Stayed 5 nights and i was unable to get into the pool! The pool is why i chose this hotel. It is virtual que waiting and you have 10 minutes to get to the pool after you recieve a tex, which means you can not go explore!!!
Check in was horroble. They
self check, but not one available to assist with getting on the right elevator!
