Went with a fantastic adventure group called 'Adventures Overland'. Sanjay & Tushar are fantastic hosts who show you the world through the windscreen of your self driven cars.
We saw heaven right here on earth. In Jordan. At the dead sea. Wow what a place...
Great location, amazing food (over 150 items for breakfast). Clean and large rooms. Attached to the convention centre.
I asked chef Bouby Christian to make an Indian dish for me and lo behold.... Next morning was made for us. Wow.
The lobby with awesome chandeliers, floor lamps... wow wow.
The three pools are mesmerising. One with a bar in it... Wow again.
The clay wrap by Hussain and the dip in the dead sea, another wow from me.
Guys, if it's dead sea, it's Hilton. Nothing else.
And a big thanks to Adventures Overland for this lovely trip to Jordan.

Nice hotel with very beautiful and clean rooms. Pools are fun but the staff could be more pleasant or, at least, more helpful: I was denied access to the beach (far from the lobby) by cart for a one-year-old baby, and the lifeguard of an adult pool excluded me because I was sitting with a child on a stairway waiting for his mother. It's obnoxious and stupid.
On beachs, all freezers are defrosted and checkout need 1 hour (queue at 12!)

An amazing resort that opened in 2018
The resort provides dead sea mud to its guests
It has 3 Arabic, Italian and international restaurants

This was our first time in Hilton dead sea and definitely not the last!
We booked the junior king suite and it was stunning...huge and modern room with an amazing sea view.
All the room was sanitized and all the staff were friendly and helpful and they make sure you stay comfortable.
Although pools are not that huge but they were fair enough.. Especially the kids pool that was absolutely heaven for my kids since it has also a play area just beside it.
Breakfast was great and tasty (it was set menu not buffet style due to Covid-19 and government regulations) but that wasn't bad at all.

The location and facility was excellent to provide a Dead Sea Experience. It is new and every room has a balcony. The buffet breakfast provided lot of food choice and drinks.
The 1312 restaurant was a disappointment. The food was tasteless and the naan was cold.

Okay resort, definitely lacks 5 star amenities. More a 4 star than a 5. No free valet parking for guests, check in process was chaotic. Pool is loud during the day, so difficult to relax. Many other issues, but if you are expecting luxury here, then think again. It's more a kin to a holiday inn hotel than a luxury resort.

Really loved this place , nice service and all but I have to complaints : The staff where very rude , they even opened the door without my permission at night .
The second complaint is that they charge too much for cheap stuff.

This place is money hungry. They charge for everything..... like everything(Wi-Fi, food, water, etc.) Not the best stay. There s tons of amazing resorts right by this one which I recommend you do. Tourists, this is where half of your money goes for your 2 weeks trip that you planned out and literally get robbed for extra unnecessary sh*t.

New hotel with fantastic Lebanees and Italian restaurants , reasonable room space with nice view , friendly staff , quick services , very clean , it is the place to relax and to have memorable stay

What a unwelcoming service. The person at the check-in did not display client service orientation. He was laughing at the face of the customers making unnecessary snappy answers. I heard such good things of the hotel that I would encourage the management to review some of his check-in staff etiquette and behavior.

A hard product-wise still new and well-equipped hotel that is struggling to upkeep Hilton's standard. Having been staying in a few Hilton properties, this was in deed a disappointment, more of a 3-star experience. 1. the changing room for the adult pool area smelled extremely pungent, there was also no hot water shower, I had to find another one at the gym which is more decent; 2. the room should be new but already found a few scratches, dents and dirts on the floor, the wall, the table and in the toilet; 3. the food served were really salty and over seasoned, quality of ingredients might be the reason as when Australian Tenderloin was mentioned as one of the pasta ingredients but the meat served seemed cheap meat, insipid and overcooked and the pasta was too chewy. However, I must add the staff members were friendly and helpful. Check-in is smooth. The pools and beach were great. The family pool is gorgeous. The lobby and the facade looked nice.

