The hotel is nice, but the receptionist was extremely impolite and made fun of us for no reason. Worst service at the Dead Sea I ve ever experienced
The hotel is nice, but the receptionist was extremely impolite and made fun of us for no reason. Worst service at the Dead Sea I ve ever experienced
Because the reception staff mainly Murad Hadad are tough, not helpful and not cooperative
This has been one of the best hotels I have been to in terms of how exquisite the architecture is, as well as the facilities inside. The food was very good, the only problem was the staff that was somewhat slow when required to help with various issues, helpful in attitude however slow.
One of the nicest places I've been to. All of the employees were very kind and courteous and went above and beyond.
the staff very friendly, good food, clean rooms, love it
An incredible experience at the edge of the Dead Sea.
One of the best Hilton properties I have stayed at, with well-appointed Dead Sea facing rooms, modern decor, infinity pool, multiple eateries, executive lounge, and beautifully maintained outdoor areas. Located conveniently off highway to Amman and other Jordan attractions. Spent two nights here and just loved every moment. Private beach with showers and mud stations made the resort a perfect Dead Sea experience.
I liked everything in the hotel. I strongly recommend it. Thank you Ammar Shaalan in the front desk, you added a lot of happiness to our stay. You made check in/out very easy & quick. I'm glad to see such nice, decent & professional young Jordanian, who gives the best image to a beautiful country.
the stay was really uncomplicated and wonderful. the rooms are good sized and luxurious. the balcony was very great and the view breathtaking. the meal was a highlight, both in the evening and in the morning.
the beach and the pool are wonderful and very pleasant to relax.
staff very helpful!
My experience is pretty good ..
The disadvantage of this place is the difficulty of reaching the sea through a long staircase where access is very difficult
Everything was excellent. The attention was the best.
Breakfast was not included but we paid it separately they had gluten free bread if you asked for them separately.
They kept our bags the next day and we could enjoy the pool day. They have showers in case. You have no room where you can bathe.
There are 2 pools one for families and one for people without children.
Music and a bar in the center of the pool.
In the part of the beach you can access the Dead Sea and it has an area where they have the Dead Sea mud so you can put on the body.
Access to the beach is by stairs or by elevator.
Excellent place, attention and location.
The best beach at Dead Sea. The most beautiful beach in the Dead Sea
We were staying at another hotel and were just meeting our friends here for dinner. The good news is they have very strong security at night. However, it took us 20 minutes to get into the hotel because they could find our friends at the restaurant to "sponsor" us on the property. It was pretty ridiculous. The food at the restaurant was honestly average. They didn't have many options for a vegetarian. They do serve alcohol.
Over buking arrived 13 hours before room 19. Payed in advance in January !!!!!
Expensive, but distinctive, beautiful and clean staff treat the very literary and elegant service distinctive and professional Chef in the main restaurant is wonderful and eat delicious and varied Weshal thanks and appreciation as well as all employees without exception
Distinguished name in the world of hotels in the lowest spot on the face of the earth all the respect and appreciation of those who doom progress and success
A great hotel, veey fancy but the Ice isn't for free
Total utter incompetence and lack of professionalism.
High quality, but easy to get lost finding your room.
Fantastic, comfortable, clean, friendly, large and nobel hotel!!!
Great staff and food, the pool needs to be a bit cleaner though
We went to the sky lounge and each one had only.1 drink... we only stayed for less than an hour... when we finished and wanted to pay... we got surprised that they charged us a minimum charge of 20jds per person!!!!! Without telling us when we booked or when the waiter took our order!!!!! That was very very unprofessional
Nice place and atmosphere, would come back certainly.
Very excellent and comfortable psychologically and not the coolest
Hotel (= entrance, pool area, beach and fitness room) and room were beautiful, the service good and the staff friendly! However, they didn't allow us to take drinks or food from outside to the room, which was annoying or could be communicated better during the check-in. Also internet is not free which we found weird.
Best part was the animation (life-music and belly-dance).
Nice new hotel, still soft opening, so sthe staff needs to get used to be friendly. Too many stairs to go for a bit older people!
The 2 pools are O.K., but not really big, main pool has a bar inside, there is also a childrens pool. Room is nice and spacey, great bathroom, but a few small things didn't work. All rooms are in side buildings. I will not come again, because of all the walking and stairs!
Main restaurant is good, the Italian restaurant "Bacchus" is great!
Exceptional address on the shores of the Dead Sea. Hotel offering everything on site with very good service. Possibility to bathe after a local mud massage ... Very spacious room!
Wondefull amazing place Excellent service and crew splendor and swim and whip
Good experience, very nice, unfortunately, for families, everything closes with sunset.
Harrassing and painful check-in procedure spoiled my sunset... One hour to get a simple key and a luggage !!!!!!!!
Beautiful hotel with a nice mud station and pools. Food is a bit pricey but if you walk to the mall nearby you can get an affordable meal. Breakfast buffet was heavenly! Live entertainment at night was nice (bellydancer and Arabic band) and accomodations were very nice. The only problem I experienced was long wait times to check in and check out.
