The casino is great. The hotel is ok. The parking garage is a nightmare. If your driving, dont stay here.

If you fly in or park your car one time, it's a bargain. Great location on the strip.

Accommodation are great!!

Accommodation are great!!
Customer service horrible!!
Was lied to from the very start when I booked the room!
Tried to charge me for a early check in when was told that there wouldn't be after 2pm. Told them when making the reservation that we going there just to lay at the pool. Asked what we need to do to get in. Was told to register when we got there and it'll be like an hour. Did that, after an hour went to the pool and was told I should of registered at 9 or 10am! We're only to the 1030am list!!
Asked if we could go in the morning before we check out and was told only if we register! Couldn't let us tan for an hour! No mgr would talk to me!!
Way to take care of locals!!

Very nice hotel with impeccable views! Unfortunately it is difficult to get into their pool because of the pandemic but the trick is to text the number right at 10am to get a spot. There s a lot to do and many places to eat in the immediate surrounding area and the prices were beyond reasonable. Unfortunately the air conditioner had not been working in our room but it wasn t unbearable (we didn t even bother to mention it). Overall, it was a good experience and a great place to get away to right now.

Great room, awesome view, friendly staff. The one disappointment I had was the flamingo buffet an the waitress Maria. First the buffet didn't have much at all an they were having a hard time keeping up with what they had. Then Maria not once came over to introduce herself. Was supposed to have unlimited beer with the buffet, not once did she come an ask. So if I could give 2 different sets of stars I would. But since I can't I'm giving 3 an that's mainly because of the whole buffet an waitress thing. The first few lines I wrote actually get 4 's.

I ve been to Vegas more than 20 times and this is where I always stay, specially now with all the remodeled rooms.
Nice and cozy, but the location is the best you are right in the heart of the strip, Flamingo has one of the best pool party s in Vegas.
Specially my last stay here was amazing as I arrived really late and the check in agents gave me one of their huge apartments I could run in this apartment for hours, when they checked me in on this apartment First I was thinking they gave it to me as complimentary or checking in super late , but after that I asked and it was a complimentary from the hotel as their return guest which is sweet.
So anyway I highly recommend this place!

Terrific Customer service! BEAUTIFUL Room! Had a pet friendly suite, which was Gorgeous! Celebrated my Hunny's Birthday and we were treated Fabulously!...just the pet relief area was pretty nasty. Dried poopers that were left there all 5 days, even after asking 3 times.

Let's start with the positive first. Nice staff. Flamingos were fun. Pool was great. Limited food options, don't recommend for anyone gluten free. Buffet was mediocre. Now to the bad. Our room floor was sticky. Lighting was poor. There was no conditioner. Key did not work half the time. We had to go to the kiosk at 3am to get new keys. Ice was on every other floor.

The pool is fabulous...drinks are super expensive but the attention when you rent a bed at the pool is awesome. It is expensive and you have to purchase $200 minimum in drinks and food in addition to rental. Hotel could do a better job with letting you know of eliminated services at checkin due to covid....

This is the hotel I stay at every tine I go to Las Vegas. It is right in the middle of the strip which is convenient. The rooms are always clean. Some of the rooms are a bit of a walk from the elevator. The outdoor area patio and pool are beautiful. The hotel room prices as far as Vegas go is reasonable. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Vegas!

When was the last time they clean up the remote controller. Overall the rooms are ok , no water Included so you need to buy all your drinks in advance. Funny, sometimes there is no hot water at nights, maybe cause more people is using it ? , but still kind of hard to believe. The rooms and hotel is clean , beds are really confortable, not to noisy in rooms, if you are 6feet tall or more you might feel uncomfortable in the bathroom where the ceiling is about 7feet tall.

Honest review from a Vegas regular...

Pros:
-Cheap price point for rooms compared to others on the strip
-Kiosk/Online check in and out - no lines!
-Remodeled room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfy.
-Location, right in the heart of the strip, directly across from Caesar's Palace

Cons:
-Small buffet to handle a LOOOOONG line of people.
-Room service is pricey (to be expected) but it comes in a paper bag and our eggs/steak/French toast was cold and chewy when we got them. Would not recommend.
-When I made our reservation I informed them of our late check in (10pm) but was told we had a King room. Ended up with 2 queens and couldn't change.

All in all, it was a decent stay. We hopped over to TI for our comped nights after we left Flamingo. Maybe we're just used to a different atmosphere/higher end service we receive at TI, Cosmo and Venetian, but Flamingo was just so-so for us. I'd stay again if need be, but wouldn't go out of my way to go.

it was a decent hotel as we were registering we decided to upgrade to a suite and being in Vegas I expected a lavish layout however it was more like a deluxe king than a suite the bathtub was very small maybe like apartment size definitely could not get two people in it but the decor was nice to staff was great and the place was clean

Cleanliness could be approved drastically. Hallways are filthy and when we first checked in the bathtub had pubes/hair in it still. The soap dispensers has built up grime. The smell of smoke in the lobby/casino is a total turn off. We were told we had late check out just to be told on the day of that we didn t and they were going to charge $20 for every hour later that we wanted to check out. Pool was fun but drinks are $27 each with souvenir cup and refills are $23 USD.

