Fantastic place, all the staff always have a smile for the guests, very helpful and friendly, we take a swim in the sea and the beach service guys are great, they offered us a relaxing massage to put on the delicious black mud, they are excellent People and very professional, the drinks are refreshing and very rich, at night there is a variety of a very good musical group and a great dancer! Everything was excellent!
Good and friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, good breakfast. The restaurant foods could be better. And all the pools have about 1.2m depth, which is a kind of bummer for swimmers.
A good hotel overall, not the best Hilton but the best around this region. On par of Hilton standards.
Good: located by the dead sea, nice gym, relatively delicious food served by restaurant. Lovely rooms.
Bad: Reception service needs to improve, don't know if it's towards a certain skin colour ; cleanliness needs improvement, smoky overall. Well, smoking is permitted in Jordan anyways.
I personally didn't enjoy the dead sea experience, but if ever to visit this place again, Hilton will be a good choice.

The place is good, the staff is great, but seriously I don't recommend having the dinner in here, first you have no choices second I just had a cold soup and a main dish I could eat at home so just go to the mall near by .. with love

Kids pool is very dirty, tooth brush only on demand, & it came next day, room floor is not clean, my kids feet got black (originaly white), i booked for terrace and they gave me a balcony since balcony has better view than terrace, found spider inside the toilet, pool opens at 7am and the guy whos cleaning it started his job at 7:30!!!
Food is fine, not a 5 start quality but just fine, kitchen staff are very friendly and helpfull, kids paradise staff as well, room is big, i liked the shower and balcony view, pools are ok, beach is nice and clean.

Forgot to say that i payed around 400$ for that day and if you want to connect to room wifi, Hilton is asking for 1$ charge..!!!!!!!!!

This was so far the best experience I had in any Hilton hotels or any hotel around the world. The team were so nice and professional and we notice that from the front gate staff till we get checked out. Security team and Check in was quick and the staff was great; thank you all. The breakfast buffet was great and the taste really reflects Lovely Jordanian s food and culture. The room were so clean and smells great. The service was so quick and really generous. Most of the room views were facing the gorgeous dead see and the style tells you that. They even show qibla directions on the roofs. At night please try the tasty food at the Lebanese restaurant in the first floor with free band and belly dancers. their prices were so reasonable. The outdoor hookah their was a great experience; the guy that serves it was so professional. i don t want to forget the Beautiful swimming pool for family and kids and the beautiful beach. a wonderful team that help you do mud and scrubbing and gives you the instructions. At the end don t gorget to get your certification form the beach guys for visiting the lowest point in earth. Thank you all.

Amazing! I totally loved this resort. I'm not the resort type of person, but this was awesome. The staff was extremely pleasant. The area this hotel has designated for guest to enjoy the Dead Sea is just amazing. Great experience!

The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly. But check-in and check-out was a 45 and 30 minute disaster solving things in the system.

The hotel is in a good location with a nice view on the Dead Sea. The waiters at the restaurant are gentle and nice. But... almost everything in the hotel management is terrible: 1. The procedures to access the hotel area are not clear and the security personnel were impolite. No-one welcome us at the door of the hotel while we arrive. No-one! Unbelievable for a 5-stars hotel. 2. Check-in without any information about the hotel facilities and services. Just "this is your room. Pay". 3. Restaurants have a totally unclear management: there are one self service restaurant and two "a-la-carte" restaurants. If you have the half-board you can only use the self service, except if it is closed... but no-one tell you this rule in advance and no-one tell you if and when the self service is closed! 4. The receptionist at the restaurant desk is rude and just tell you about the price of the dinner before greetings or at least ask how can they help you... unbelievable!! 5. The pertinence beach was closed at the first drop of rain, with the host unbelieving the situation and waiting for an accomodation. The life guard forbid swimming into the sea for uncomprehensible motivation... Safety first, ok, but he went too far! 6. We were stopped by the security (?) when we had an evening walk in the park of the hotel because he sad that is forbidden! FORBIDDEN?!? Walking in the park of the hotel is forbidden??! I have never experienced something like that in a supposed-to-be high level hotel. Hilton included.

I checked in today for a 2 day stay. As at 4:08 the room was not available and I had to wait a little longer. As a hilton honors member, I asked about slightly later checkout of maybe an hour, which is one of the privileges that come with this membership. I was told to ask on my day of departure (Monday ). By far, my worst hilton welcome/ check-in experience thus far.
Super friendly & helpful staff, nice buildings, great rooms, beautiful beach & swinging pools, Lebanese restaurant has lovely food and the Shisha while listening to the live band was awesome. Great voice of singer :)

It's a nice hotel with a nice view, a kind and helpful stuff, Specially the front desk. The services their is okay but it takes time to serve your meal to you. I have a point I wanted to say the main restaurant when it gets busier it gets worse. The food I got it was really bad and disappointed specially after I heard it isn't delicious but I wanted to taste it first.

