Overall it was a great experience, but the only thing is you got to pay a attention on what they charge you for using their WiFi they give you up to certain devices for free but they end up charging you anyways . Pay attention to ur bill when u check out .

The non refundable fee you have to pay upon arrival bring you down. The "read the fine print" should not be standard in a hotel. Especially when most people when going on vacations plan and budget for them.
Horrible customer service. I can t access to the pool because I have a French number and they say they can only text US number. Very poor. Nobody helped me.
loved it. We had an extra large tub (no Jets) a king bed, and a kitchen all on the 15th floor for a low price. on the first floor a little walk away the shops are enjoyable for knick knacks to take home to family.
the service was superb and i would like to give thanks to the front desk and cleaners.
Rooms are not very well kept up. Clean but the shower and mirror light were broken. Staff were profunctory and it took two attempts to fix simple problems with the room.
Checkout also stated open at 4 am and no one was at the desk until nearly 420
Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and staff was helpful and nice. The hotel itself was also well kept and clean. I really enjoyed how the hotel itself had so many activities for guest to do and all the shops available in the lobby.
Great hotel... close to everything on the strip. Comfy bed and comfy pillow... tv in the mirror... drapes close with a button next to the bed. Free wifi...casino is nice....tons of shops with Flamingo swag. Love the flamingo wildlife area with ducks and turtles, pelicans, huge koi...cool birds. Nice cafe nearby the wildlife area.
Nice hotel but they show it priced at $24. when you actually pay, they add on $50 deposit and an additional $39.68! I'd be okay with the price, if it said it out right, not when you get there to pay and the line is 6 miles long. then they add the hidden fee!!!
The Flamingo has huge value to me just for its fish and bird preserve. They've resisted paving it over for another pool or golf course and kept the conservatory intact.
Caesars is obviously investing some money to renovate and clean up the hotel. It was much cleaner with fresh carpets and no tobacco stains when I visited this year. A classic Vegas casino, it has easy access to Caesars across the street and shares a side with Linq and the recently opened promenaded.
A COVID Petri Dish: packed with people who don't observe 6' distancing and the most popular mask wearing style is as a chin strap. Unlike MGM properties, security doesn't seem to care. If you're looking to aquire a communicable disease, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.
I tried out the buffet. I had a groupon and it was for unlimited beer and wine. It should indicate it's for only 1 kind of beer which was Coors Light. Food was okay. Some of the hot bar food wasnt very warm tasting. The desserts were really good though and the salad bar had a great selection.
Love the pool! Love the landscaping, and the buffet isn t all that bad.
Problem: our room was filthy and had a bunch of gum stuck to the walls. One of the outlets was partially exposed, and our bedding had a lot of stains. For the price we paid for the non-upgraded room, I feel like the room should ve at least been a bit more presentable. Won t be going back.
New renovated room very clean and much room. You hear everything from hallway, not nice. Room 26131 had nice view to pool area and mountains. Excellent hotel and great location (monorail stop). Very nice and extremely helpful staff. Most likely I am booking myself here next time
We had a newly remodeled room. Very comfortable. Pools were fantastic. Great location on the strip. The computer kiosks make check in and check out a breeze.
MINORS W/NO ID NO POOL We drove from Texas and my children did not have an ID (11 & 12) even though we (Both Parents) had ID they were not allowed in the huge pool. We went to the Family Pool 1/4 size of the large pool. My children where disappointed. We stayed in the 27th floor Executive Room. Room was great. A/C was great. Housekeeping was great. Beds are comfortable. 2 Queen beds with 4 pillows in each. No coffee maker. Our room was totally updated!!!!!!!
It is good nice hotel with convenient location, but I feel sorry about alive flamingos belonging to the hotel. Their lives are miserable, awful, they must stand in small place, which is freezing in winter time. Another serious minus is NO swimming pools in winter time.
Excellent Casino Hotel. Top notch customer service. Concierge was very helpful with all of birthday details, our tickets, arrangements, and deliveries. Very professional staff. This will be my choice for all trips to Vegas! Great job, and thank you!!
We stayed here twice and had a room in each tower. The 1 series tower was recently renovated and looked very nice, whereas the 0 series tower had more garish decor, but a sweet view of the high roller made up for that. Both rooms were very clean and quiet. The pool has nice vibes with palm trees and a live dj.
