Great hotel. So pleased we opted for a room rather than a day pass to enjoy the Dead Sea. The rooms have the seaside touch and are perfectly appointed. The hotel itself is beautiful and the main reception gives you the first chance to see the amazing view of the Dead Sea that you'll enjoy throughout your stay. There were several levels down to the private beach (each by elevator or steps), first with swim up pool and seperate kiddie pool and for a more private time, shallow wading pool and more sun loungers. At the beach level you are given a towel and there are a few sun loungers but they can be hard to snag when its busy. The floating platoon is the best spot to lounge as the movement of the sea was like gentle rocking. Then there's the (free) Dead Sea mud to slather all over and showers to rinse if you don't fancy heading back to the water. The staff were all so friendly and warm. It was a great 1 day stay, finished off with a chance to see the lovely sunset over the Dead sea from our room balcony.

Amazing hotel with modern rooms and outstanding service

Amazing and outstanding. Truly 5 star hotel and 5 star staff. Hilton always has amazing tricks up their sleeves.

Trust me, DONT GO THERE. Very bad service that doesn't even level up to 3 stars hotels:

1. They didn't have simple stuff like toothbrushes or hair dryers.
2. Evening facilities and activities are just a disaster, there is absolutely nothing to do.
3. Not enough tables to serve the guests (evening).
4. Not enough staff to serve the guests (everywhere)
5. The Local staff were grumpy and have very bad attitude
6. Pools are small with very slow service
7. No free Wifi as promoted
8. They were out of clean towels for almost 2 hours (pool)
9. Stood in line for 45 minutes to get dinner.
10. Had to wait on the table for 60 minutes to get breakfast

Worst experience ever.

Great Breakfast (variety and typical Jordanian dishes for breakfast)--I enjoyed their Executive louge... at night the hookah's are amazing, the music is terrific, the pools, the view, and the service 100%

It is still very new, only one year old. I absolutely loved the resort s design and the maze shaped pool. Also there s beach/pool tanning beds idea, although in the summer it is really hard to get in it because it s so hot. The rooms are clean and nice.
The breakfast was delicious, the lounge is good but needs more crowd, the dj was good.
Would ve rate it as 5 stars but didn t like the staff much, they were rude and they were hitting on us. I hope their attitude changed since I visited.

I think it's the best hotel near the Dead sea. Facilities were clean and very nice. Very good access to the Dead sea. Heated pool during winter. And the service was outstanding - staff knew what we need or might expect before we even know ourselves: eg. we jumped to the pool and towels were brought in a minute. I missed spoon during breakfast and that was already on it's way. Great breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended.

This is a fun and wonderful place to visit. Top tier service.

This hilton hotel is really amazing .
the staff was friendly really helpful also willing to help. private dead sea was clean and unforgettable staff was helping us for mud massage and taking pics in the sea with mud.

Hotel is quite nice, management should pay attention to details more, specially pools , for me it's not acceptable at all to swim in a pool where people get in it wearing clothes. Hygiene should be top priority if you consider yourself a 5 star hotel.

NOT recommended to book and stay at Hilton Dead Sea

Have faced inconvenient situations which will make me not to come back and not let any of my family and friends to stay at this hotel

The security persons confiscated a small portable speaker right at the entrance during security check ... this is not acceptable and not justified at hotel policy on both hotel website nor booking App !!!

Hotel employees forced us to park the car using the valet service and NO option of self parking were allowed !!!! This is contradicting with hotel policy as per the website

Mini bar were put as free of charge as per my booking on booking app, but hotel service denied this and told that is chargeable !!

At last, it is worth it to say that the hotel facility is excellent but such situations is making the overall rate of the stay is poor

Special thanks to Zaid, Valentine and Timor, and Firaz who made out stay absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend staying here. They are attentive to everything you need. Rooms are great. Many restaurant options. The pools and private beach area are top notch. Highly recommend.

Food wasn't according to our expectaion.flies were around at dinner buffet.there were not much drinks varieties.no hot drinks as well.

This is our first time in Hilton dead sea and unfortunately will be our last!!! The facilities are great and the staff are beyond amazing but the problem is that the hotel does not host a family friendly environment. There was a huge number of single guys, they make around 95% of the total number of guests. They re chaotic, they keep staring And making bad comments to nearly every female on the pool. The environment is extremely uncomfortable and sorry to say that disgusting and i highly do not recommend it! The hotel must have a certain policy to control it ...i mean we paid for a five star hotel and expected to have a nice experience but it felt like staying in a cheap alley!! Money wasted

New--only a year old--when we stayed there in the end of March 2018. Staff were very attentive and some remembered our names. We had beautiful views of the Dead Sea. We enjoyed mud massages and floating in the Dead Sea. The food in the Italian Restaurant was delicious. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of delicious choices.
