We stopped in for a drink and found ourselves immersed in the beer pong game at a little bar in the back. It was amazing.
We stopped in for a drink and found ourselves immersed in the beer pong game at a little bar in the back. It was amazing.
The location and amenities offered at the hotel were perfect. My room was not as nice as it looked in the pictures on the website. The bathroom was very small and the furniture and decor in my room was outdated, next time I would honestly pay for an upgraded room. I had a great view from the 15th floor of the high roller, and parking is very expensive. The rooms were not something I would want to stay in again, but the location and activities available nearby made the stay worth it. I would recommend the hotel with an upgraded, renovated room.
The room was surprisingly nice and modern.
The one star is because the bedding was visually stained
It s exactly the classic Flamingo. Quintessential Vegas with the iconic sign. Didn t stay there but spent a few hours playing and everyone was nice.
Always treat me and family like we're part of there family love this casino
Average overall hotel on the strip. Older but updated nicely. I strongly suggest doing the on-line check in as the wait for check-in on most days is very long. Overall Grade B.
Came to the flamingo for a pool party. So my review is rated on the pool and pool only. The area in which we were at had a strong sewage smell. Definitely not enjoyable. Drinks are cheaper than other hotels so no complaints there
Very crowded and the pool closes at 4pm! I don't know why, but it closes early. They literally make you leave RIGHT AWAY. Cool hotel and very cool pool despite it all.
We didn't stay here during our trip, we are here at Margaritaville. It was very good!
Great place to stay in Vegas, beautiful grounds, daily parking is free and is $15 to $25 dollars daily and their buffet is $25 per person.
One of my favorites, of course they could loosen up the slots, but who'd pay for all those lights, should convert to LED's
One of the older names that is still standing. Casino floor has a good selection of tables and slots, one downside being there seems to be only one restroom in the main floor. However with that it still offers a great experience with live dancers.
Nice hotel. Room was clean, a little dusty, but not terrible. So cool to have a tv in the bathroom haha
3.5 Because they went less pink. MORE PINK I SAY, MORE PINK.
Pool is great. Rooms are OK, The floor is a lot of fun.
It would get 5 stars based on the service alone, but the property needs some serious love... The newly renovated rooms are already beat up, the bath fixtures were old and loose, the towels were frayed and stained, and the rug looked like it hadn't been washed in a decade. The new style looks nice, but there's a ton of deferred maintenance... And this is a room they gave to a diamond member. I would compare the room quality and condition to that of a roadside motel, not a luxury property in Vegas. Even the casino floor needed some work. In one area, 3 ATMs were out of order, so there was a long line behind the only working one... And that didn't change in the 4 days I was there.
That all said, the hotel was packed beyond belief, so the diamond check-in area really helped, and the staff (front desk, housekeeping, waitstaff, drink servers, dealers) were all fantastic...
I don't know if I would step foot in there again sadly, and I'm a big fan of the art deco architecture, and the history... They need someone to give this place some serious love.
I went for the buffet which was ok. What I like was the little area with the birds. I was able to catch a show of them feeding and talking about the animals that they had there.
Love the garden with the flamingos. The buffet is good Friday, Saturday Seafood!
The room was clean. You have to pay to park in the garage (expensive) . Told incorrectly about room credits and couldn't spend them where needed. Very crowded and lots of sales people in the lobby trying to sell you things.
I love this hotel. My favorite on the strip drinks are reasonable, food in the hotel is great, and the rooms are all nice especially sin e they have renovated. I got married at their chapel
Older Casino but nice staff. I walked out with more money than I came in with!
The hotel clean but old and expensive and they don t have good restaurant in the hotel
Beside they need to work on their theme little bit
the flamingo is definitely old school and wild and crazy and great inside. It had a lot to choose from a lot to do definitely a mainstay and a definitely a great vacation spot to go visit whenever you're wanting to see all the casinos.
DONNY & MARIE were great! One of the very last classic shows left. Loved the music and dancing and the amazing talent. What a relief compared to the typical weird Las Vegas shows that have become the norm. See Donny and Marie while you can, as they have recently announced they are calling it quits after 11 years.
I this Hotel!! My room had the best strip views and comfy bed. Everything right here.... food, coffee, bars, clubs, casinos...... everything!!!
Love this hotel. Great placement on the Strip
Great prices. Renovated rooms are very nice and clean
Very friendly and helpful employees, nice garden area, the Bugsy Seigel memorial was really cool, enjoyed the flamingos and fish but the place is also dated and could use some pep.
Love the Flamingo! My go to during my stays in Vegas. You guys Rock!
Checked in for 3 days tried ro use the pool For 3 days they said the pool was completely full hadn't make reservations 10:00 a.m. in the morning got up me the renovations still never got a call for the pool went to ask what might be going on they told me basically don't lay away I would get into the pool as if we decided to buy a cabana for $500 right now what's going on over there is a big scam
This place is the $hi7! I love how they take care of military and the treatment! I felt like a King! Loved the pool and the customer service!