Very pleasant stay, jr suite very spacious and elegantly equipped, furniture and entire hotel furnished in fresh colors extremely pleasant, food is also good, access to the dead sea for swim is fairly easy with a mix of elevators and short stairs.
Staff young and very friendly, only the flies were sometimes a nuisance

Great place, newer, and well designed... I however took one star off because of some safety issues (my son slipped in water puddles twice) and breakfast is tasteless.
They have kids paradise, a child care service, that was great for kids.
Overall it's a place I would certainly visit again.

My last stay on 20th July 2019 was very bad. Although it is not the first time I go there but definitely the last. The staff on the front desk are not friendly at all. I had to talk with the manager (Valentina) who was the only one to clarify the information about my reservation in a professional way.

They have policies for all the reservations and what services you can get and to get. But they do not have policies for the general etiquette and dress code. And if they do have they do not apply them. People were wearing swimming clothes (i.e swimming shorts) in the lobby though there is a sign stating that swimming clothes are not allowed to in the lobby and no one addressed that.

Also, I saw inappropriate swimwear for breakfast (i.e. women were wearing bikini only). I reached the manger saying some people are dressed inappropriately and not applying the dress code for the restaurant, he did not do anything and he did not even talk to them.

The room service was horrible! I asked for extra towels I had to wait for an hour to receive them, I asked for coffee creamer they don t have, they only have milk. Also, I asked for a laundry bag, they did not bring it.

Definitely, I will not stay there anymore and I advise you not to, there are other hotels with way better services at the exact, same price!

Property is in decent shape by Jordanian standards. Service levels are poor however. Check in and check out were painful, taking in excess of thirty minutes each. Customer Service and attentiveness to guest needs was not great: it took several attempts to get my drink order fulfilled and the bill took an eternity to materialize. I will not be returning to this property.

There are guards on the name of the car number is very safe, the appearance is good, but after entering the hall is very stylish, but it is very strange to enter the restaurant without the outside food, was confiscated two burgers, check the pressure to check 50J check-out, room Very comfortable, the bathroom is very big, but only a group of bathing and shampoo products are not enough for two people. The downstairs and the counter will be sent three times to the next day to check out. For a five-star hotel, The service needs to be strengthened.
The hotel's private beach offers Dead Sea mud from 07:00 to 18:00. After the meal is gone, the beach is very clean. Towels and showers are provided. The staff found that blinking into the water will also take the mineral water bottle to make you rush to the eyes. The hotel has free Parking is also great, all day long, it is a choice not to lose to other hotels.

Great location on the Jordan side of the Dead Sea. Has multiple pools (for adults or children), and most important is a private section to take a dip in the Dead Sea. They lend you towels, and even offer mud scrub with a little bit of back and neck massage .
The dinner we had was outdoors BBQ buffet, which was great because there a LOT of things to choose from. The entertainment of live singing, belly dance and fire dance was also nice.
Definately the place to stay if you plan to visit the Dead Sea.

Although initially our stay at the Hilton Dead Sea was below the luxurious standard Hilton offers globally. Under the supervision of the manager, Mr. Caeser, the substandard service quickly transformed to fit the classic brand Hilton offers. Not only did Mr. Caeser assure that the problems we faced were dealt with, but he went over and beyond to help make sure our stay was enjoyable and truly superb!

Beautiful and well organized. The bar services are very expensive, watch out! There was an error in billing and they were not organized enough to know where the error was. Delicious meals and access to the beach is excellent.

I visited this property 27Sep-5Oct 2020 and was very impressed with the quality of service provided by the manager Andre Herrenschmidt and his staff. I want to especially send a warm thanks to the restaurant manager Mr. Farajallah and waitress Rose.

Rooms are very clean and decor is great. Limited outlets to plug in to. Blow dryer has no plug in bathroom in a jounior sweet!!??. No pen in room.. I have two kids so they forced me to get two rooms or a suite which I did they had a sofa bed and brought an extra one but only one pillow. Only four towels and when they closed the room they did not put new ones I had to ask. They charged for internet which does not have signal in the room.

