Recently renovated and you can definitely tell. The rooms are great, bathrooms are spacious and rooms even have a mini fridge. Nice size casino. The best location on the strip.. right in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay at the Flamingo again!

The hotel has in-house burglars!! They're skilled and they plan their attack very well. I was robbed off all my electronics (laptop, phones, ipad, camera and $400 cash) while I WAS STILL SLEEPING INSIDE the room at night. They very well know the doors do NOT latch properly and they take advantage of that. I did not use the dead bolt and it cost me all my dear belongings!! including a work laptop!! When I tried arguing with the front desk several security personnel came forward and none were active when the crime happened?? Despite this they had the nerve to charge me for the international phone calls I had to make?? Stay away from this hotel that breeds criminals inside. They're awful and didn't seem sorry for my situation either. Pathetic management!!

If you are going to strip then must visit the Casino. Hotel staff is very cooperative and professional. You'll be in love with the ambience. Having a walk outside will not bore you while interacting people from all over the world. Very lively place full of fun and amusement. Be careful while gambling on Casinos, these gambling machines built to pull out every single cent from your pocket.

Our room was clean, and conveniently located by the elevator. I thought the neatest thing about our room was the blinds and drapes were on an automatic track. One thing to note, ladies, don't forget to bring your conditioner and body soap. They only supply 2 in 1 shampoo-conditioner. All in all, a good experience and great location to where we needed and wanted to be.

Mediocre hotel. Pool was party central but good luck trying to secure a spot. Our view of the strip in the hotel room was obstructed by the giant sticker/pixels of the Osmonds plastered all over the windows.

Very modern room, clean, and bedsheets seemed cleaned and washed. Did not have usb connections like most newer rooms but not a big deal if you bring your own charger. TV is a little small but again, not a big deal since most people never use the TV. There is a small TV inside the bathroom mirror, which is pretty unique. Only complaint is the bathroom door, it is an opaque sliding glass door that does not lock.

Warning they are infested with bed bugs. When I called the front desk to report the bed bugs the manager never got on the phone and we had to stand in line in the lobby for 45 mins at 345am. Ruined our whole trip. Never compensated us for the room or trouble.

Pretty busy inside. I didnt feel that just removing chairs and putting stickers on the machines was enough to get people to socially distance. However it was nice to move your chair and play a different machine if no one else was close.

This was our first time staying and we enjoyed it. The buffet was closed and the pool capacity was limited, but that's not their fault. We got our names on the pool's virtual waiting list as soon as it was available and a couple of hours later, we were in! It was fun. Our room was nice, a shower with a separate tub, which was huge. A TV in the bathroom. It was clean and well decorated. I would definitely return.

It's such a great place to stay while in Vegas. Great staff and food. The proximity to all other place on the strip. Am definitely going recommend this place to people I know planning to visit Vegas.

Fun place. Only comment is that the rooms are a bit dated -- even the penthouse!

You cannot quite do wrong staying on the LV Strip however. Sometimes conventions take up all the good rooms or run the rates to ridiculous levels, so this isn't a bad second choice.

Hotel is nice, location is great, rooms are really nice for how cheap they are. I would say the huge downer is it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get into the pool. You have to text to get put on the wait list. You cannot get on the list until open 10am... and It fills up SO fast, I texted at 10:15 am and never got in that day. The next day I texted at exactly 10 and got in. Nice pool, but no reentry and drink prices are steep, even for Vegas

Best value on the strip. The recently remodeled rooms are clean and fresh, the beds new and comfortable, and the water pressure is good. The flamingo habitat at the center of the property is a fun distraction, and worth strolling through. Look for hummingbirds!

Absolutely classic place. First floor is ok, however pulling the luggage through the carpets to the lift is a nightmare. The rest is just for sleeping and needs renovation. So the location is 5 stars, the first floor is three stars, the rest is two to three. Please note that the Las Vegas hotels will at least double your expedia rates by adding local taxes. Flamingo is not exception to this rule, of course.

Was very upset with the suite that I paid for smelled like cigarettes and was not cleaned told me that they were going to come clean and never did. Very disappointing I would never stay at the flamingo again would never reccomend that anyone stay here.

Popped in to see the flamingos. The concierge said they didn't have them any more. Walked through the doors to the courtyard and there were the flamingos. So yea they are still there. Awesome old school feel. Had a great time.

The hotel is not too bad but the staff is why they get one star if I could give them a zero I would, I have been coming here for the past 20 plus year I always have had a great experience, and I have stayed at most of the hotels here in Las Vegas, and this is my first and last time I will come to the Flamingo.

A good place to stay on the strip. Decent price, at least compared to the other places. The room I was in was recently updated and very nice. Some of the rooms weren't as nice, I was there with friends and some rooms looked pretty old. Their buffet was very good and not a bad price. The line can be very long though. I loved that I had a concierge, be contacted by text is smart. One person can help a lot of guests. The location is great because there is path leading to the high roller ferris-wheel with tons of restaurants and shops on it. I was very disappointed that I asked about the discount for not having the room cleaned during my stay and no one mentioned that I had to specify ask for that at check-in. They of course pointed this out at checkout. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Pretty good casino. The location is pretty near a lot of other cool stuff. The amenities are pretty basic and dated. Cool theme but I expected more from the flamingo habitat. The food court is overpriced and the gambling is mediocre. The rooms had these leaky soap dispensers that got the floor of the shower all soapy; that was the tackiest part.

