We checked in early (paid the fee), as soon as we got on the elevator there was a power outage (stuck in the elevator for 10 mins); no power in the rooms =no AC, no tv, everything dark. We tried going to the pool and were greeted by an arrogant tall fat pool guard who said we are at capacity UNLESS you are buying bottle service, wouldn't answer any questions in regards of how can a guest gain entry. A different security guard gave us a flyer to scan in order to have pool access but the reply to that said it was completely sold out. We went back to registration and asked for our money back and checked out. Poor service to guest, will not be returning.

Our experience with Flamingo Las Vegas did not start off well. We had checked in online early in the day before leaving for Vegas for a King bed room. Upon arriving, the check in line was long, so we used a self-check in kiosk to get our keys. The first kiosk we went to, would not accept our IDs to look up the reservation. We thought this may be user error, but the guests at the kiosk next to us was having the same issue. We moved to another one and were on our way. Prior to receiving our keys, a screen popped up mentioning a room with 2 queen beds. Since we had checked in earlier and confirmed our king bed status, we thought nothing of it and proceeded. When arriving to the room, it turned out to be 2 queens, which we took in stride, understanding they may have been out of Kings and the room looked decent upon first glance. We started to unpack and found garbage in multiple drawers, including Victoria Secret tags, dryer sheets, and a crumpled receipt. Not only that, but the dresser handles were all sticky, and the floor (plank style) in front of the dresser was sticky. A sheet of paper fell off the dresser at one point and I squished it against the dresser in an attempt to catch it, and it STUCK to the dresser. Also, the smoke detector was not fully secured to the ceiling, the toilet paper holder was loose and not fully secured to the vanity, and the shower felt dirty. We'd been up for nearly 24 hours and didn't want to deal with the line downstairs, so we tolerated it for the night. The next day we went down, and were waiting in line when we were pulled out by concierge and taken to their VIP check-in room after telling him we were attempting to change rooms. He explained it may not be possible after it being so long and us not saying anything previously, but he directed us to Charie Lei for assistance. She was extremely professional and understanding, and apologized profusely for the circumstances. She was able to speak with someone and get us an upgrade in a king bedroom. This room was on the 23rd floor, had a wonderful view of the High Roller and sunrise, and was in outstanding condition compared to the previous room. Charie Lei was able to turn our experience around and make it a positive one. We were able to enjoy the remaining days of our week long at stay Flamingo Las Vegas because of her and her wonderful assistance.
Great location, but guest service was a joke. Tip... stay clear of automated checkouts as it took forever. Strongly suggest Management put the service back in customer service!
The Worse Place to Go they charge you for checking in and checking out everything is over price. THE MATCHINS IS ALL RIGGED DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE I HOPE THIS PLACE CLOSES DOWN
Great hotel. Great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Quiet. No issues or concerns with this property. Go check out the flamingos and pelicans by the pool! There isnt anything bad to say about the property.
Spent my honeymoon here. Very clean. Very affordable. Best view, best bed(super plush). Love the breakfast buffet but you have to get there early. Just loved the place.
Our stay overall was good. The Flamingo could use some updating but isn't unpleasant. The Habitat area with the flamingos and other wildlife are interesting to see. The housekeeping was very efficient, the room service is definitely unacceptable at 2 plus hours to receive items. The casino is easy to navigate and the location is great because your close to many other things to do and see. A reminder to visitors you'll save a ton of money if you purchase your snacks and other items offsite, get directions to the CVS located very near the hotel take your backpack and stock up. The onsite buffet was also disappointing and needs improvement on everything but the drink area, its underwhelming for the price.
Oldest Casino in Las Vegas and still the unsung Hero of Las Vegas. They keep updating and adding new features. The Bird Bar is one of the best places to hang out at.
Great time! Had amazing nachos at the restaurant. Didn't win any money but played a LONG time on my money. That's what I go for... entertainment. Wait staff very available. Next time we visit Vegas we will play there! Thanks!
This was my first stay at a hotel in Las Vegas, and I am sooo glad I chose the Flamingo. It is located right in the middle of pretty much everything that you need of restaurants, bars, casinos and shops. The rooms has a very good standard, they are big and comfortable, and the beds are just amazing to sleep in. All the pink details was a big plus for me as well! As you book your stay at the hotel, you get to choose what kind of a view you prefer, and I took the High Roller view, 23. floor up. The view was to die for!
Just stayed here for 5 nights. Room service was great, easy check in, very clean and comfy beds and it s beautiful! I ll definitely be coming back to this hotel
My husband and I were here from sept 16th-21 for r 40th anniversary and stayed at Harrah's very nice room the check in was quick with an actual person and check out was just as easy would definitely stay again
This hotel is great as even being under 21 there are plenty of stuff to do. you can go see the flamingo habitats or just go shopping and being that it's on the strip you can go see some of the other great places.
Beautiful place I love the atmosphere and how friendly and courteous the staff is and if you have questions they won't hesitate to help you in anything that you need.
We paid $58 for breakfast buffet for 2 and $12 to park. The food was average. The bacon was fatty and not crispy. The crepe maker, Janet was not interested in being friendly. The man working the beverage area was rude. We always loved visiting this buffet when it was owned by Hilton, now that it's a Ceasars owned hotel, our visits have come to and end. Very disappointed. Left there feeling robbed of our $70.
