Room was decently clean and staff was friendly. Low star review is because we just felt nickled and dimed. Resort fee of $37/night and we're not sure what it got us. Only can connect two devices to the internet and have to pay $15 for each additional device. And it seems like they block service to your phones as we had both Verizon and Tmobile and literally couldn't use either without the internet. Also, you have to pay if you want to use the pool on the weekends. $11 per guest. That definitely wasn't made clear when booking. Not a terrible place, but be ready to pay for every little thing.

Right next to the ZIP line and connects to the Linq promenade full of shops!! Very good location at center of Vegas strip. Lots of shops, zipline, Ferris wheel, dozens if food choices! Beautiful gardens and FLAMINGOS!

Fun place to stay, play and eat. Margaritaville is right next door. Table games are fun, dealers can be good or not. Donnie and Marie show is fun. Food court is good too, pizza, subs, burgers. Easy walk to other casinos. Cute little shopping area right outside. Fun bird and fish watching area out by the pool.

No Shuttle to Hotel, 3 drinks at bar $49.00. Won 2800, spent a lot of $$, The Flamingo comped me $19.00 for 4 days of gambling at their casino. If you check in before 4 pm there is a $33.00 charge...Room was nice but not worth $381. for 3 nights. Getting a drink at the card tables took a long time....

I love the Flamingo! Have stayed here many times but...in order to access the pool you have to scan a QR code and wait for a text, 10 minutes to make it to pool once messaged for access. While we were signing up guests were walking up asking when they would get notified because they had been waiting over an hour, they said they hadn t started sending out messages yet... also saw that there were a couple people getting in here and there so asked why they got inside if y all have not sent any messages for access yet an hour after the pool had opened, they said they purchased a cabana... guests should be allowed in as soon as it s open. Really blown away that they hadn t even started sending out messages for anyone well after the pool had opened. Pool opened at 10am, was there about 5 minutes after, it s now 11:20am. If anyone is coming here because of the pool, I d reconsider, check reviews with other hotels before deciding on a location, call hotels and ask what their procedures are for pool access now because of COVID. Still love the Flamingo, just not enjoying the pool scenario.

Perfect location. Right next to Highroller and the Linq strip with shopping and lots of restaurants. Flamingo hotel has a beautiful outdoor area with Flamingos, parrots and other animals for you to freely roam around. Our room was clean and spacious, the only downside was how far it was from the elevator. It's a large hotel so we had a room on the other end of where the elevators were. The casino and restaurants are not as large as the other hotels, but I take that as a positive!

Expensive for a run down hotel. Not value for money. Stay anywhere else if you can.
Poorly managed check in. Lengthy queues. Ugly floors, ugly rooms even for a 3 star hotel.
First room very old, outdated, curtains broken. Dripping tap. Decor really disgusting.
We were moved to another room. Phone is not working. No Do Not Disturb sign. Bed sheet with holes in it. Bathroom absolutely tiny. Orange liquid on shower floor. Not sure what that is. Public hairs on shower floor. Sadly arrived too late at night to escape to anywhere else.

Spent the evening at the Flamingo last Sunday night in Las Vegas. We attended the Legends show. It was awesome. All of the impersonators were just great. We saw Tina Turner, Bob Marley, Johnny Cash, Jon Bon Jovi and Michael Jackson. They were all really very good. We posed for pictures with them after the show. A very enjoyable evening!

First time staying at this hotel. They are very popular even on a weekday because it's on the strip.
The location was actually perfect for all the activities I had planned for this trip.
The room was sufficient. It included a mini fridge. There was one morning that there wasn't hot water for showering. However, it didn't bother us too just because it was so hot outside.
I really enjoyed the casino floor. They had all of my favorite slot machines. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurants inside the flamingo, but Chica, the Latin restaurant, was always offering free drinks and other deals.
I would DEFINITELY book this place again.

Nice hotel, good location. Price was reasonable. I gave it 3 stars because of all the time share people constantly harassing you to go to there 2 hr speaker thing. The Wyndham soliciting is ridiculous. You can't walk the lobby daily without one of these annoying solicitations all day every day.