To be a hotel of the category we had to go up the backpacks, there is a shopping center next door and they made us turn around to get there. The facilities are impressive food and drink a little expensive

A great place with a breathtaking view of the holiday
It's my first time at this hotel, and it's been an hour since I arrived, but I feel comfortable and as it's my home.
An amazing hotel to stay at! There are 3 pools in the area, one of them had a daily routine of Zumba, Yoga as well as Water Volleyball! Breakfast and Dinner were superb! Bellydancer was talented and good looking and the service was spot on! I would recommend this hotel to ALL tourists as it has reasonable prices and amazing food! 5 stars from me for sure.
Access to the Dead Sea is small but the overall experience is great. You get towels at the beach and there are instructions on how to apply the mud etc. Its a lot of fun. Other than that, breakfast and rooms were great, staff was pretty underwhelming (not too friendly).

The beautiful reception is that the reception overlooks the sea, the restaurant overlooks the sea, and everything that overlooks the sea is beautiful with the beauty of the sea..the terraces are beautiful in the hotel..Each level contains a large swimming pool and overlooks the sea ... the decoration of plants and flowers is a top in taste..the buffet is very good. The mini bar is full but every content in it has to be paid for even the water in it !!! Unlike the Crown Plaza ... the rooms are clean and beautifully designed..general cleanliness .... no beauty for the rooms if they do not overlook the sea, my personal opinion ... good reception and service .... I answered its unique location overlooking the sea ... I attended a medical lecture At the King Hussein Conference Center within the hotel campus ... it was the best evening and dinner with family and fellow doctors

Far from 5 stars. Breakfast is a separate song, got on the eid, do not bump. (I will now carefully choose the dates) It s dirty, it costs so much that it puts ears. Food is like in cheap Turkish hotels. Restaurants are also sad. Lebanese restaurant is not tasty! ( don't pick mushrooms pickled in araq in any case, it s perfumed horror! The chefs just kick them out!) Queues for reception are like in mausoleums. Everyone smokes everywhere and even ladies in hijabs.
Very recent hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The private access to the Dead Sea is great if you want to get away from the noise of the pool during the day.
It is the newest hotel in the Dead Sea sweet I recommend it

This is the second time I stay at this lovely hotel and definitely not gonna be the last! The first time was during a busy 2 day conference last year so I didn't get to explore the hotel enough. This time though it was for leisure and I had a wonderful experience that no hotel I've ever been to matched. It has a great design, perfect location and stunning views. The level of cleanliness and attention to sanitizing during these times is exceptional. The food is delicious and all the staff are very helpful and friendly from the moment you enter the gate till the moment you leave. A special thanks to Mr. Hilal from the reception desk as he's been very attentive, helpful, professional and friendly when I faced a minor problem of getting locked out of the room shortly after arrival due to lock batteries problem, he made sure it got fixed swiftly and even offered a generous late check out compensation for the time lost! One doesn't see such professional attitude in many hotels around the world. So thank you Hilton for making my stay a fantastic one. And I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The beach is wonderful specially the beach staff . The food and the room service are terrible . I've paid for the buffet but couldn't force my self to eat it.
So so disappointing. I am a Hilton diamond member and was so disappointed with my most recent stay at the Dead Sea resort. It started with check in which took close to 30 min. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and were very distracted as they were trying to help me. Each line was only about 3 guests deep but still they couldn t handle the process in a timely fashion. When I finally got my room the worker apologized profusely because it was a lower quality room but he would give me a late checkout at no extra charge (included as a diamond member regardless). I wasn t upset - I had booked only a few hours before.
I went to the pool bar where there were about 10 people at the bar at 7 pm on a Friday night. 15 min after arriving they announced they would be closing and it was last call. At 7:15 on a Friday night.
In spite of the resort being quite new, the room was quite run down. There was clear wear on the floor, the soap holder in the shower was broken, the towel rack in the bathroom was about to fall off, and yes, the room had no view in spite of booking a sea view room.
The next day s breakfast was subpar in general and the area felt like a cafeteria vs a mid-range hotel restaurant. Off to the pool - I was able to stay outside only for 15 min as I had 10-20 flies around me constantly. Everyone was swatting and cursing them. It was anything but relaxing.
Overall I was very disappointed with my stay and I hope that the management will take notice and make the necessary changes.
Highly recommended if you are planning a trip to Jordan.
I stayed at the Hilton in June 2019 and I must say it was fantastic. The hotel staff were all lovely and attentive (special praise for our waiter Shatti). The room was better than expected, clean modern and spacious. All the pools were very clean and lots of staff on hand so there was never a queue or difficulty in getting anything. Access to the Dead Sea is private and has clean showers close by to wash off the salty water. The breakfast caters for everyone with a fresh omelette station as well as buffet style hot food along with all the pastries, fruit and cereal you would expect. The resort has a taxi company inside the lobby which is very handy as there isn t much around the area and if like me you didn t want to drive in Jordan.
Who did not visit Hilton does not say he visited the lowest spots in the world of the beauty of the hotel and the service of the hotel is worthy of more than five stars thanks to all the staff and especially Khaldun Maiteh and good of the gate and Hilal and Timor recommend my friends and his experience and young people in the ponds especially elegant spring
Amazing hotel. Has every amenity you can possibly need on your visit to the Dead Sea. Its private beach is well-equipped with a wading area for the Dead Sea and an area to apply Dead Sea mud. Breakfast and suite was clean, large, and comfortable. There are every kind of swimming pool to fit your needs.