I was very surprised at how nice the rooms and Casino was at Flamingo. It use to stay at this hot years ago, but as new hotels entered the Strip, I moved away from The older ones. The pool and garden area was breath taking with the flamingos and waterfalls. The restaurants were very good as well. Excellent customer service across the board!
We stopped in The Flamingo for a short your. They had neat little shops not to busy and just enough WOW to catch your attention. The monorail stops here along their route.
Only thing, I didn't like, housekeeper made the bed and didn't change the sheets. The room I had was beyond awesome! If you wanna great view of the strip pick this hotel
The flamingo used to be a decent hotel to stay until recently it's become a dump. Rooms are way over dated something always broke like plugged toilets or sink and bathtubs. Carpets never get vacuumed properly i recommend you bring your'e own slippers. For what they charge i recommend staying at a better hotel like MGM. Also the pool is another dump stucco falling apart you think they would fix it but simply put they don't care as long as people keep booking rooms. I'm embarrassed to think that i stayed in this dump.
Two years ago I visited Las Vegas for third times and drastically increased my productivity. City is amazing. In terms of the hotels and motels are super inexpensive! Specially Flamingo has so many things to do. Online or phone reservation is easy. Nothing to worry about your credit card information. Definitely will come and stay again at Flamingo!
This is a great place if you are thinking about making a trip to Las Vegas! It is the perfect hotel because it is close to everything. Cesar's Palace is right across the street, Planet Hollywood is about a 5-10 minute walk away. The casino in the Flamingo is really fun and the hotel buffet is excellent!
I loved the flamingo..celebrated my 40th birthday in Vegas and the flamingo was were I stayed..its always busy and crowed due to the casino located in the flamingo as well as many other things inside the hotel...i would recommend this hotel
The customer service is awful. The rooms on some floor are stuck in the 80s decor and very unkempt. To get a room thats more modern or issue free you will have a room up charge. Last time I will stay in this resort. All other resorts in the area are far more impressive.
This hotel is super cute inside. I loved the way the rooms are set up and i love the glass bathroom walls. It was really clean inside and the cleaning service was always done really good. The pool downstairs is pretty awesome and a great size. It does have the expected casino downstairs for playing pleasure. Overall this hotel was really nice and really clean.
Loved our view.. the weekend we came out was a bit crowded but security's and hotel personal were enforcing masks there were wipe stations and sanitizers everywhere.. we definitely felt safe.
I have stayed here the last 4 times I have been to Vegas. Very centrally located and prices are always cheap and the rooms are great. But who uses a room other than to sleep?? C'mon it's VEGAS!!!
Santo is the best bartender at flamingo!! He s amazing! We came six months ago and he remembered us which made the visit to the flamingo even better!! Keep it up santo!! We will be back to see YOU!!!
Had a great experience starting with being able to check in using the automated kiosk which provided our room keys. Casino and restaurants inside the hotel were nice and the hotel was nicely positioned in the middle of the strip with lots of other attractions nearby. Would definitely stay again.
The staff treated me as though my Wyndham Rewards Diamond Status really didn't mean anything even though Cesar's Entertainment Group and Wyndham Hotels are partners. The room I paid for wasn't the room I received. Was not very satisfied
40+ people waiting for check in, 1 person behind main desk checking people in. Long wait. Not acceptable wait time especially during Covid. Don t waste your time here
Lots of agents to check in and check out. Location of hotel was great and the rooms were very nice and clean. I asked a cleaner for directions and he personally took the time to walk me to find the right elevators. Would recommend.
Awesome place to stay. So much going on at the hotel and all around it. The staff was really nice. The room was clean and very up to date. Everything you would expect from a hotel on the Las Vegas strip.
Great vibe! Soon as you walk in, you're treated to good music and happy, smiling faces..The place is beautifully decorated, from the shiny new machines intermixed with the old classics to the incredibly spacious rooms(Habitat Tower). Just a cool, classic yet unpretentious, comfortable place.
Great hotel. Could not be happier with our pick of hotels. The poolside service was impeccable. We rented a day bed each day at the pool. The staff remembered who we were and made us feel at home. They catered to our every need. I plan on being back in Vegas soon and will be staying here again without hesitation.
We booked Flamingo king size bed, but front desk gave us queen beds and didn't tell anything about it, when we came back they told that there are no king beds available now. Also they charge 37$ for a resort fee that includes only fitness and wifi, which was not working in our room. They have a nice pool and we were excited to spend some time there, so we came 10 minutes before the pool opens and have been told to wait and register at a virtual line which opens at 10am, so we did, but they didn't let anyone to come in unless you have a cabana reserved. So it looks like there is no way to enter the pool even if you come the first one, unless you reserve a cabana. But anyway we had a nice renovated room and location was really good.
Rooms are very nice but they are far away from the elevators. The slot selections are very good. The parking structure is very far away from the room in my opion. The registration for Dimond way very quick and friendly.
No hot water then I called the front desk the water was scorching hot. It still wasn't fix. The website says there is fridge in the room. It's only certain rooms. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the vent was caked with dust. I would not stay here again and it's a shame cause it's in the center of a lot and a Monorail stop. Great location, buffet and casino. Sorry Flamingo my family and I will not be flocking to you again.
