Only one front entrance with no signs to hotel casino from the strip. If you miss it then you'll need to go through back entrance. Self parking garage has very confusing directions to upper level parking. Wouldn't recommend any tourist or even locals to drive and park at this hotel casino unless you take Uber or Lyft

Been here several times for a convention and have sincerely enjoyed it everytime. The rooms are modern and updated. The location on the strip is hands down the best. It's central to everything. While the casino area is not the most modern, everything else the casino/hotel has to offer more than makes up for it.

The hotel itself is pretty nice and it's massive. It's in the center of everything and you can walk to most of what you want to see on the blvd. We upgraded to a newly renovated, king suite. Glad we did because our friends were very disappointed with their rooms. The staff were helpful and the bell hops are top notch. We were told that some things were included (free parking, Wifi) but found that it wasn't the case for us, because of little details. For that I was disappointed and wouldn't give 4'5 stars. We didn't get to eat at the buffet style restaurant because the line was waaaay too long. However, the Center Cut Steakhouse (inside the hotel) is fantastic and I highly recommend it!
Valet parking was $25 for 24 hours

We had a great experience. No complementary upgrade, but the Go King was clean and comfortable. Book a renovated room if it fits your budget. Fifth star is for location - in the middle of the strip. Remember you are in Vegas, and Vegas only exists to separate you from your money.

The room was well-priced and clean. I love the exit to the pedestrian mall and the proximity to The Linq, Caesars Palace, and the Bellagio. Part of the building was under construction, so the layout of the casino floor to the rest of the building is kind of weird and labyrinth-like. Overall it was a great stay, and being in the middle of The Strip makes taking Uber rides cheaper! You can tell the live flamingos in the courtyard are well-fed too! :)

Great, central location. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite, as our original type of room was not available on arrival. Comfortable bed, quiet room with good view of gardens and High Roller when. We could walk everywhere! Linq Promenade next to hotel has a European feel with many bars, shops and restaurant.

I enjoyed my stay however i was charged a extra 158.72 for resort fees that was not mentioned when i booked and payed for my 4 nights in full , instead they waited till check in and they said i have to pay resort fees before i can get my key. I feel robbed. Also i was checking in for almost 45 mins after i payed in full , they gave my room away and had to find me a new room which made me very upset ,no apology

Do not stay in room 4152
You will not sleep at all because of loud club music from outside.
Avoid 4152.

Very natural and wild atmosphere maintained. You can enjoy to be in the nature where birds are flying or enjoying themselves in the water. Pleasant view to observe. Water fountains are flowing. Water falls with big noise.

Updated and renovated rooms. The place looks good. The casino could use a face-lift. The check in experience was the main issue. I started getting different prices from my reservation. Had to remind front desk of my free breakfast plan, wonder why it didnt show automatically.

Our group loves the Flamingo pool!!
We come every year..But they need to cater a little more to our music, we are our 50-65 years old they should mix it up 80's 90's 2000 We are young at Heart and appreciate all types of music like inside the casino..

Room was okay. Clean and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Dealing with the system to get checked in was not very easy. We were left waiting for an hour because one of the slots wouldn't print the ticket and we missed dinner because of the wait. Told six different staff members about it. Finally was told by a bar tender to press more call buttons in the area we were in. I did, we finally got help.

My room choices upon check in were a smoking room (yuck) that was recently remodeled or a pet friendly room that needed remodeling. Waited in line for 25 minutes to check in and there was a short line. Many employees behind the desk doing other activities when they should have been checking in guests.

Right outside of the flamingo is a sidestreet of restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment. Very fun area to sit in the sun and people watch. Incredible pool area broken into two sections; family and over 21. Loud music and great music. You walk through the flamingo "zoo" area. Very neat and free. Great hotel/casino for kids.

The Flamingo Vegas is such a cool place! They have everything you could possibly need on a Vegas trip so you really don't even have to leave the resort once you get there because they have an expansive pool, awesome Casino and lots of restaurants and shops and a spa. The views from the rooms are incredible and the rooms are so cool!

We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms. Room was very clean and quiet, with a nice view over the flamingo habitat. We enjoyed the casino amenities and there were decent choices for restaurants. Convenient location on the strip, close to quite a few attractions and good places to eat.

Hotel is showing its age, but decent for its price.Fun animals in the garden though. Great positioning on the strip, close to alot of amenities. Pool party is pretty spacious with comparable drinks to other pools on the strip. There always seems to be an issue with the check in stations at night so be aware of that.

Nostalgic but room are very run down. It is almost tragic to see what was once a great hotel become so worn looking. Great views from the tower, but chipping paint in the bathroom, dirty liiking carpets and sad drapes. Needs a refresher on the decor.

The room itself was clean, though black sludge came out of both the sink faucet and the shower head upon first use, presumably from sitting unused during the shutdown. None of the gaming bar tops were open, highly disappointing since that is the #1 reason I visit a casino. Had to make due with playing slots, and when we ordered martinis the waitress brought us the liquor in a small plastic cup, with ice on the side in case we wanted to chill out drinks. Also, no olives, apparently COVID means they can't garnish a drink? Just really felt robbed of the typical Vegas experience, and I honestly don't know how we can return.

The place is clean, and the employees were nice. We didn't stay at the Flamingo, but went to see the shops and the actual flamingos!

They have a large courtyard with live flamingos and ducks. Plenty of space to relax in an oasis in Vegas!

We loved it! We'll visit again!

We stayed at the Flamingo from June 10 to the 15. Amazing place. Front desk was very helpful and upgraded us to the Metropolitan suite on the 26th floor with one of the most beautiful views of the strip. Customer service was top notch. Location gets no better. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Flamingo!!!