Excellent hotel with a great service. The food is very rich and delicious. The pools are nice and clean, but the main pool that can have both adults and children, hence suitable for families, closes early during the weekend because they prepare the area for a dinner buffet.
I love how the hotel personnel tends to those mud baths requests, and dead sea float experience requests. Super friendly
An Hilton "experience" we had also in other Hilton hotels - wannabe luxury, international standards and a "we don't care" attitude.
The room looks new with a nice design but there were so many black scratches in the floor/walls snd in some corners the paint peels of - not dramatic but not luxury - nobody cares.
Also when you use the shower you flood the complete bathroom - not dramatic but... .
At the pool area nobody care about leftovers/empty cups so there where many flys and bees. The staff/management walked around but don't care-
At the dinning room the management/staff walked around and don't care, when a plate dropped or one morning the coffee machine colaped for 30mins.
The breakfast buffet and the dinning was very good. Clean rooms.
The sundown and the view is very nice. Friendly security staff.
Excellent hotel !!! The beach, pools at different heights, various bars, all excellent!
I like it we have worked there for the EBRD and it was amazing experience
Great five star beachfront property with private beach. Went in March so it wasn't crowded. They also have Dead Sea mud free for the guests to use. The service and breakfast is very good. Only thing is you cannot bring outside food into the resort.
Great hotel, enjoyed our stay. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was amazing , specially the Lebanese restaurant . We would definitely like to come back to Hilton again.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is very uncompromising. The hotel facilities are beautiful and well worth the experience. The restaurants are varied and have delicious and fresh food. All thanks for the hospitality and welcome from Brother Ziyad.
The hotel is nice, bad customer experience. Pool is too small but the good thing they are building a new one! Not recommended for families with kids .
The hotel is new and the rooms are great but the service is very bad, the room service is very slow, the pools are all at one depth which is very stupid, When i wanted to check out the line was very long and they were very slow which made me stay in line of 3 people for 40 minutes!!!
Great experience. We only stayed one night, but the resort is great. There are only a couple hotels/resorts by which to access the dead sea (public beaches either dont exist or are not popular), so not a lot to choose from. But we were glad we picked this one. Views are amazing (sea facing room). Beach area was well appointed and easy to access (have elevators for most of the way). Pool had a great view. Several bars/ restaurants on site, food was really good. Breakfast was amazing!
Good breakfast Buffet, and hospitable breakfast area staff.
Extremely expensive for the service they provide (at arrival i was charged for the room without adding tax or changing of rates on the weekend, at check out i was surprised that i needed to pay an extra 40% of the total amount before i leave).
The pool is obnoxiously dirty we had no choice but to swim in the sea (people were smoking in the pool and you can stumble upon cigarette buds while swimming, people (mostly Arab origin guests) don t take showers taking off tanning oil or sweat before swimming, and other probable body fluids that might slip from underage persons since they were swimming in a separate section of the pool)
Bad smells and sound pollution (the location of the hotel is absurd, the surrounding public and private facilities make lots of noise loud local Arabic music till 4 a.m. and drilling at 8:00 a.m. and the first floor of the building we stayed at Ajloun smelled like sewage).
Location of room is unsatisfying (the view we got out of the stay was a service yard and rooftops of building with a partial view of the sea, mind you the bad design of the buildings which made loud echos that made us hear the nasty conversations from the adolescent tenants)
Overall design of the facility is in appropriate to be called a resort (the finishes are too low in standard and specification, plastered walls, cheap finishes, smelly elevators near the pools, minimal planting, terracotta floating deck absorbs heat and is impossible to walk on barefoot in addition to the slippery stainless steel ladders, building looks different than the original design intent and is very disappointing)
Furthermore, number of pools are too little for the number of users at one point, some people had trouble finding a place to sit rather than to swim, in addition to them being too narrow and small.
Inhospitable staff, some of the staff we dealt with are too dry and angry looking (except a number of staff like the one in the breakfast area and Mr. Hussein at the beach)
As a guest i didn t feel valued or truly welcomed at the venue
Overall experience was not satisfying and was definitely not a five star experience.
I hated the open pofeh.. very bad taste and it was not worth the money nor the drive all the way to that bad food.
The place is amazing but the pools are small and we checked in at 1 pm and received our room at 4 pm !!!!!!!!
Very nice hotel with a superb view of the sea, thanks to the very welcoming and attentive staff, very very good cuisine and great choice in the restaurant except its gives waste of food to those who eat with their eyes and this problem is over. all major hotels.
Nothing to say about the structure and cleanliness, but we lost and discussed for more than 30 minutes for payment because according to them our credit cards were not going, we found that they try as much as possible to get us to pay in cash to avoid commissions, to end after a long discussion magically the pos was going and we paid with the credit card.
The service was amazing . All staff was so friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic
Great hotel although it's too crowded with drunk people