We would love to give this beautiful breathtaking hotel a five star but.... We stayed in a newly remodeled on the 26th floor overlooking the North side of the strip. We will stay here again with the hopes that several issues are addressed. #1, there has to be a better system to get last minute show tickets other than being personally asked to sign up for a Wynn timeshare at every twist and turn that we tried to get on and off the elevators. It s as if they didn t recognize us after the second day. Some even tried to stop us from walking to our daily activities we planed. #2 and 3 are the same issue. #2, there is no coffee pot in our room, not even a one cup pot so my wife tried to go to the front desk to inquire about this only to be told very rudely by the man who was watching a lady at the front desk said to my wife and I quote, mam I am busy right now , I can t talk to you. It was very clear to both my wife and the customer that the man was simply supervising the lady and that had he told my wife, one moment please, I will be right with you. My wife would have gladly waited. The rest of the time there was great. This hotel is centrally located on the strip. Great card table dealers with very nice personality, great waitress, fun place to sit at the slot machines and enjoy some quiet time.

Looking for a peaceful place while exploring the strip? The Flamingo habitat at the Flamingo will take care of that for you. Tranquil and fun to watch the wildlife. The California Brown Pelicans seem a little shy but that might have been the time of day we were there.

Unfortunately, the website says they are not doing public feedings at this time, so I would expect the wildlife to be more active right after feedings.

I would recommend stopping by for 30-45 minutes to just slow your trip down for a few minutes.

The employees couldn't be nicer, the beds
were the most comfortable. Quality Control
was absent. Rules should be posted in rooms, so. customers know what is expected of them, charges & pool rules.
Shower needed slip free strips so don't
fall. The doors need wheel chair button
to press so it will open automatically.

The excellent staff deserve 5 stars. The room was disappointing.Torn carpeting, mold in the shower, no coffee maker in room. The construction clearly did not consider noise control. The couple next door had a great time with little imagination on my part needed. The casinos, restaurants, shops were nice. Great central location. Those coming in RVs; the back parking area is suppose to have a dedicated area but none was found. Very tight for anything of size.

The updated rooms are actually pretty modern and nice. Even though it's an old property they have done a good job keeping it pretty nice. The location on the strip is great and the room prices aren't too bad.

The location is the best thing this hotel had going for it. The hotel's website claims the rooms were recently relocated but ours seemed to need some work. The big white vinyl headboard was a bit of an eyesore and was missing a button. Worse though, the carpet was visibly stained and had not been dried properly. So that dank smell hit me in the face everytime I entered the room. There is zero insulation and so all through the night you get to hear people talking as they return to their room. Sounds like they are right next to your saggy bed. I was glad to only be there 2 nights. And then they charge you $40+ for resort fees. Yikes.

It's a very fancy casino for locals in Summerlin. Don't have to worry about the hassles of driving to the strip and waiting hours to move one block. The rewards program here is really something. We got 2 free pies for Thanksgiving. It's pretty smart marketing, because I think these are the most expensive pies we ever purchased*. We ended up staying in the casino to gamble for hours after picking up the pies and probably lost a couple hundred dollars...
Anyways, the architecture is a sight for sore eyes with flashing lights, and there are flames and waterfalls everywhere on the exterior. Would be funny if they had a place to do rock climbing since it is related to the Red Rock national park.

Have been here several times to visit. Never a bad moment. This last time I went to see Rupaul's Drag Race and was absolutely fabulous!! This was the first time for a show. Very organized and smooth. Not a bad seat in the house.

I love the location of this hotel. The rooms are all very clean and reasonably priced. We rented the suite for a bachelor party this trip. They actually double booked us but upgraded us for free to their largest suite which was 200sq ft larger and came with two more beds. It was amazing with a fantastic view of the strip. Suite upgrade or not I would stay at this hotel every trip because of location and price.

Came back again with my wife and stayed here. Had a room with a strip view looking through Donny's face and for the four nights we were there it only cost us $200-250. No you aren't in the nicest rooms on the strip, but you can't beat the location and price of this hotel on the strip.

I love this hotel it is right in the middle of everything but the wait to go in the pool is horrible, beware you could be waiting until the next day so dont waste a whole day waiting but resend your code at 9:45 am the next day to try to get in again.

First time to Vegas, everywhere else I traveled to on the strip was friendly and well kept. We checked in and got attitude from the front desk, I get it, you re busy but you re also in the hospitality business. Get the room, dimly lit and I know why, it was gross! Stains on walls, bedding, doors, carpet, speakers, etc. Second day, we see mold all over the cracks of the shower. Say something to the front desk and they said they will open a ticket on that room... ok cool thanks! Good location, s*** for rooms and s*** for service.

What can I say about this casino other than it is a true must see, and experience. It is a locals casino but with a true strip flair. If your looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of tourists, but can handle all your needs, this is def one of my pics for that. Even though it is away from the strip you still have easy access to all that Vegas offers.

