertainment purposes.
Despite the inconveniences mentioned above, the room itself was cleaned and maintained on a daily basis; the towels were replaced, the bed was made, and we never ran out of hotel amenities. We were happy with our time spent in Vegas, but Flamingo's hotel management should adjust to putting their guests first instead of attempting to extort every penny out from our wallets.
The best hotel for the money in Las Vegas. Flamingo has an awesome pool, clean renovated rooms, and a fun casino floor. The best part is Flamingo is set right on the strip. Unlike a lot of new resorts, which are set back hundreds of feet from the strip, walk out the doors of Flamingo and you're on the sidewalk. It's great.
Flamingo hotel was very clean and quiet! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! It's located in a perfect location on the strip. The staff was very pleasant. I will recommend to others. And I will definitely stay again!
You would think a prime location would have a plethora of gaming, but it's just mediocre. I played a slot machine and it jammed. Took forever to get a tech over there. Had to venture out to find someone to help. Cocktail service was few and far between as well. My rating would be a 1 for service, but it's a 4-5 for the pool and comfortable beds alone.
Flamingo is probably the best place to stay on the strip for value. The location is right in the middle so it is easy to get to other place. The hotel and casino have everything you need and it is close to shopping at Caesars and there is lots of bars and restaurants close by. The pool is also lively in the summer time and is a fun place to hangout.
Located in the heart of Las Vegas, modern building with spacious and bright room s, Large and comfortable beds, panoramic windows with views of downtown Las Vegas and some of its iconic symbols. Clean and private. Areas of exterior with ample gardens and walks, several pools, and of course the flamingos ... birds that we can spend hours to admire and are always beautiful to see again the next day. Pleasant game rooms, well decorated, safe and well frequented. Good and varied options of restaurants and shops. Connexion with Low cost parking car
Excellent location! I loved the room, especially the shower. The hotel is low key but has almost everything you might need. The check-in/out line is always long that s why they send you a link to do it online. Don t expect to see anything fancy here, but the other stuff kinda make up for it.
Stayed at The Flamingo hotel for 5 days at the flamingo room 22nd floor it was fully renovated so everything looked new, the beds were so comfortable and was very clean, the only con is that they allow smoking throughout pretty much all around the lobby and most of the hotel areas and also the elevators and it s hard to get away from the smoke, But other than that the service is great and the non smoking room was perfect.
I stayed during the week for 3 nights to celebrate my friend's birthday. I read a lot of reviews and a lot are true in the nature that you have to pay a resort fee for well, not amenities (ie parking, pool after 10am). The hotel and room were clean and nice. The buffet was pretty good. All in all I did enjoy my stay there.
Cutest hotel that I ever stayed in. The interior and exterior design was very playful and creative considering that they used Flamingo as their theme. The room were my family and I stayed in was very nice with an amazing view. The staff were very accommodating as well. I highly recommend Flamingo Las Vegas!
Way too expensive for what you get.. Let anyone in the pool so staying there does you no good.. Room was overpriced.. We paid the $25 extra for view of the fountains, but the curtains were broke so we had to stand in front of them or hold them open.. Pablo said he'd send someone up in the morning.. we checked out at 11 and no one came to fix them. Front desk said they'd give me a $25 credit to stay next time.. oh thank you. (Sarcasm) had to dispute it with the cc company
Opulent. You cant go to Vegas and not put a few bucks on the tables at Flamingo. The only fortune you will walk away with is the one from Zoltar the fortune teller machine. The Flamingo truely represents Vegas and is a cool place.
The room smelt musky and it was dated. When we booked it was advertised as a modern room. We paid extra for a view of the strip and our window was splattered with grime & we were woken up by workers scraping advertisements off of our window. The room service was slow even though the text message option seemed convenient . It was not. If we needed something we ended up having to interrupt a house keeper trying to do her job down the hall. I am not the type to complain and this is why the flamingo is not the place to stay on your trip. We were extremely excited but are leaving highly unsatisfied.
My wife and I are staying here and we just love the place. There's so much to do and see here. We will definitely be doing a do over cause we won't get to enjoy the hotel and all the other attractions in Vagas.
Loved spending the week here. Our room was in the newer addition and was very clean and had AMAZING VIEWS of the strip and the mountains. We could even see the fountains. There is a resort fee that is daily that is not included in the room. The resort was huge with slot machines, live animals, stores, snack places, it had it all! The place is huge but that had self check in and check out with makes it manageable!
Lost my wallet here, it was returned with nothing missing. Felt like I won a million bucks. Turned a few 20s into a few 100s here. Definitely my lucky spot in Vegas.
The outdoor wildlife habitat was the highlight. If they had put as much effort into cleaning their restroom and the general facilities as well as the wildlife habitat, it would have been a much more pleasurable experience. There are other places on the strip I'd rather be.
Really enjoyed the Flamingo. Nice room. Very easy check-in and check out process online to avoid the lines. Easy access to restaurants and stores and the showroom. Great location on the Strip. I would stay there again and it's affordable.
Good price for a central strip hotel. Casino is good. Rooms are decent. But Pool access is not convenient at all. And for the big pool you have to pay extra 20$ !! (In addition to the daily resort fee of 30$ ...)
