well organized large hotel, well organized courteo...
well organized large hotel, well organized courteous staff, just a little expensive.
well organized large hotel, well organized courteous staff, just a little expensive.
Probably one of the best options at the Dead Sea. Fast and hassle-free check-in and check-out.
Room spacious, well equipped, quiet. Large and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and tidy daily. Available in the room water, kettle, all for making coffee and tea.
Pleasant and friendly staff throughout the hotel - from the last doorman to the reception manager.
Great breakfast with a huge selection from local specialties to sweets and smoked salmon and shrimp.
The beach is relatively small, but quite sufficient and has never been crowded.
Awesome Experience! The Hilton Dead sea is one of the best travel destination I've been to in the middle east. It's located right in front of the dead sea. The sun set and and sun rise is a must see while staying at the Hilton Dead Sea. They have great F&B outlets to choose from, my favorite is the all day dining restaurant on the second floor overlooking the dead sea, the italian restaurant called Bacchus (not sure if I spelled right), Lebanese restaurant 1312 and the Sky Bar on the 4th floor.
Excellent experience and will make it again. it is not the first time for me staying at Hilton deadsea, but it is the first personal vacation there. Staff is welcoming; front desk staff were very helpful and they accommodated my family's needs without extra charges, lifeguards were excellent watching children and checking on them and the facility is well managed. Two improvements points to consider; ordering fast food on the pool needs time and the concierge staff are overwhelmed. All the best
The whole stay was very delightful, the staff are so friendly and nice, the breakfast was amazing and the pool is nice. Everything is clean and tidy and I couldn t be more happy of this stay!!
In these challenging times, it was nice to see the hotel staff very accomodating to our needs and going above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay, although the pools and spa were closed due to government regulations. Food was tasty but I wish the desert options offered changed on more regular bases.
The best hotel I ve ever stayed at!!! Period, full stop! I can t say enough about this hotel. The friendliest, sweetest staff there is, including Husein, the manager, who made sure our stay was nice and comfortable after some technicals difficulties our first night. Ethe entire staff was nothing but pleasant and ready to make your stay more comfortable. The room was always kept clean and it was modern and big. The views were stunning with a nice Relaxing area in the Dead Sea for ourselves with nice pools. Serene and quiet with the exception of A few kids. No exaggeration, the best buffet breakfasts and dinners I ve ever had!! The food was bottomless with so much variety. The food was always fresh and healthy. I would not hesitate if you re thinking about this place. Please don t dismiss this review as fake, you can check my other hotel reviews. I ve never had such a wonderful stay at a hotel like this before.
All nice service kindness and beautiful room with sea view and spacious breakfast and dinner buffet with a large Celt and all good. To improve check-in a little slow.
Friendly and easily accessed. The room are really comfortable
The hotel team an management are professional, friendly, and definitely the hotel I'd highly recommended to visit.
Just super good good personal service genial thanks again for your welcome Valentine
Very bad management .. Best Firas Shib on the beach (beach) Very helpful and nice and baffled people love the place .. Either about eating and services are bad
The facilities are new and very well thought of. The beach access is super nice. The rooms could be cleaner and the staff could be friendlier!
They do not have the slightest attention to visitors or guests and have an interest in security matters more than necessary to the point that it is very annoying
I love the hotel and the view! Simply beautiful! I have to admit that is in the best location and all the staff made our stay memorable after fixing some issues that we had at the beginning of our stay and little misunderstanding. Great staff - all people nice and helpful and especially manager Valentine! She made our stay to be perfect, even more than we expected and we really appreciate what she has done for us - beyond expectations! We also loved the options for breakfast - wide variety of food and juices. No wonder why people choose this place over and over again, we might come back!:)
It is still newly opened but I am sure by time it will deserve 5 stars
Clean hotel overlooking the Dead Sea and excellent services
It was a good experience, and workers are nice and respectful. Liked the sky bar in 4th floor. Only a few things that bothered me like there were hidden fees (a percentage 17% times the price of the booking price) + a 50 JOD fee in case if you take anything from the refrigerator/mini bar. Drinks are a little bit higher in price than what it supposed to be. Kids were swimming in the adult section pool. Asked the sky bar dj to play a fav song and the dj refused. Hopefully this review will help to decide whether you want book or not.