I stayed at the flamingo for 4 days and I was pretty satisfied with my stay. Upon going into the hotel room, there were small things here and there. Whether it be stains on the couch, bed, or little dinks and scratches here and there. Luckily when checking out the hotel didn't say anything but I took pictures just in case. Occasionally you can hear people laughing down the hall or the bass from music from the strip in the morning. Only temporary noises. Definitely not the nicest hotel on the strip but it does a good job with cleaning up the best they can and the location is pretty darn good. Our room had a small empty fridge so that was nice. I should also note that I stayed in one of the renovated rooms so I can't speak for all the others but overall, everything was pretty clean and noise level was adequate. Location is great, free parking, and I would definitely stay here again if I can't find a better deal anywhere else.
My daughter and I go to Las Vegas every year. We have stayed at the Flamingo the last 3 years. We absolutely love it!! The property is very clean, employees are extremely friendly and the location is phenomenal. We always get a go room. The view from our room with the Bellagio Fountains is BEAUTIFUL!! We have found our home away from home
Honestly it was great but I booked a room with a strip view and they gave us an "up grade" and gave us a decent room with the side view of Bailys. I asked about it but said nothing was available til the next day with an extra fee. My wife said it fine so I just left it alone. Hopefully next time we stay there we won't have that issue.
Great location on the strip. Some of the rooms are nice- newly renovated- but others are very dated. It's hit or miss with the hotel staff as well. I was given a smoking room instead of a non smoking room. This was during CES so the hotel was packed apparently, but the staff didn't actively help to rectify the situation until my last night in the hotel.
The hotel is at the heart of the Strip. It's very convenient, close to everything. The hotel rooms are big enough for groups. Clean hotel, busy but easy check in and check out.Staffs were very friendly. Ivy from the concierge was very nice. I really love the location, cleanliness and amenities of Flamingo. We'll definitely stay here again.
Rooms are nicely renovated in a throwback classic style. Beds were comfortable, good water pressure in the shower and mini-fridge in the room. You can tell there are still some spaces that need updated but overall the stay was quite comfortable.
High roller view room was nice, clean and modern. Great location on strip. Buffet breakfast was great, the grounds and gardens are beautiful. The timeshare sales people near lifts are the worst!!!!!
My 3 night stay was comfortable and staff was accommodating to cater to my group's needs. Location was great, near the center of the strip and all kinds of shops. Being an animal lover, the garden with live Flamingos was a huge plus, sometimes Parrots are out and available for photographs too, awesome pleasant stay.
A lovely stay with the family and good time. Just didn t enjoy the constant stop by folks in black trying to sell me stuff. Otherwise loved it . Would recommend it, ivy the concierge was on point and location to the Linq is a plus.
Flamingo Las Vegas was perfect for my first trip to Vegas. Great view of the Strip and the Mountains. Great location. Close to shops, food, etc. Our room was clean and very nice. My favorite thing was seeing those beautiful Flamingos every morning. The reason I gave it a 3 star is the parking. It gets filled up quickly in the evenings. The guy in charge of Valet was extremely rude.
There was no parking in the structure and no help from the front desk. 30 minutes into getting our room we were told that we needed to keep it down. We were playing music on a phone which is not loud at all. then we turned off our music and started watching TV. Then got another complaint 30 minutes later stating that our TV was too loud. Also I only saw out of the four days that I was there one staff member clean a surface.
Very friendly staff! I miss this place already, I really need to start going more then once a year! It needs to be at least 3 times a year! I loved the flamingo, I would stay there again, but I recommend if you want to go to the pool, go as soon as it opens. Otherwise you will not find a spot anywhere!
I went to Vegas for 4 nights and I stayed at the Flamingo. I found it to be clean, big rooms, comfy beds. Casino's are large, shops, great food selections. No complaints
Crime scene in the bathroom. Or someone had a terrible wound that stayed there before us and housekeeping didn't figure out how to clean it up. I mean drips of blood. Blood on the wall paper, blood in the shower, the back of the door, thr grout. When I called about it...their response wasn't to move us - or to give us a discount...it was to clean it. They didn't even do that right. There was STILL blood. So unless you want Hep C....do not stay here.
Flamingo is one of my favorites. They have a little of everything. Drinks, food, shops entertainment, dancing. It's a little older but I love the pink style. And I love the flamingo garden.