One of the best free attractions in Vegas. The Flamingo exhibit at The Flamingo is a must see. In addition to getting to see the birds up close there are some of the largest koi you're likely to see. I'll definitely be coming back.
We went to gamble. It was a nice casino that wasn't super packed. We were able to pick slot machines and didn't have to wait long periods for them. The cocktail waitress came often to check on us and it was a good environment. The casino didn't smell like smoke like some do. It's well ventilated.
Had a wonderful stay here only thing I didn't like was no coffee maker in my room!!!
Well I had a most excellent stay. It was my birthday and it was a last minute decision. I couldn't have pick myself a better room. It overlooked the flamingo area and the Wheel
(Lynq) was right there. Shinning bright. I took myself to dinner at Carlo's and Charlie's, very tasteful dinner; nice place. Very comfortable place all around. Thank you so much.
This was a nice clean hotel. Never really had any issues except the shower was either hot or super hot. It didn't bother me, but my brother sure didn't like it.
My Wife and I have enjoyed our last two stays at the Flamingo, however this recent visit was not the best. We drove in this time, and when we arrived, we had to go find the valet and steward to take our luggage and park our car. Check in was less than favorable when the lady was somewhat smug about the $30 dollar early check in fee, like we couldn't afford it, even though we we're Platinum-Diamond card holders. The room was old and the walls were paper thin, you could hear everything. We had a non-smoking room, but the people around us smoked pot for 4 days and it was so unbearable, we spent most of our time away from the room. Dealers at the table games acted like they just wanted to get thru their shift, and were not very friendly, compared to previous visits. It's sad to say that we will probably stay elsewhere on our next visit.
We stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks, 1 night each time. Check in was surprisingly smooth both times and we were very happy that we were accommodated both times even though we were very early. Now, 1st time we were upgraded free of charge to the fab room which was great. The 2nd time due to the early check in, we opted to take any available room. This was a mistake. Room was very dusty and outdated. There was only super hot water in the shower. My husband and I couldn't shower which was unfortunate because that was the reason we booked the hotel. To shower in order to go to the airport for our 15 hrs flight back home. It's in a great location and the flamingo habitat is pretty cute and a nice little attraction.
Rooms were clean but we had no hot water! Had to let it run for 15min!! Literally before getting hot water, then the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, was a mess line they told us at the back of the line we would have to wait in the line to make a complaint
One of the better places to stay on the strip it you are looking for something not too expensive but in a good location.
They have newer renovated tons facing the strip which are very nice. There are also older rooms. The casino is a bit crowded
Although I didn't get to be in the biggest hotel room, I was very satisfied with what they had on tv. The room service was great and the beds are soooo comfy. There was a few pools and in one of them there was a slide that adults a children can go on! Dogs are allowed and the restaurants have great food. They have their own mini zoo aswell. The things i didn't like was that i didn't get an amazing view of Las Vegas and that the ice machines on floor 4 were not on. Over all i loved it here and would come here again!
I love the Flamingos in the outdoor area. Very nice to come to take a break here.
Guest services would not replace broken refrigerator upon check in, the only pool in service has a "virtual line" which did not give every hotel guest a chance to swim. Total bull that I was there for three days with no pool access. Beautiful place but rude staff and Covid19 excuse for everything that went wrong and/or was unavailable that I paid for in "resort fees". Hopefully it will get better with time and gradual phase progressions.
Centrally located and updated room! Caesars recently raised the resort fee! Check the fee before you book on ALL resorts in Vegas!
The hotel could use a little updating but you can't beat the location and the flamingo exhibit is super cool!
Had a great time as usual! The only issue I had was the reception from my room was really weak and I had no cell service most of the time. Other than that, everything was great!
I've been staying at the Flamingo every year for the last 6 years. Getting a very good view out the floor to ceiling windows is a hit or miss, but it's Vegas....if you're in your room, you're doing Vegas wrong!!!
This place was a really great place to stay in, the staff was very helpful and my room was clean. They didn't give me the room that I had requested with the view but otherwise it was great. One of the security guys helped me, he was a black guy in his early 20s super nice. He was about the size of an NFL linebacker, dude could have bench pressed a car I swear. Anyway, I called and needed help in the parking lot and no one showed up for 45 min, he didn't even get dispatched to help me but did anyway. He helped me with the electric car charger, I can't remember what his name was.
The famous Flamingo Las Vegas hotel has outdoor cafes surrounded by gardens. A great place to relax.
The price during the week is good. But beware - they tack on $35 to the advertised price. Quite deceiving.
A nice Casino with good show's and restaurants to make sure you have a Great Time.
Well Vegas is open again and our friends chose to come to the Garden Chapel to get hitched. It was so fun to watch them in these beautiful surroundings. Perfect outdoor venue!
This place still stuck in the 70s. The parking lot is horrible. You have to circle around for an hour every time you get back to the hotel to get a parking spot. The room was dingy and smell moldy. The cleaning crew was awesome and helpful though.
No pool access but payed resort fees. Please do not stay at flamingo. Although the room was ok and we had a very good Front desk agent help us By the name of Jamison. He was very nice guy. Management wasn't helpful at all. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Good value recently renovated hotel in central location on the strip .