If you are looking for the center of the strip this is it. However it is older so ceiling heights are lower and services are middle of the road. But if you want a decent property with great monorail access this is it. Right now shortest walk while work is being done st harrahs and king station

Place was absolutely terrible. Bait and switch at check in with smoking room instead of non-smoking. Told us we were getting an upgrade when we complained and turned out to be an old shabby filthy room instead of the newly renovated one we had reserved. Ended up completely canceling and going to a different hotel.

This place is incredible... there was an issue with our room at first. But, they upgraded us for the night and gave us some vouchers. Felt amazing.. prices are amazing for the strip. Views are Amazing. Staff at the Front desk are very cool and every other staff member I've talked to was very kind and helpful!

The flamingo is located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. It is an older Hotel but still very nice. The location is probably the best part about it, the service is great to. I came to Las Vegas with my grandmother haha and we both had an amazing time and our room was amazing too. Lots of space and very big bathroom. I wish i would have taken pictures. Cute pink and white themed room. Rooms were clean and updated. We were on the 27th floor and had a great view. Comfortable beds aswell. Lots of shopping in the lobby along with a great buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner i believe. The flamingo has a beautiful outdoor garden including a few types of birds and ofcourse Flamingos. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent rooms for cheaper compared to surrounding hotels. Check in was a bit hectic. A lot of people, including us, were standing in check in lines because there kiosks were not pulling up their reservations. Check out was nice. Resort fees are excessive. But the most disappointing thing is extra payment for parking. Resort fee should provide parking.

Had a bit of an issue checking in where they did not have the room that we booked and paid for online, however they upgraded our room to a newly renovated room with the same view (view of the High Roller)
The bruch was really tasty and had a lot of options.
The wild animals and all the trees in the rear area was a nice relaxing getaway from the hustle that is Vegas.

When I booked the room, I was offered a buffet of buffets add on. I had to choose a day and could never get a straight answer on my question about the days. I was even transferred to an English translater, who was even more confused and was then unable to redirect my call. To pick up my buffet of buffet tickets I had to stand in the 30 minute line to speak to desk representative. I then found out I could have purchased the buffet of buffet tickets right at the buffet entrance for $10 less. While playing in the casino I ordered a drink, but was told by the waitress that I had to play more and that the cameras were watching me. Other than that, everyone was friendly. The location near the center of the strip is great. You can get a $10 coupon for foregoing room service, and they have recently renovated their rooms. While not the highest quality craftsmanship, it looks nice and serves its purpose.

When I made my reservation, I was told if I wanted an upgrade, same price. If this room is an upgrade I dont want to see old rooms. Fridge, clock were off and AC was weak, called guest service 3 times, clock still doesn't work. Horrible service, server's were terrible, gambling area, after the girl just passed we ask another server to take my order, she said she couldn't help, not her area. Today was my first day, I will write another review when I check out.

Really nice hotel considering how old it is. The rooms have been updated in form or another. New flooring, new furniture, new window treatments and I heard they had updated bathrooms however our room did not have an updated bathroom. We booked a fab room and had a view of the pool area. The biggest perks for this hotel are the price, location and pet friendly. I would totally stay here again!

This hotel is okay but clearly not as nice as many of the surrounding hotels. On several occasions I was unable to get hot water in the shower. When I wanted to relax and read I was distracted by the maids outside of my door who seemed to be there a lot of the time. This was exacerbated by the thin walls and/or the gap at the bottom of my door. The elevators take a while sometimes and a few of them are a little shaky when riding in them. With so many other, nicer options nearby I can't see myself staying here again.

I always have a good time in the Flamingo. Good music playing in the background with good cocktail service while playing games. The dealers are always very helpful if you have a question and make good idle conversation.

The rooms are clean and reasonably priced for a Strip property. It will be difficult to get into the pool if you're staying during the pandemic, as they require you to queue by text. But overall it is a very nice property and we enjoyed our staycation!

The location is very central on the Vegas strip. Our room was upgraded as our original booking was sold out so our view was overlooking the strip! The nature scene here was also awesome! We'll definitely stay again!

The Flamingo was awsome. Make sure you check the fish, ducks and Flamingo's out. There across from the elevators in the hotel that take you to your rooms.
If my review helps you in any way can you PLEASE leave me a thumbs up like on my review. Thank you.

One of my favorites for gaming. Situated right off the strip sidewalk. You only need to walk five feet to play. The shows are awesome, the food court is a great value. Great energy. I have not stayed in the hotel, but I hear it is okay. Great location

I did not gamble at the Flamingo nor did I use a lot of their facilities because I was out at other events in Laughlin Nevada the Bellagio The Mirage and other locations. 1 thing I did use that I can say was a delight and I would use it again was there Spa service.

The Donnie and Marie show was awesome! Marie is such an amazingly talented singer. Her songs will give you goose bumps. Of course there's some great cheesy humor, perfect for those of us who loved their variety TV show in the 70's. Too bad some of the Flamingo letters were out on the building outside but Donnie and Marie look great on the building!!

These are the things I love about Vegas. Sure the weather is awesome. The lights and sounds and food and the hope of winning also keep bringing me back. But knowing where these little things are tucked off the Strip just adds to the intrigue.

NO STARS for this hotel! Horrible customer service...charged a resort fee and received nothing for it,we were not informed of ANYTHING such as monerail, restaurants, sights, etc front desk people were not helpful, would not print boarding passes, overcharged for everything,Lola shop had high pressure sales and would not take NO for an answer, however we heard that many times, and we were ignored a lot. We were literally left to fend for ourselves. Told us to bring a money order and they would not accept it.

Flamingo is a nostalgic and original spot. I love the ambiance here. You can't find anything like it elsewhere on strip. Rooms have had recent renovations that are tasteful but still give that original iconic feel.

I've been countless times and will continue to go.