The perfect hotel for my stay on the Las Vegas Strip, and I definitely will be using them again!!

It s one of the oldest hotels that is still running on the Las Vegas Strip, and parts of it are definitely showing their age, as it feels like you went into a time warp straight to the 1970 s in some areas, but nonetheless, I still loved the atmosphere of the hotel and resort.

We were able to book a great last minute deal here and got a room for under $100 a night, even after including the resort fee. I was very pleased to be able to find a room on such short notice for such a great price!

The rooms themselves are just your standard hotel room, nothing remarkable, but are solid and kept very clean, and the beds are comfortable, so no complaints there. The one issue I have is with the fact that the rooms have no outlets anywhere near the beds for charging phones or other devices - minor inconvenience that may be due to the age of the hotel.

Another thing, the WiFi is free, as part of the resort fee, but it will look like they re charging you when logging into it, as you have to select a $15 basic package! Don t worry! You won t be charged that as long as you paid the resort fee.

What the rooms and certain parts of the inside of the hotel lack in aesthetics and visual appeal, the Go Pool outside most certainly makes up for! I would spend half of every day that I was here by the pool, and love every minute of it! Great vibes, great music, beautiful layout for the pool and cabanas, and lots of cute guys too! The food here was pricey, unsurprisingly, but was also surprisingly EXTREMELY delicious! The fried chicken sandwich was one of the best I ve ever had!

Like all Vegas resorts, The Flamingo is huge, and has lots of other facilities and things to do, including a wildlife habitat with real flamingoes!! It was very cute!

I very much so enjoyed my stay at The Flamingo. Easy and efficient checking in and checking out, solid and clean rooms, and an amazing pool! I will definitely be back.

The flamingo hotel is one of the oldest hotels on the strip. Its center located and connected fluidly with two other casino and hotels. The promenade walkway is connected as well. They have actual flamingos at the resort. Prices to stay there are better than others and for the price the rooms are good. I stayed at both the regular flamingo and HGV flamingo. They both were great. If your touring on the strip this is a good location. Lots of food and entertainment all in one place or a short walk away.

The hotel recently installed Automatic Kiosks for check-in. Great when they work; terrible when they don't and they let go of 1/2 the clerks. Check-in line was an hour long. The hotel was updating their hotel restaurant (tough competition with many options at Ceasar's across the street, which owns the Flamingo). Apparently, there are a lot of wholes needed to be drilled in concrete because every day of my week visit started with a hammer drill and sledgehammer. I first thought it was the guy in the next room beating his noisy bathroom vent with a shoe. At 6am the next day when i called the night shift help-line he indicated he couldn't do anything. I then spoke to the supervisor who put a call into the work crew... who didn't stop. After i reminded him that he is the voice of customer satisfaction He offered to remove the Resort Fee. The last day i spoke to Anthony at the concierge desk. (very apologetic). He indicated the contractors were not to start before 10am, and promised to remove the restort fees for my stay. The next morning, the hammer drill started at 5:40am. I was able to use the on-line checkout despite my account still showing a Resort Fee. It wasn't worth my teime to contest the fee. Finally, when i got the bill, it shows the same date for all four days i stayed. This won't pass my corporate audit. I blame middle management for not empowering their employees to do everything they can to ensure the customer experience lives up to the Ceasar's brand expectation. Or maybe it does... (audit the contractors activiites, rectify the kiosk situation, etc.)

Rooms were not as clean as expected. No noticeable security during the week. Did not feel comfortable as my floor - there was clearly fighting going on some nights, other nights guests running the halls. Very little food choices. Definitely NOT a comfortable stay.

Flamingo has some food points: solid restaurants, the animal habitat, nice pool. The lobby and casino are bright and shiny, especially for a hotel of this area. Prices are good, too. Where it might not be good enough for some is the room quality; not the best. Although it is aging well, it is (like me!) No longer young and fresh. If someone tells you about the Donny and Marie show and you have no idea who that is, you may feel out of place. Yeah, I know, I am also shocked the Osmonds still perform.

We've stayed at the Flamingo multiple times over the past few years. Some rooms are in better shape than others. Hotel all-in-all was pretty good with the exception of one stay but the staff sorted out the issue. The location on 'the strip' was excellent.

Beautiful Hotel! I love that it is just next to the High Roller Ferris wheel on The Strip! The rooms were amazing! My family and I love that it is complete with amenities with bright pink accent! The staff were wonderfully nice, kind and very professionals! We love the steakhouse, it was so delicious. The kids loved the lagoon-styled outdoor pool and the zoo with flamingos and live shows! Thank you for giving us such a lovely stay! Hope to be back soon!

Amazing service and very clean hotel. The casino staff and hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is an amazing club across the street and it is in walking distance from volcano and fountain. The restaurants could be better.

Tip: ask for the room facing the strip. You can see the fountains and a good view of the strip.

We weren t staying here but came for a look around the water feature with the koi carp and flamingoes and thought how clean and well cared for the creatures were. We then stayed and had the buffet for lunch which was very varied, interesting and tasty. We all had something different but it all tasted good.