Easy to get to everything on the strip from, the room was really nice, recently remodeled and they did a great job making you feel comfy, staff was super friendly and helpful, we grabbed food at different places in the hotel everything was fresh, and best of all the Margaritaville casino section

I know you cant completely judge off the pictures when booking a hotel, that being said I had low expectations of this room. It wasn't horrible in any way. Just not what we expected. No room service at the time. Better bed than the last hotel for sure

The breakfast was reasonably priced. The Mexican red sauce was fantastic. The omelette and breakfast burrito were great. The outside is covered with trees and a pergola making it perfect to eat outside. The staff was very friendly.

6/22/20 We stayed in one of the Flamingo rooms and it was beautiful. We were put in a room with a rooftop view and asked to be on a higher floor with a view and they totally accommodated us on the 24th floor and a beautiful view of the pool. Staff was great! Even during Covid 19, they had quite a few things open. Hotel and rooms were clean. The only down side was getting into the pool. You will stand in line forever if you are not in line to get in by at least 9:00 AM and it opens at 10:00 AM. They need to get a better system - maybe take reservations, or take names and call guests once they are able to get in ..or make reservations for the guests at a certain time for 3 hour increments of pool time. Get different colored bracelets guests have to wear for each 3 hour increment. We knew things would be closed while there but figured we would stay at the pool all day and that only happened 1 day of our stay due to the line. Other than that, it was a great stay and I will do it again soon!

Besides check in everything else was awesome the website asked what time did we want our room ready i picked 1pm and when I got there they said check in is at 4 no matter what check in is at 4 I had flew in from Pa and was tired I also have lung disease and spinal issues but had to walk around for three hours bot what I had planned so my day 1 out of 3 was screwed but once I got to my room I was pleased my view was great the room was just like the picture I enjoyed day 2 and day 3 i was checking out but the room was great but make sure you be ready for 4oclock check in and the hotel fees have to be on a card which isn't specified but overall I will be coming back

The only thing about this hotel is the location. We stayed there around Christmas and not really the peak season, we had the day pass for the parking lot, but need 15 - 20 minutes to look for parking spot at night time.

We stayed for 7 nights, we got our rental car for the last 4 days, we were charged 7 days while we tried to link our room key with the parking feature on our fourth night, we got charged five nights after some discussion but should be four nights in stead five, but we prefer to go back the next day because the staff at front desk does not know how to count.

we fixed the problem the next day while we dealt with other front desk staff, also to show the gesture of apology and the staff said waived three nights of parking and only charged one night and out the remarks but asked us to check again on check out. e got charge four nights instead of one, we tried to argued with the front desk staff with the story but was told that they did not overcharged and did not care about the three comp nights from other staff.

Their "remodeled" room is falling apart... And was not as advertised. The pool was closed for a private party and no one mentioned that when we asked so we walked a lot for nothing...The coffee machine was so old and dirty you could grow a plant in it. The light bulbs above the beds were burned out and only one lamp works. The fabric chair in the room stinks and is worn out and the wooden one wobbles and is unsafe. The walls are all full of scuff marks...And lastly our "amazing view" we were promised was blocked by Marie Osmands hair...this is vegas? We are never coming here again.

Me and my friends chose the Flamingo due to it being on the strip, and because it was cheap. I had heard negative things before coming, but i found none of them to be true. The rooms were very nice and it was also cool knowing that the Flamingo was the IG resort in Vegas. The pool here was also popping which was awesome.

Didn t spend the extra charge for the renovated room but room was fine. Great bed. Hot water. Good pressure. Two issues came up and were immediately resolved air conditioning was not working and fixed while we ate lunch and safe battery went dead and was fixed within 15 minutes. Give five stars for customer service and particularly maintenance. I assume they will continue renovating floors as there is some wear and tear as can be expected with the traffic this facility gets. Will not hesitate to stay again. Great location on the strip. It truly is in the middle of the action and a 15 minute ride to downtown. Walked from T Mobil after concert and walked across the street to Caesar s for another show. One complaint I saw on here was long check in. It really is hit or miss depending on arriving flights which literally can occur anytime of the day or night. Sometimes there is no one in line and at 11:00 pm we saw 2 dozen people. Regardless, you are looking at a 15-20 min max wait which is substantially faster than most Caribbean resorts. And yes all casinos are smoking. It is Vegas. There is drinking, smoking, gambling on the property and a lot of other vices not far from the property.

Good place to stay in Vegas. Worth for money.. Clean, comfortable, good ambience. The hotel is Present in the hot place. Easy accessible to all places. We have a casino at the ground floor. They have their partner hotels which provide multiple shows.....

People that works here has NO personality. When the old Boys ran this TOWN it was Great. Greedy new money people that TRY to make it a good entertainment place have lost it!!

Overcrowded, so much smoke you can't breath, outdated decor. But lovely friendly service and seeing flamingos is always fun plus a good varieties of shows and right next to all of the fun downtown stuff. Location is great.

However, there are many other options with updated hotels, clean air, good food and service.

Decent place, though the trash on the ground under our night stand indicated that the room has not been thoroughly cleaned since (at least) Oct 2019. We were "upgraded" upon check in - they moved us from our king bed to a room with 2 queens and our view was the lovely cement wall of the adjacent building. The overall location of the hotel was great though. Everything was fairly close. Watch the drinks tho - a single rum and coke if you're not gambling will cost you a cool $13.

Nice enough rooms, but felt mislead and expected more from this hotel based on their advertisement and reputation. Lots of hidden charges too and the resort fees don't actually cover anything whatsoever, pool costs extra, parking costs extra, breakfast costs extra... So the resort fees of $50 per day are quite literally for the privilege of taking an elevator to your room
