One of our favorites but with the mandates on bars, masks and entertainment not likely to return until the old normal. The new normal isn't that great. Feel bad for wait staff and entertainers.

Stayed 3 days, checkin was a breeze. Very pleasant staff. Stayed in room 25124 after asking for a upgrade, beautiful views right in front of Caesars palace and the mountains in distance. Asked for fresh towels, they were brought up in 15 minutes!! Super clean room and bathroom. Doesn't have a great food court but with so many other options on the strip that was a minimal problem. Close to everything. Plus easy access to the monorail and the transit stops! Overall a perfect stay. Definitely recommended.

Nice hotel. Room was on 5th floor. Roomy. Refrigerator. Wish there was a microwave. The flamingos on the patio were awesome. Lots of shops, tables to gamble and machines. Easy access to other hotels and restaurants. Smack dab in the middle of the strip.

I stay here often, but mixed reviews during last stay. Room clean, bed comfortable, BUT my toilet made noise every 30 secs, the swimming pool closed due to a broken pipe. Was looking forward to a swim, so that sucked a bit

Room description said "High Roller View" but the room was facing another direction and all we could see is the air conditioner equipment on the roof. $35 a day "resort fee" is a rip off. Outdoor pool closed for winter, no indoor or heated pool. Wife and I wanted to go to the hot tub, but that's not included in the "resort fee", its an extra 25 bucks. What a joke, Motel 6 has a free hot tub for a hundred bucks less per night with NO "resort fee". I called to ask what the resort fee does include, and was told Health club access for workout machines only, steam room, sauna, tubs are $25 EXTRA, but you do get in room wifi for up to TWO devices! Wow! But we had three people in the room, alas, only two devices for the 35 bucks.

Don t stay here. Bad customer service. Long check in lines. Charges an extra fee for the gym/resort though you aren t going to use it. Changed the price that I had guaranteed online for my room. Just don t. Neither I or anyone in my party will be back.

It s old, slightly run down, and not nearly as glamorous as some of the other casinos, at least (depending on your taste) from the outside, but there are some really great staff working here.

From Philly to Vegas. Been living in Vegas for 3 yrs now. On the east coast we did Atlantic City so when I moved to Vegas I was already adapted to the casino life style. Even though I live in Vegas I still do staycations and enjoy getting rooms on the strip for fun. The Flamingo has become my go to place to stay bc the staff was pretty cool and I even wrote a private message to them thanking them for treating me so kind. The Flamingo is pretty cool an easy 5 stars from me and I have nothing bad to say: HOWEVER, my last few days have seemed off. I can t quite put my finger on it but the feel of the Flamingo has been off enough for me to start looking for another staycation home. I will STILL always love and recommend the Flamingo and regardless of how I now feel about them now the staff has ALWAYS been kind to me. EASY 5 STARS

I like walking through the Flamingo. I especially love the wildlife area with the ducks, birds and flamingos. It's a great place to visit with lots of history. They also have some good food selections.

After booking at the Excalibur and having an unpleasant stay, I chose to book here at the Flamingo for the last two nights of my solo vacation. Pretty kool spot. The hot pink decorum was upbeat. The room was basic but far from being plain. The drapes were operated by an electronic remote control switch located in between the two beds. My queen size beds were decorated with wall high decorative white headboards. The shower was outfitted with extra massage shower heads, the sink was upgraded with an in-mirror television. There was a small fridge for several small size beverages. The beds were very comfy with down comforters. A nice sized flat screen wall-mounted tv and the best part was a partial view of the strip. This was a pleasant budget friendly stay. Very pleased.

I am highly impressed with this place. From the outside, it doesn't look like much. Just a typical older casino on the strip. Once inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was super cute and updated. The pool was excellent, as was the lobby and casino. I really liked the option to text for room service and FAQs. The express check-in/out was super convenient. I really loved the shopping and food options in between the Linq and the Flamingo. I will definitely consider staying at the Flamingo again in the future.