On the bright side this hotel is cheaper then most of the big ones on the strip and the casino is ok, however it's very outdated. The room was big but the carpets stained same goes for the sofa - looked very dusty. Also the casino is not as fun and fansy of others on the strip there are very limited food places and stores so most likely you would end up in another hotel for the evening fun. But overall can't complain the ROI is not bad for a big casino hotel on the strip.

Stayed here in August 2019 for $142/night, including taxes and fees. The room was renovated relatively recently and was spacious enough. My only complaint is the level of noise outside, but this is a problem in all Las Vegas hotels.

My wife and i stayed at the Flamingo this past week. We were there for business. The hotel does show some wear n tear, but it is one of the oldest hotels there. I highly recommended the diamond card. It comes with great perks. Such as a diamond bar which has unlimited service!! All you can drink, literally. It also gives you privileged access to the breakfast and lunch buffets. It is in the heart of the strip! They have

i love the casino but now that they are open one of the stores inside does not like to follow the rules they have set in place for the safety of the casino customers during the covid 19. Le Savon their employees are not wearing a mask even after ive seen security tell them to
the only reason i am even saying anything is i have a newborn daughter and find it very unprofessional to ignore safety of people.

Location was perfect being surrounded by so much to do. House keepers were FANTASTIC. Front desk was non existent, customer service was not a priority for the staff here. No matter how many games played or how long on a machine, in a week stay only one cocktail waitress bothered to ask if I needed anything. Building was older but had character. Buffet wasn t opened and food court was over priced for the lack of quality. Truly just blown away by how great house keeping was. Everything else was mediocre.

Loved this place.

Loved this place.

They have live flamingo park where you can simply sit back and watch flamingos for hours.
It is very beautiful and well maintained.

Casino is big but I found it little outdated compared to others.

Resort itself is very big and it has monorail connectivity at the back.

Won't recommend for staying but definitely must visit for flamingos.

I normally love this place, but I added a day to my reservation and had over 140.00 in booze, and food in the room. They cleaned out my room a day earlier than my check out and got rid of all of it. I was not worried because normally when an accident like this happens they take care of it. Well they gave me a $50.00 dollar room credit, which was Not even enough to cover my cost. When I tried to use the room credit at the coffee bar, in the hotel, I was informed that my account was not allowed room charges even though my name was on the account. A manger did not talk to me, nothing. Just a dirty, rude, mean lady at the coffee bar. So I went back to front desk after waiting in line, and they took my 38 dollar resort fee off my room. Not even though full 50. Which is what ever at that point I just wanted to leave. The front desk was nice, and amazing when I was checking out, but a manager never talked to me and explained anything. They just threw $50.00 dollars at me hoping I would just go away, when I had a 6 night stay. Not my favorite experience, but we made the best of it.

Here I'm writing about the flamingo habitat located in Flamingo hotel. There are about 7 to 10 flamingoes and a few other species of birds. Expect some fishy odor in the habitat. Kids would like this place more I guess. It's better to go in daytime, although these birds would be there at night as well but tired. There's also a corner where you can take photos with colorful parrots.

My aunt stayed here while visiting my daughter last month and it was terrible. She had no hot water in her room and there were renovations everywhere. When we brought this to the managements attention they didn t offer any refunds or comps for the inconvenience.

We came here for a work event. I was a bit disappointed because we heard that it was renovated. It's a nice hotel, but it is certainly very aged. It's a nice place to stay for the price, but you will find that you end up going outside the Flamingo to really experience how great Vegas is.

Pros: awesome location (right in the middle of everything), nice rooms, good rates, nice staff.
Cons: the common areas look messy (ie elevator lobbies). Towels had stains.
All in all, good stay in Las Vegas I've enjoyed this hotel.

Only writing about their breakfast buffet on this one...I was impressed! Their Eggs Benedict were spot-on, which is really unusual for a buffet. Their desserts were exceptional, too. I loved the mini bread pudding. The blackberry cream puffs were uniquely delicious. Plus, you can't go wrong with a serving tray of bacon at your disposal!

Rooms are super nice and clean as can be, feels way more modern and clean than the Excalibur or the luxor, great location and the promenade behind the hotel is a huge bonus. Won't find a better place for the money

We stayed here for four nights last week. The check in line was long but was suprisingly quick. Really happy they have plenty of elevators. We never waited more than 30 seconds for one. We had a 2 queen room and it was laid out nice. The decor was neat. Our A/C didn't get let it get any cooler than 71 which was agitating. Didn't know there was a $15 daily parking fee til we got there with our rental. Apparently that is normal for Vegas. We were overall happy with our stay and would come back.

Didn't get requests for adjoining rooms after calling several times up until check in. Then was put across the hall from each other. Also requested wheel chair, no one told us there was a fifteen dollar a day charge. Then the lady told us if we had gotten the adjoining rooms there would be an additional fifteen dollar charge. Suck the life out of me will you.

The smell of weed reeks thru the halls, into the rooms. Only some lights work. We did a spot clean on High touch areas (ie. door, bathroom slider, faucets.) very dirty. Bathroom sliding door sticks so at one point it was very difficult to exit.
