Ray S.W. Lui Review of Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa

A hard product-wise still new and well-equipped hotel that is struggling to upkeep Hilton's standard. Having been staying in a few Hilton properties, this was in deed a disappointment, more of a 3-star experience. 1. the changing room for the adult pool area smelled extremely pungent, there was also no hot water shower, I had to find another one at the gym which is more decent; 2. the room should be new but already found a few scratches, dents and dirts on the floor, the wall, the table and in the toilet; 3. the food served were really salty and over seasoned, quality of ingredients might be the reason as when Australian Tenderloin was mentioned as one of the pasta ingredients but the meat served seemed cheap meat, insipid and overcooked and the pasta was too chewy. However, I must add the staff members were friendly and helpful. Check-in is smooth. The pools and beach were great. The family pool is gorgeous. The lobby and the facade looked nice.