Location, price and room are great but customer service is pathetic. If you are someone who prefer a smiling welcoming face during any interaction with staff (specifically at check in/out desk) then this is definitely not your place... it's my preference so I may not come back.. however its fully value for money hotel and that they know hence they dont give a damn to reviews.. conclusion... decision to opt this hotel depends on just 2 factors (according to me)...what's more important...return on money spent or respect.. I choose respect...
The Flamingo is pretty straight. The gaming area is fun. They comped us some drinks while we played slots. They have a habitat area where they have real flamingos and other exotic animals, which is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is right on the strip, within walking distance of everything.
Everything was great. Love the coffee shop by the check in desk. Bird bar was great. I loved my giant flamingo strawberry daiquiri despite the price. The beds felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. I ll definitely be back.
Manager was something else..... RUDE Other than the soon job-less manage the actual hotel was spot on. Incredibly fun place, I mean it s VEGAS!!!!! Soooooo always a great time!!!!!!
Comfortable room, good views, everything you could possibly need withing the hotel. Breakfast buffet was awesome. The casino floor was good fun. Shame thay Nathan's in the food court didn't do philly cheese steaks. The bedroom ensuite rather oddly had a misted glass wall and door (that wouldn't shut fully - same for all 4 rooms our party had) and the corridors stunk of weed most of the time
It'll be exciting to see the finished pools. Just passed through Flamingo while catching the Monorail a couple times, and thinking about checking out a room here someday soon. My lady and i enjoyed the shops too.
Guest services was the rudest lady I've ever talked too. Her backhanded comments will have me never staying here again. Gave us the wrong room. Don't go here. Not worth it.
This property is owned by Caesars Entertainment. I played in the Casino on this trip. I was pleasantly surprised at the smell. It was some sort of air freshener coming through the vents, or something. The smell of smoke was very minimal. Also I stayed here about 4 years ago before it was remodeled. It was and still is a nice property for your buck. The remodeled rooms should make for a much better experience!
Not the worst place to stay, but definitely far from good. A very convenient location for sure. However, even with a buddy who is diamond status, they still limited us with 2 room keys saying others need to be paid for in order to receive more room keys. Not the most helpful. Rooms are supposed to be updated. Carpets still feels terrible to walk on with bare feet. Updated yet still very out dated. Not the greatest experience from most staff, both hotel and pit side.
The Flamingo has been modernized and improved in every thinkable way throughout the years. The decor had been updated and furniture has been exchanged with modern design and features. The rooms have always been very clean and remain clean, but the same cannot be said about the casino floor as the smell of cigarette smoke is extra prominent compared with other casinos. Still a great place to be though!
When we arrived we were supposed to check in at 9 am and they had us wait. Until 11 am to check in then they didn t have our reservation ready for the room we wanted. So we had to get a standard room. Then they said we had to wait until 4 pm to check in giving us the run around. The staff doesn t help you out much when asking directly about the prices. The staff does not know what they are doing. The room was okay. The sheets made me and my boyfriend itch I don t think they were clean enough. The slots were okay. It s in the middle of the strip with everything around. But would I stay here again when traveling from CA? NO!
No this is not the fanciest hotel in Vegas but for the price the value you get is awesome. The location is phenomenal and the service that I received was worth bragging on! Would stay here again and would tell others to stay here!
Pool Alert.....be careful - there is a waiting List. At 10am you text a # & wait. When or if they text back, you have 10 mins to be at the Pool. Thanks
Not good. App and kiosk didn't work for check in. Front desk slow and tried to overcharge me. Pool required a PHOTO id but no-one tells you until you get there and go through the line. TV in room didn't work and couldn't be fixed. All in all, Pretty lame.
The Flamingo is my 'go to' spot when I visit Vegas. It's very affordable, in a great location in the center of the strip and it has one of the best pools in Las Vegas. In almost a dozen trips I have never had any issues with checking in or any of the resort services. The rooms have great views and there are food options for every budget. My only knock on this property is the sportsbook is pretty small/basic but there are plenty of great options at the adjacent properties.
Because of renovations you can t get to your room from any elevator. I m here for a conference and my personal card (room incidentals) was charged instead of my company card that I reserved the room with. When I tried to get help they said there was nothing they could do. I called support, they weren t even friendly about the situation. They admitted that this situation happens all the time, you d think they would address it. Obviously they don t want it fixed.
Love the hotel and staff is accommodating. Gave it 4 stars due to the conceire. She treated me differently, no smile when I asked for information on public transportation from the day before when I purchased a show ticket. Then she was very helpful and smiled.