They just redid the whole place a few years back and it's really nice the staff was amazing they were very accommodating because we had our kidsand I will probably stay there every single time I go back to Vegas

Once glorious, now the casino floor looks horrible. Appears to be catering to those that like industrial looking carpet, the feel of Sam's Club with low lighting, and a lot of carnival games. Outside high limit I didn't see a single blackjack table that didn't have some side hustle bet.

Pros:

Pros:
Room was good for a 3 star hotel as in clean and had a great view of the strip/mountains.
Location is excellent, centre strip means you can walk everywhere without to much effort, also the off the strip "street" next door is a handy plus.
Happy hour at the Bird bar was a favourite 50c beers anyone? Margaritaville has surprisingly good burgers and Centre Cut Steak House was brilliant if a little bit pricey.
Cons? None unless I'm being picky:
The casino feels a little dated and could probably do with a facelift.
The resort fee that you have to pay but isn't included in the room price? I know (now) it's standard practice in Vegas but it just comes across as underhanded.
Overall I had a ball in Vegas and would go back to the Flamingo in a second.

First time in Vegas, the hotel was okay. You kinda get what you pay for in terms of quality. Rooms were fine but the liquid dispensers in the shower leaked which was a major slip hazard. Staff was friendly enough, everything was constantly busy. If I come back to Vegas I'll probably pick a different hotel unless I can get a good deal here.

Went to Vegas after they had been reopened for a week or so. Really happy that we stayed at the Flamingo. They were clean and seem to be taking Covid seriously. There was a temp taker when we checked in. There were wipes all over the casino to wipe down machines before and after we used them. Everyone had a mask on. Security was enforcing the mask rule the day it started. Which was half way into our trip. Other places didn't have the same wipes or sense of responsibility toward keeping the visitors safe. I was very happy with my stay.

This is our favorite place to stay in Vegas! Close to everything and easy access to the Linq promenade. Family friendly pool and not-so-family-friendly pool for those that want drinking time. Flo Rida was there and it was packed with a good time at the Go Pool. The high roller is just a short walk. Many restaurants including In And Out burger and Hells Kitchen are within a 5 minute walk. The rooms are clean and roomy. Always a great time at the Flamingo!

Way better than I expected. Usually pictures are better than the actual place but in this case the pictures can do no justice. Beautiful landscaping. Lovely atmosphere. Everyone working here had a delightful attitude and it is conveniently located next to almost everything.

The recent renovations to The Flamingo make it a great place to stay in Vegas for a bargain price. This place is right in the middle of the strip and I believe has the best pool scene in Vegas! It's not the most luxurious hotel and doesn't offer a lot of the bells and whistles the newer hotels and if that's important enjoy spending 3-4x the rates there. There is a ton of history in this hotel and I love that they've kept that throughout the upgrades. The Flamingo offers nice rooms with SUPER comfortable beds in a great location on the strip at a fantastic price! That and a fantastic pool is what is important to us! Thanks Flamingo for a great stay!

Three room was amazing we were on the 27th floor viewing the high roller that was a 5 star the room was clean and laid out in a perfect manor 5 star the bathroom had a separate tub and shower the shower had jets again 5 star and to top it all off there was a tv in the mirror I would certainly stay here again

Something wrong every day...I am a platinum and TR Visa card member and my experience is horrible....they gave me a room with one bed when I paid for two my flight was delayed three hours but I called the hotel front desk multiple times to update and was told everything was fine then my room was not cleaned even though the sign was on the door for service then we went to the Buffet and the server was horrible....never checked on us and gave drinks to all the tables around us but not us even though we specifically asked for it.....WILL NOT stay here again

The location is great. The room it self was dirty. Upon arrival to our room we noticed the bathroom was dirty, appeared to be blood splatter or something on the walls and ceiling. Contacted the hotel about they said the would clean the bathroom which they did but not well. On the headboards of the beds it appeared to be blood or something splattered on it as well. Asked for clean bedding and never got it. We also had to ask for towels daily. I have never stayed at a hotel where we had to continually ask for things to be taken care of and only once was the problem solved but not very well. W
You would expect better housekeeping especially during a pandemic.