Hotel to spend several days in the Dead Sea and do their body treatments
The hotel was great but the swimming pools are too small , the prices was kind of expensive compare to the other hotels
Nice hotel, the pools were crowded the day we visited though.
Ignn and the service is wonderful and in the customer service unit named Aida all thanks
Excellent stay! Recommended.
The internet should be free. I was very surprised and disappointed to see such a wonderful hotel asking guests to pay for internet usage. You can limit internet usage, but it's really a shame to pay for internet at 5* hotels nowadays.
Regarding food/restaurants, the price we paid was ridiculously expensive at 1312 restaurant. No value for what we paid.
Everything else was awesome.
Great resort and well kept for..Jordan. A little pricey but the views were nice. Having private access to the dead sea was nice but the downside being is it s over run by tourists so the water was a lot more murky compared to other more souther parts of the dead sea.
A very excellent hotel excellent services .. Employees treated at the height of literature and ethics
very good hotel
helpful staff
very good breakfast & dinner
everything excellent
Great accommodation but the best is the band who are performing in the Lebanese resturant in the hotel. Bisher, Rita and Luseen they are the best
The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful
Restaurant service is terrible, unfriendly staff way overpriced for the bad service they offer.
Nice, clean hotel, nice staff and a pleasant visit. loved it . I was hoping for better food
In 1919, Cunard Hilton, a member of the California Legislature, dreamed of setting up his own business and initially decided to move towards banking. On a visit to a Texas hangover, he was disappointed by the tacit treatment and high wages.
Soon Cunard decided to start his hotel business and bought a hotel in Cisco, Texas, through a $ 20,000 loan and $ 15,000 borrowed from some friends. He has been expanding in Texas for 10 years to acquire seven hotels in the same state.
After the first hotel named in Dallas, Hilton hotels were continuously expanded by World War I and Hilton in 1943 purchased the Plaza Hotel and the Roosevelt Hotel in New York and in 1945 added the Marhouse Hotel, one of the largest hotels in
Excellent place to be. Nice outdoor environment, great pool and view of Dead Sea
Young people are wonderful and the hotel is great, but we were informed on the same day that the reservation was canceled due to the opening of the airport and the hotel was taken in favor of the Ministry of Health.
One of the better choices in the Dead Sea. great customer service, helped me with my car battery 3 times.
The place is fabulous. The facility is very good. But the food is not tasty and the choices are little.
Amazing experience.
We came in the last weekend lockdown. Our room was in Jarash area with a nice sea view.
I m mostly happy about the staff. Specially Khaled from the restaurant who brought joy to our staying. Stephane, Ali and the waitress in the Italian restaurant on the 17th of October sorry for not remembering her name but she was really welcoming and nice.
If I would change anything it would be the playlist in the pool which has only like 10 songs and kept on repeat. Also maybe add some night events.
Upon arrival we were welcomed by the two gentlemen on the man parking gate with their smiles and jokes.
Jhoven on reception checked us in. She made sure to give us the best treatment, room and her warmest welcome.
At the Pool we met Suleiman who was extremely friendly and helped us find a tanning bed.
and of course, last but not least, we would never forget Mr. Nadeem who despite the heat on that day, remained totally professional and checked on us every half hour to ensure we are satisfied and happy.
Mr. Nadeem is truly the best host you could ask for.
All in all this hotel, despite the fact that drinks on the pool are over priced, deserves 5 stars for the hospitality.
Suggestion: make bar promotions, buy one get one free, or a bottle for the price of 5 drinks because... etc. you would definitely sell more and keep everyone satisfied. (same goes for the food).
I came with my friends to stay at the Hilton . I was treated very poorly. . It forced me to cancel my stay and go to a different hotel. The management needs to be more professional..
