Worst experience.. booked ticket from Haridwar to Delhi, bus no UK07 PA 3372 ac wasn't working to add on the woes no curtains .. no help from driver and conductor..both staff are reluctant to increase the cooling also talked to customer care he listened to problem but provided no solution and after that didn't take up my calls.

Travelling in ac coach delhi to vikasnagar. Worst driver n helper. Dnt ever travel in this night bus.

The website and app is not user frendly lot of drama if u forget password and wesite always slow .

I want to ask only one question. Is CCTV Working on Volvo bus no UK 07 PA 3595, Because my laptop theft from inside this so reply me. I am Going to Dehradun to Chandigarh at 6.30 Am(1-Apr-2019) . If CCTV is not working then why are you taking much fare? I am waiting your positive response otherwise it will be bad impact on other passengers...... I will increase this ratting after your positive response.

On 11th July 2020 , I traveled on UTC bus from haridwar to bahniyawala , I asked conductor for a ticket to bhaniawala and gave him 200rs in return he gave me 60 rs return and a ticket to Dehradun I asked him about the ticket and told him that u generated wrong ticket I have to go to bhaniawala and kindly return my remaining balance on which he said if any other passengers will come I will give him this ticket and return ur money, I waited when I was about to reach my destination I asked him k uncle my balance money ? Then he started misbehaving with me , saying do whatever u can I will not give u ur balance money , this is ur mistake u told me to make a ticket of dehradun , I called on helpline numbers they were not helpful at all.

I have a booked ticket thru online and for cancelling the same the site is not working. Even after forwarding an email and addressing on help line number they could not even acknowledge the complain and running away from the error at there end.

Good transport service by government of uttarakhand

There VOLVO drivers are totally unprofessional they don t know how to drive this type of Super Luxury Buses.

Old buses and have no proper services and bad staff behavior too.

Online bus booking system is very poor. Transaction not completed and they did not returned my amount.

Don't ever trust the people who catch you at auto and taxi points to "help" you in bus booking. They're frauds. They'll lie and lie and lie to get money from you. Then their runner boy will take you to the bus stand and give a completely different picture from what was promised while taking money. They'll disown you and tell you to go to hell. Youll be left stranded and won't get your money back.

I have given complaint for sending the new ac busses in PITHORAGARH depot bus no response because there are lot of passengers who are waiting for ac busses

The people roaming in the street and making people fool taking money before and showing buses later and if we says to refund they says go where you buy the ticket ..there behavior is so rude to people ..they even don t thing we had payed to them
All these people are mixedup and cheating people..

I booked ticket on Volvo bus dep 8 am from Dehradun to Delhi but bus got cancelled without any notice. All passengers are asked to wait till 9 am while 2 buses are available at boarding bays. Staff are helpless. Many of the passengers have onward journey. Very sad situation. FYI our PNRs are 102J150220201011 and 102J150220201012

I travel by volvo bus from chandigarh to rudrapur . Bus stay at dehradun . I.e from chandigarh to rudrapur . This is breaking journey. In bus corporation provide half litre of water at start of journey when I ask for second time water .Driver and conductor refuse to give . And said only one bottle is provided where as as per guidelines in co tinue journey of long distance with break where journey re scheduled facilities must be provided.

Very poor service, I came with my wife from Haldwani to Delhi for tourist purposes,I already told him please give use together seat but, the bus conductor not provide together seat , when other couples came next to me he provide them, I am going to complain to the police, I have clicked his picture including bus number.
