Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino Review

This was the first Indian Gaming casino I ever went to. It was so tiny back in the day. Now it's one of the biggest around. It's also one of the places that I could not have very much luck at until recently that is. I finally broke the Palace's recently and it was about time! What's nice about this place is their way of machine set-up. No machines are down due to social distancing like all the others in the area. Parking isn't the greatest but what casino isn't that way? All in all the Palace is worth the trip win or lose, you'll have a good time. Haven't stayed in the hotel so I can't comment on that but I hear it is pretty good.

Great live band on Saturday nights. Very good food too.

We stay here all the time never had a bad experience !!! We stayed on Friday nite my husband left his gold necklace in the room when checking out :/ he didn t realize until we where almost home !!!!! However I called ,got transferred to house keeping and they told me they had retrieved it and tht they always hold items up to 90 days :) I returned Monday and they had it !!! Super happy

A modern Indian casino in the middle of nowhere. Has all the slot machines you can enjoy.
Bonus is thier restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Good food, reasonably priced and no sales tax.
Check out thier new entertainment center that includes a sports bar, bowling alley, pool room, movie theater, and arcade of games.
Full up your car at their gas station, with the best price of gas.

I saw Christian Nodal, it felt very up close and personal. Tickets were pricier than usual, but it was not meant to be crowded from the start. Henceforth, the price balanced the atmosphere (small private concert )

I went to casnio with Brandon king and Elliott ketscher that Brandon is very good lucky better than us

I love this place in the mornings its beautiful the drive there is very relaxing

The hotel rooms carpets were stained in the hallway dirty ghetto air conditioning no guest cups just unexpected ghetto for it to be a casino

This business is a mess. Horrible customer service. Completely dirty

Great for adults fun... Always have some events... But restaurant inside are too expensive not good service over price food.

I wish this place would open up already! Live the games. Love the food.

Love it. It's great that the have people to pick up in the parking lot or to give you a ride to your car. Free soda, water, and coffee. They have shops to get some quick bites.

It was way too crowded and not enough food and or beverage options..the floor runners or slot attendants weren't very personable either.

My man & I visited Tachi palace over the weekend for my first time... I really really enjoyed it. It's huge and they have a motel... Plenty of food to eat. My man also won 1,000 on the machines... I had a great time.

The entire place reeks of smoke there is a small non smoking room but it's still smells. The casino is nice plenty of restrooms, a bar area & a couple of different food options. I love to drop in for a few hours & play never win much but overall it's a good experience.

Had a great time the slots were Hot tonight. The Live Band was very good and The DJ was grooving

It was the Best Day at a Casino for me. I Won and had a Grest time.

To many people. No social distancing. Hard to find a machine to play. Not coming here again

Had to buy food to only be able to buy 2 alcoholic beverages. It really sucked

Large casino with plenty of measures in place to make you feel safe about visiting right now. There isn t much enforcement on social distancing, but if you try you can be responsible about it yourself.

We had a great time. Lots of places for disinfecting. We are older and that is important to us. Won a few dollars...Yea!!!!!

Had a great time in their bowling alley. The staff there is very friendly.

No drinks were offered at the slots no beer to buy any where

Believe it or not this place is pet friendly. As long as your animal is on a leash and well behaved you can bring dogs here.
My family all ate great food and after went to watch a movie.

I love coming here to unwind after a long work week , although there customer service is 50/50 most of there employees are very curtious some of them are not .

Good energy food was good not too expensive....came home 40 bucks richer thanx Tachi

Not as fun as other casinos, could be due to covid.

Used to be a place like no other now it's the same as other Indian casinos money hungry.

Rooms excellent, food was ok, I always hate leaving the casino grea

Employees are very friendly and great customer service

Clean, temp check at the door. I saw employees constantly disinfecting machines and tables. I really appreciated the hand washing station, I hate layers and layers of hand sanitizer. Overall for me it was five stars, and I lost 300 dollars there!