I ve been going to the flamingo Las Vegas for many years, and one of the best things I like about it is the location and proximity to other hotels on the strip.

The rooms have been updated, and their room amenities were pretty good because they included a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker. I ve noticed that some of the competing hotels have removed the refrigerators and the in room coffee makers, so it was a treat to find that the flamingo did not remove these items.

Although we didn t have time to spend in the pool the score around, the pool at the flamingo is definitely five star!

So, I would ve given the flamingo hotel a five star rating except for one thing They now charge $15 additional per day for parking. What, the flamingo didn t think we paid enough with the resort fee?? I just feel that charging him additional $15 is a gouge and for that reason I will not be returning to the flamingo.

Had a great experience, staff is very friendly and efficient and rooms are very clean. Location is ideal, the casino is always lively doesn't matter the time of day for night. The gift shops are well stock. I'll recommend to anyone and will certainly go back anytime.

I thought this is a pretty cool little atmosphere that we went into we went in early in the morning the casino was real light there was a lot of people around people were friendly helpful they did everything that we asked them to do I didn't really check out the bars at the bars were looking pretty good it looked like it had some pretty good Hospitality has restaurants hasn't Hotel one of the people that work there anymore morning he seemed pretty friendly didn't know me you approached me and that's how we were doing said we're doing fine I also posted at the casino that discriminates against disabled people if you have a voice use it speak up against those that hold those that have all kinds of problems with the way they move in the way that they act as if it's good to be in the casino at 5 in the morning with your husband gambling and get separated from your husband and try to get assistance to try to locate him and to be removed from a casino at 5 in the morning that's pretty cool especially if the person has a disability where she's older can't really get around she's lost she's just disorientated and trying to locate her husband to be treated with such rude cruel a bad intentions just doesn't make sense

The original or one of from way back... truly a great experience. Watch out for sharp dressed guys giving away free stuff, theres a catch. Maybe your into it... just not for me. The hotel is geographically located smack in the center. With great activities daily. We had a blast. Thanks guys

I first visited this hotel in 2016 and I was very surprised how cheap the hotel room was - twenty five dollars or something like that. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean, the check in was very fast and there were boxes for express check out. In October 2019 I visited it again and everything was even better and the price was the same. It is located in the main strip right across Ceasers Palace Casino and everything is super close to the hotel.

Stayed in three separate room reservations over the weekend. The first room popcorn was left under the nightstand from the people before. This means no one vacuumed...
Second room no problem.
Third room experience was awful. Check in process was terribly managed. Only three workers at the desk for check-ins for over 30 people in line. When I finally got my keys, I go up to my room to find out it has the safety lock on it as if someone is still in there. We tried to ask the maid to open it but she even couldn t. We walked all the way back to the front desk to wait another 1-2 hours in line. This waiting made us miss our dinner reservations. The front desk clerk (Kristin) said it is because the connecting room left it locked . I expressed to the front desk (Kristin) who had an unhealthy attitude that if the people staying in the connecting room locked it how did it get cleaned? She then changed her story to be that the maids left the safety lock on. Which doesn t make any sense since someone has to still be in the room to use the safety lock. I said to the clerk that there might be another person still in there. So she called the room but no one answered and she said well no ones In the room. I said to her that they didn t answer when we were knocking why would they answer a phone call? The clerk then told us that she would have Vincent would go upstairs to check the room out. She refused to give me an estimate so we just said to call us and we d carry our luggage, miss a big part of my conference, and feeling as if we did something wrong. Still have not received a call. It s been over an hour and 30 minutes. This was unacceptable, and they didn t even offer us anything in compensation. It was more of a well deal with it . We never got an apology for the inconvenience and rude service. I asked for a new room but she said we are 100% booked but i looked online and could still reserve rooms. I felt lied to, and belittled by the staff. My friend who is a diamond member will not be going here anymore. We wasted hours and we re teated as 2nd class citizens.