Room was recently renovated and above what I expected. Service at the check in/out desk couldn t have been much slower. Kiosks have never worked anytime I have tried them. They are in no rush but once you get to your room it is pretty comfortable. If you are a non smoker make sure to push for a non smoking room. Location is central, convenient and comfortable for a reasonable price.

Oldest hotel on the strip, cheap rooms compared to others on same location, but rooms are renovated. In the FAB King room, they didn't provide any electric kettle. Location is the best part of the hotel, being in the centre of the stripe everything is walkable.

Great location! Right in the middle of the strip. Easy walking to most of the sites. The Flamingo is next to the Giant Ferris Wheel and they have a good Pool Club with music and tini bikini girls dancing.

First night we had to call house keeping because our sheets had a burn hole and a hair on them and we had one stained pillow case. House keeping also took 45 minutes to come fix the problem. Besides that the room seems good. The view and the location is the best part.

Hotel was great. Had a good time. Came home and checked my bank card and they charged me over $200 for eating at the buffet when I had purchased groupons for them. I called to get the transactions reversed and I was transferred 7 times and Frank in guest services just continued to repeat that he had to listen to the calls and call me back on Monday. After Vegas you dont usually come back rich so $200 is a lot for us. Thanks Flamingo for good accommodations but get your house in order for guest issues.

Newly remodeled rooms are nice, although our first one had problems with the water. Good selection of slots and table games as you would expect on the strip. Housekeeping was quick and thorough. Overall a nice stay.

Lots of character and staff is very helpful and professional. The Flamingo has actual flamingos, ducks, and other wildlife that are all rescued who have a beautiful habitat. You can watch their feedings too. Lovely hotel!

Nostalgic and central Strip location. Get a Go Room or better with a Strip view if you can. They also hook up their frequent guests with great deals.

Real nice place. We didn't stay there but we spent time there. We ate at Carlos and Charlie Mexican restaurant which was beautiful outdoors with palm trees and a nice view of the high roller. Kinda wish we had stayed there. We will next time.

Very nice, great staff too. Be sure to get into the remodeled tower. The other rooms are pretty old. Be sure to see the Donny and Marie Show - it is brilliant! What great talented entertainers. Truly a MUST SEE. we were here when it snowed so we did not get to use the pool area, but it looks amazing. We definitely will be back.

Having a blast thus far at The Flamingo!! I am wondering where their novelty giant drink holder is though... Other casinos have signature holders you can take home as a memento and I'd love to have a pink flamingo drink holder in my bar at home. MANY thanks to Joyce for keeping our whistles wet oxoxox

Hotel is nice. The only thing I didn't really like is that it seems they split the pool area so the hotel guest pool is basically this small overcrowded oval that everyone crams into.

And then the "club" pool anyone (guest or not) can pay to get into is this big open area. But you have to pay to get in and then pay for a place to sit. I get it, it's a revenue generator.

Just that when a hotel says it has a pool as an amenity you expect it to be sized for the hotel. Not to have the entirety of a large hotel population jammed into a tiny pool.

Like all casino hotels- there is a TON of walking to access your room- but this was a marathon- hence the 4 stars- we hauled luggage SO far and for SO long we thought we were gonna DIE it took nearly 20 min to get to our room!! Luggage bearers beware!!
We even ran into a man who HELPED us wheel a bag and then walked another ten minutes- changed- headed down to dinner and ran into him again in the elevator and heard HIM voice our exact same complaints (sans luggage).

The walk is real my friends, the walk is real.

The staff is always busy. Make it seem like they don't have time for you. They rooms are so clean and so nice. You can tell they remodelled.

The cleaning staff is so on point they do a magnificent job. I couldn't be happier with how the cleaning staff is so efficient. The casino is awesome didnt win much kind of gave them all my money.

The bars and restaurants are awesome as well. Bugsy is a great morning meet up. The pool line is always super long so if you plan on going swimming in the morning wake up esrly to get in line. Sign up for Caesars rewards and when you reach diamond they treat you a little bit better.

The updated strip view room was a very nice room with a good view of the strip. My only complaint is the pool situation. You are required to pay a 35 dollar a day resort fee which should cover any pool fee, as well as pay 11 dollars per person to use their go pool . You also have to have your ID to you either the go pool or the family pool which required going all the way back up to my room to get my ID just to enter the family pool area.

I called and was lied to and told that the resort fee was $37 but really it was $41. Not trustworthy! Then I was directed to self check in where it doesn t tell you how much your being charged (I was still thinking I was paying the amount I was told) and authorized a charge I didn t necessarily approve being that I was lied to.