Love the flaming0! Great casino, great shops, access to the vegas monorail, bird habitat, everyrhing to do and see!
Honestly, after the memorable moments within those walls, the Flamingo Las Vegas has become the ONLY place Shoezandmore Magazine team members will stay when in town.
The staff members were very attentive and efficient. The lobby was never stagnant. The spa left our team wanting more. The security was by far the best at keeping the environment comfortable. The guest ranged from 21 and up, but it wasn't trashy. If you want a masterful getaway experience to Las Vegas, NV, be sure to add the Flamingo to your list of heavyweight hotel options.
This place is a part of US history. I'm not a gambler but my friend was and he enjoyed it very much. I'm more of a history buff! Was well worth taking a wonder around and imaging the stars walking through those doors.
Not a good experience. Room super far, dirty towels, and front desk gave out wrong information about check-in time. They charge you $15 to check-in before 3:45pm. Ive worked in hotels all my life, Disney, Wyndham, never heard of such a policy. If the room is available, allow your guests the courtesy of checking in. Should nor have to wait til 3:45pm to check in or incur a fee. Not returning.
I love this hotel. Updated rooms. Music player is loud. Bathrooms fun!
Ask you to upgrade the room otherwise you have to check in at 4pm and check out at 11. Do not use with on more than two devices except u want to pay an extra $15
We come here couple times a year. Always clean and enjoyable staff
Casino wasn't clean in my opinion, saw several homeless people walking around checking machines to see if anyone left tickets in machines...
Good pace to stay in middle of the strip.Everything is walking dustance
A nice relaxing little oasis amid the craziness that is the Vegas Strip.
There is definitely no shortage of luxury hotels in Las Vegas, however when needing a more affordably-priced hotel, the Flamingo is an awesome option! I used to do the Circus Circus hotel, but the Flamingo is still affordable and much more well-kept and updated than the Circus Circus.
Honestly didn't have high expectation but pleasantly surprised. It's old but clean, room are spacious and views are good. Location is awesome as well.
Needs update for sure. Also I'm fairly sure that I lost my Apple Pencil in the room but they were unable to find.
This is a pretty good hotel, it is located in a good spot on the strip. Prices are reasonable, there are several pools, one area they cut off for pool party and the other areas there was a good size pool along with a area with a small water slide. It was pretty good stay, no complaints here. They also have a little lake area where you can see ducks, swans, turtles, and flamingos. They look so peaceful at night sleeping!
Great place, however, the rooms are a bit dated. The room 23004 has a broken shower stall door and the lightening was very dim and some of the light fixtures had shorts so they didn't work. Other than that the hotel was great.
Location Location Location. Great spot right by the Linq.
Very clean and friendly - loved all the lights outside - looked the most Vegasy
One of the better hotel casinos in Vegas. The rooms are good, beds are comfortable.
Close enough to the other casinos that you can walk to get there.
Buffet was reasonably priced and tasty.
Always a great time at Flamingo LV! You have to try Carlos & Charlie s night club if you re in town! They have delicious lunch options too.
Did not stay at this hotel, just walked around the Casino floor, Dining Area and saw the Flamingos and Fish.
Very nice hotel with cool themed rooms and in a nice location. So many things to do within the Flamingo and it also leads right outside to even more places to visit! It s family friendly but also nice for couples. Definitely would visit again!
Great price and easy to book a room here! Its not far from all the fun clubs. Its clean and well maintained.
Great slots, awesome drink girls. Fun place to just be
My favorite part was the bird exhibit... was peaceful... a breathe of fresh air...
Old and dated but reasonable for a stay on the Strip. It needs a major room renovation (not sure when pink went out of favor). If you're there to gamble and walk the Strip its affordable Sun through Thurs. Major price Jack up on Fri and Sat so choose your days wisely.
Great price! Wonderful rooms. Excellent snd courteous staff. Text concierge. Kiosk check in and check out. AWESOME pool. Great amenities. Would be great if they would put Keurig coffee makers in the rooms, but otherwise very nice! Safety and security are taken seriously.
Really nice place to go and walk with your family. Hotel is also a nice and had a great view from the buffet. It has flamingos and other birds there in a really beautiful area. You can walk through it and take pictures and just sit down and relax.
This is how the older hotels should be. Fully automated check in. Scan passport, establish payment card, get room keys. Nice newly done room that really is renovated. You re central to everything here which makes a big difference. Lobby and casino are not so huge that it takes you 10 minutes to get to an elevator and two days to remember how. Excellent value.
Awesome hotel! This is certainly where I want to stay the next time I'm in Vegas.
First room they Assigned to us was not up to standards...It was actually very filthy.
Management put is on an upgraded room at no extra cost.
The upgraded room was immaculate. The amenities were roughly the same, but the cleanliness level was evident.
Overall a great stay with limited access to most shops/restaurants.
I've stayed here Three total times. Every time there has not been an issue management isn't fast to fix.
Would recommend this Hotel to most people.