Update: spoke with a new front desk manager who was much more pleasant and understanding. She wanted to help instead of get me through the line. I considered keeping my booking because of the new manager, but the damage for this trip was done due to the previous employee and waiting over 3 hours to get into my room and miss important events. I was told i would received a full refund for my booking. Will update on that.

Buffet while a little pricey is one of the few that has windows where you can actually look outside. Very nice view of the grounds where the flamingos roam. The grounds themselves are worth a look and pool area also has a unique flavor to it.

More than just flamingos in the Flamingo Oasis. Worth the visit! It's free and has pelicans, several species of ducks, fish and a beautiful black swan. My son and I spent three afternoons here and each experience was different and fun. At 2 pm a zookeeper feeds all of the animals. It truly is a beautiful, peaceful oasis in the middle of a bustling city.

Liked the location, room was nice. The people that bother you near the elevators are so annoying. Only reason why it is a 3 star rating from me. They are too aggressive and it really made me angry. We don't run into this behavior where we usually stay. I would be hesitant to stay here again based their actions.

definitely not recommend.

definitely not recommend.
1. The self-checking machine can not identify my reservation, even I provide the order number, and there are only few servers to deal with the check-in. Then, the check-in spent my 1 hour to wait in line.
2. I registered the eco friendly program. However, the house keeper still goes in. The worst thing is that that guy leaves the weed smelling. I am not accused the house keeper has the weed. But the unauthorized cleaning activity makes my room full with weed smelling. that really suck.
3. The room at 27 th floor is really old and smell creepy.
4. I can smell weed at this hotel quite often .

This is the place where we lived when we were in Las Vegas. We found it really awesome and it comes under budget. You can stay with your friends and family.
This place has it's own casino where you can try your luck. I didn't have that big luck but you may have it.
I really recommend you to stay at this place.

My first stay on the strip, they upgraded to a newly remodeled room. The room was spacious and cozy, nice view of the strip at night especially. Has a refridgerator and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser is very convenient. My only real complaint is the customer service.. It took over an hr wait in line to check in ( @ 9pm) and our keys were not programmed correctly so we had to pay $20 for parking and waited to get help at the desk for another 45 min. (After midnight) to get changed and still didn't work.

Was staying at the hotel for 3 nights. Had to make reservations that was not available till 3pm on a Wednesday to get into the pool area. Arrived at 3:10 after finishing our lunch at Carlos & Charlies, their patio restaurant and was denied entry because we were 10 min late. And there was only about 25 people in the pool area. Absolutely ridiculous that our group of 4 couldn't get in to a pool area with a capacity of 1000+ people. We left and enjoyed a cabana and lots of cocktails at Caesars Venus pool, where the staff and drinks were great

It was a nice hotel to stay at. Slightly dated, but nothing that makes you unhappy about your stay. Clean, affordable, and in a good spot on the strip. The Flamingos were very adorable.

I always have a blast at the Flamimgo. Honestly their pool is one of the best on the strip. For some people they think it isn t flashy enough, but it s always an authentic experience here. Always.

This was party central for eveyone...great music and great machine payout for me, and strong free drinks... loved it...downside was you have to pay to park if over an hour. I had to move my car back to our resort and catch an uber back. That was really a deal breaker so we didn't return for the rest of our stay in Vegas. Free parking should be a given in Vegas...or issue free parking for visitors on certain levels. Just a thought...

My girlfriend and I checked in our luggage. Our luggage was delivered to our room. We noticed our belongings were tossed around and my $450 shades were missing. I made a report that day and followed up every day after. All I got was the run around from everyone I spoke to in every department. If you book a room here keep your luggage with you at all times. They could care less about your belongings or reimbursement.