Staff is very friendly and caretiuos however at breakfast they had to check with front desk on how many people after confronting me that only two in the room I got upset and told them we are going to have breakfast you call the front desk.

Pools are small and shallow and for kids they close at sunset. Seating around the pools are plenty and clean towels on every seat.

The price for the room is expensive non of the locals can afford it

Had the VIP access to lounge which is great as there was help yourself liquor and very few people in the lounge. Hotel facilities are spacious and beautiful overlooking the Dead Sea. The price was also very affordable with a beach right at the Dead Sea. Highly recommend.

Great location and facilities, however, the flies are very annoying. I expected a certain level of english from all personnel. Some personnel barely understands basic english. Also, when we told the bartender we were executive lounge members, he didn't told us alcoholic drinks were free there and just continued to to take orders and bill us.

The facilities at the hotel are excellent. But there were quite a few problems when staying there. Firstly the room that we had been given would not open. And it took three trips to reception before they offered help instead of just giving a new room key.

We were changed to a nice room but it was almost an hour after check in that we got in.

We also felt like there was a general lack of communication from the staff about the facilities. Also, it felt like the staff were in training as they seemed very awkward and unsure when they were dealing with us.

There were also some issues with the room such as the towel fixture coming off the wall and the shower not draining properly.

Like I said, it was had wonderful facilities but the experience seemed lacking due to the awkwardness of the staff and the issues that we occured.

Amazing hotel right on a beach of the Dead Sea. Every facility available - wee local shops only a few hundred metres away. However good quality gift shop in-house.
Several different restaurants/cafes available with many of them outside.
Of course the obligatory "swim" in the Sea is available followed by the Mud Pack!!!

The resort is fine - everything you would expect from the Hilton brand (good and bad). Beach area has mud stations set up and showers. There is a small pontoon dock and a roped in swim area in the Dead Sea.

The reason for the two stars is - my mother was meeting me in Jordan for a couple of weeks and flew in late at night (actually early in the morning). I had arranged with the Hilton for her to be picked up from the airport and transferred to the resort. It was more expensive then other options, but given how nervous of a traveler my mom is I figured that the Hilton was a safe choice. I was wrong.

I booked the transfer well in advance by email and confirmed that it was booked when I checked in in person the day before she arrived. At 0200 no one was there to get her at the airport, my mom speaks no Arabic and after waiting at the airport for an hour the Hilton's solution was for her to take a taxi...

Incredibly disappointed in the Hilton for dropping the ball on the transfer and for their less then adequate solution.

This is definitely a very nice resort, and you and your family are sure to have a memorable holiday here. However, I found the landscaping and and facilities at the Marriott next door to be more appealing.

I loved this Resort beside the Dead Sea. Since we were staying in Amman, we took a day booking here. This included the use of the private beach, showers and a wonderful lunch buffet.
The resort is pretty big with a number of swimming pools, separate for adults and children and with families together as well. There are quite a number of showers, separate for men and women.
The resort is spead out on many levels due to the incline of the land from the road to the Dead Sea. So the pools are also laid out at different levels, making it look really beautiful The landscaping around the resort is fabulous.
There are numerous loungers on the beach, with and without canopies, so you have a chance to sunbathe. For some though, the Sun may feel very harsh. The open showers right on the beach are extremely convenient, as you need to shower immediately after a dip, due to the extreme salinity of the water.
They have a wonderful spa I was told, but we were too hungry to avail of it's services.
The buffet was delicious with a large variety of starters, main courses and a great many dessert options... what is it about water, makes you so ravenous after a swim!!!

Excellent service and very spacious rooms.

Excellent service and very spacious rooms.
No direct access to the beach though.
Their good wifi isn t for free which is strange in such a hotel!! Or else you can get the bad wifi for free :) but i noticed that this is the case of everywhere in Jordan. They just like to charge you for the bad internet or give you for free a worst one :)