I have stayed here weeks at a time due to work. This last week, I woke up to a worker blowing the parking lot with a gas blower at 5:10 every morning. State of California is 7 o clock before making any noise. Other than that everything was great

Have stayed at the hotel in the past numerous times and honestly you kind of get what you get because of the location and things nice rooms fun place but the check in and all the personnel have to deal with for the hotel is ridiculous no one can do their job and no one is willing to even consider saying yes we can do that. This time checking in as I done 20 times in the past form of payment credit card prepaid ample funds available made the reservation with that card drive to hours pay the valet for the car and the bell person to remove my bags and wait for my check in I am informed that they can't accept my card they don't do that nothing was said when I made the reservation it was my birthday and they refused to take any form of payment that I offered for their $50 deposit but they would take my card for the room at $225 but wouldn't take it for the $50 deposit destroyed and ruined my birthday. I hold a frequent players card and offered to verify the ability to cover all costs nothing was able to be done to correct the situation on there in I'm considering legal actions on this

Ehh.. Not all it was cracked up to be. Tiny selection of games. No one was winning all day.

Not sure what the hype is all about, maybe because its the only casino in the south valley. They do have a nice outdoor bar and live music.

Always have a great time at Tachi. Have even won a few jackpots. But it's been a long time. . Hope to be a winner next time I go.

I went to Tachi for a work event. The place is very nice and the staff are super friendly. Would definitely go again.

Its the little things that make it nice. Fresh clean white linen bed comforters thick bleach white towels, bottle water readily available. Friendly staff. Beautiful Aztec decor...

I recently visited the arcade/theatre area at Tachi Casino and while the arcade is tiny, all the games work and the people are very nice and accommodating.

This was my first time at this casino. I did like the look of it , it was really nice. I just wish they would have had more 25cent slot machines because every other slot machine seem to be a 1cent slot.... but what really disappointed me was that their only roulette table had a $100 buy in! That's crazy ! So i didn't get play but at least I won $125 playing deuces wild so the night wasn't a totally lost lol but i would definitely return next time I'm in town...maybe lady luck might hook me up next time around

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Great pool, casino and entertainment center. Also can enjoy music

Great food and entertainment! They offer some great rewards when you use your Premier card! You get Tachi cash each week, complimentary rooms, free food!! All because you slid the Premier card in the slot before you play!! You get something back for the $ you spend!! I love it!!!!

Quick drive from Bakersfield. We love to get away here for the weekend. Nice slots.

A couple good restaurants, pretty solid buffet. Always good live music in a few different venues around the casino. There new family fun center is pretty awesome. Can't wait to try the bowling alley and movie theatre, they look incredible.

We stayed on the top floor pent house suite. The suite was very big and had 2nd level leading to the master bed that was up a long set of stairs. Becareful if you have small children since the stairs going up pretty high. There was a Jacuzzi and walk in shower, a mini counter and eating area down stairs. Theres 2 bathroom one up stairs and one down stairs. A fold out sofa with a full size bed. 2 big tvs. Theres a buffet here, a coffee shop and a couple restrurants. The price was pretty good compared to other hotel especially for what room we got.

The rooms with a view were very lovely and contemporary. Really enjoyed my stay. Great for the price too. Only complaint I might have would be the valet parking employees because it took us an hour for them to finally release our vehicle because for some reason they couldn't verify us getting out of the vehicle, strange. Besides that it was a wonderful stay and I'll definitely be returning.

Nice Indian casino but it is kinda in the middle of no where. Lots of different slots and table games. And if you're a non smoker, they also have a non-smoking gaming room.

I went to have dinner at The Coyote Grille which is located inside the casino. It was a weeknight so it was not busy at all so we were seated quickly. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was delicious. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stop by for a meal.

I had a great time ! I won for the first time ever so i was pretty happy.

We stayed in the Loft suite! It was so beautiful! The way the window screen comes down is awesome! The biggest issue we had was checking in we didn t figure out how to get in so we walked around the entire building. That was our fault haha

it was really fun. Won 600 off 40 right off the bat. The casino is huge with places to eat, slot machines everywhere. best stop of my whole two week trip. hits deep in farmland though well worth the drive. I will be back. AAA++++++++

Too confusing of a casino. Too many different levels. Nice and clean. Lots of parking. It's an okay place if you like walking for all over..... plenty of machines to play. Staff is pleasent. Pay outs average. Not my favorite place, but would probably go back in the future.

Won 700 on dangerous beauty today. I don't care for the new layout of the casino. Lost some of the machines that I used to play.