My cousins and I went to this resort a month ago, and decided to take my sisters and parents during Eid before we travel back home. The dead sea was always a priority on my sisters bucket list, and the service that was provided to us made the dead sea their worst nightmare. I have never been more disappointed in my life. This should be a 5 star hotel, the service was below 1 star, the reception staff at the front desk was extremely impolite, dishonest and couldn t stop laughing at everything we said. I have always been a fan of the Hilton Hotels worldwide, and I wouldn t book anything other the Hilton. I am so very disappointed at the service that was provided to me.
Very nice hotel with beach directly on the Dead Sea, many swimming pools, extremely helpful staff, large and spotless rooms. The only flaw, the air conditioning in the hall at 2
One of the best hotels in the area and very high security
Great staff, pool is amazing, prices are good..
I recommend visiting Hilton Dead Sea and most importantly, checking out the pool..
Wonderful stay with breathtaking view of the Dead Sea from the room. The pool and sidebar were wonderful and there is a separate pool for kids to play safely. The pool designed around the palms was a wonderful concept. The entire ambiance and staff is wonderful. You can spend the whole evening in the Dead Sea floating around and can have the clay bath which is rejuvenating to your skin. You can have a nice walk through the resort premise enjoying the Dead Sea and stary sky. The rooms were well prepared the mini bar had chocolates snacks and all necessary amenities for kids and family. A well recommended place for families visiting jordan and deadsea.
I spent with my family very fantastic time , very kind staff , great hospitality and amazing place viewing dead sea of course I'll go again to Hilton dead sea resort & spa
The toilet is separate from the shower , sink and rest of the bathroom so that was not good but the hotel over all was ok
We had a great time! Perfect service all the way through apart from our receptionist on check in...
The pool was warm, room clean with an acceptable sea view. Kids play area was absolutely stunning, just wish the water was heated. All together the best hotel in the Dead Sea so far.
Was great. Just not a fan of all the flies. Great breakfast. Would be nice if the barriers for the dead sea were blue colours so pictures could look better.
This is one terrible hotel and not worth the stay. It's very badly designed and very inconvenient. The rooms are patched up and so tight, you won't have much space to walk around. They charged us for absolutely everything including internet. This is a major tourist trap, run away.
The reception is nice and all the human services are nice. But the normal and ordinary services are bad. The room's and balcony's door are very tight and hard to open, if only girls in the room it would really hard to deal with. Showers have empty soap. Pool's bath was not clean. The good thing was they had fast response when you ask them.
Very nice hotel with wonderful views and excellent services
Nice hotel, designed for mass tourism. Great access to the Dead Sea. Check in / out take forever.
The restaurant is quickly overwhelmed and likes to confuse the dishes.
Awesome! It was our first and now our main destination whenever we head to the dead sea. Unlike any other hotel, Hilton allows you to enjoy Dead Sea's salty water like you never did before, we loved their pool, Very smart idea! . Not to mention the great outlets they have! My wife and I are already craving for the freekeh musakhan! And salute to the great staff they have! Very welcoming and friendly
Nice hotel...but to much walk to reach the family pool
It is always good to be there. Weather and view was great
Great choice for couple and groups not so good for families
Great structure, lovely rooms and large comfortable rooms
Excellent hotel! Possibly the best one near the Dead sea. Nice bedrooms, great breakfast, amazing facilities and views are crazy. An easy 10/10.
The place is very beautiful and clean, the security is eager to check in to enter the cars and bags.
Restaurants There are two Lebanese one, 1312, very beautiful, and the other restaurant is Italian (pasta and pizza), but it was not of the required quality.
I took room number 119 for about half a day, at a price of 350 Saudi riyals, and out at 6 pm, and there was a water rinse and not only wipes. Good luck everyone.
Good hotel, good service but not allowed to bring even close bottle of water or can from outside
Excellent resort & facilities, hit-or-miss service. The whole complex is modern and upscale & we had a great time at the beach. However, when arriving at the self-parking area, a valet told us that the parking is full (and so we have to use the paid valet service); which turned out not to be true.
Great destination in the Dead Sea. Kids club with activities, different pools. Easy access to the Sea with a clean beach special area for mud and clean shower areas.
Tried the Italian restaurant: pasta, pizza, fish and the anti pasta appetizers, all were delicious.
Highly recommended
