Nice place for families. Clean and big private beach and a good sized pool. Rooms are big and clean.
Nice place for families. Clean and big private beach and a good sized pool. Rooms are big and clean.
Very bad service , reception don't answer the phone. Fridge not working, no mini bar. No rides back
Great location in Al Hamra. Friendly staff, clean rooms with great views on the sea and marina. Long perfectly located beach with volleyball and beach ball areas, 2 swimming pools and 1 Jacuzzi, tennis court, and many restaurants. The rooms with beach access are also super cool. Everything you can expect in a resort and more.
Nice hotel. Needs attention to customer relations. Maybe the third best in the Northern Emirates
Nice hotel with a cigar bar and restaurants (places in the restaurant must be booked in advance)
Great hotel, super nice facility and room.
White fine sand beach.
We were there during Ramadan, most of the bars and restaurants in the hotel were unfortunately closed, but we knew beforehand. The main restaurant and the open bars were excellent.
The service was very, very friendly and accommodating.
Definitely worth the trip !!
Room space and bed was great. The balcony iterally opens to the beach. Only downside was the breakfast, not much selections.
Unfortunately not recommended. Small selection of food, but tasted i.O. ! The bar on the outdoor terrace is really bad. No music, the cocktails a horror and at eleven there is already cleared away while you still sit together comfortably. But then you can go as all inclusive guest in the chargeable bar in the main building and afford there for expensive money decent cocktails. This is not in the sense of the inventor. That was not the case at the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Spa Resort. The cocktails were really delicious. The staff is very nice and hard-working. Unfortunately I can not recommend this hotel.
It's a good place overall, service better than average, good is OK, drinks decent and a lot of decent people
Hotel was good. Service was also excellent. Breakfast buffet items were less.
It's was indeed a wonderful experience all day @ Hilton Al Hamra
I have not been here yet, but I will be there in about a month
Just 2 days ago, we visited Hilton Al Hamra "pizza festival",.Food was amazing, fresh and tasty. So much choice and service was undoubtedly faultless. Especially big thanks to the Denis and Nitin for excellent service.
Food is very good,
Rooms are clean
Hotel complex is well maintained
If you want to take the bus to Dubai, it is best to register as soon as you arrive.
The bus is free, runs Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Conditions are super friendly and accommodating :-)
Kudos to our daily condition Irene :-)) keep it up :-).
Also a big thank you to the bus driver who drives to the mall every day and the great attention to get a cool water for the return trip :-)
We totally enjoyed our 2 weeks :-)
The first view looks great, but to be honest this was the worst experience specially it is with a 5 starts hotel.. you can find way much better 3 stars hotels in Dubai or Abu Dhabi..
In general; the hotel is old, not well maintained. When I booked I mentioned that it is our anniversary - no one cares to even decorate the room.. The room was not clean, we found used flipflop under our bed before we leave... too bad as the view/general atmosphere was very nice.
Great place , been going there for years , nice facility , great rooms next to the beach , good service and you can get an inclusive stay that covers all your drinks and food at an amazing price ,
You go there and never want to leave. Very beautiful resort
Very nice for staying , very good staff a silent enviroment more affordable in price , no issue for vehicle Parking , nice tourist spot
INCREDIBLE great hotel and modern facility! Stayed with my family for 7 days. The staff was very accommodating, the housings so elegant and the food delicious! The beach was beautiful, and our villa clean and modern. I'm excited! Great!
If you are missing a de-stressing period from the busy life in Denmark then this place is definitely recommended. Top service to look for for a long time. Nice and clean hotel rooms. The food is wonderful.
In many places the prices are the same as in Denmark.
Great place and nice staff
Good beach and nice place
It is our second time here and despite our previous experience that was gory into exceptipnal. It is evident that themis establishment only believes in providing quality of service in relation to cost after guests complain.
The first time was our family being squashed into a small, dark and dirty room 601. After complaining, we were moved to the main block and every nasty experience was matched and superseded by the exceptional service of days 2 and 3 that had us make the choice to be back for the Eid holiday weekend.
We have been hosted in a beach front room as requested. We were graced with one at the very end of the compound, packed with very dirty curtains and a carpet that would do with grave of some cleaning.
The staff will hover around and get attentive when they notice guests are not very happy and then turn the charm on to an almost offensive level.
The one good thing that has remained constant that our children love is the kids club and the fact they are children friendly.
The rest???????? No energy to complain anymore.
Wonderful and beautiful place
The outlook is great
The room is spacious and comfortable
Clean beach
Room service is prompt
Beautiful, picturesque and excellent reception / no place for entertainment while waiting for service
Checked into our kingsize Seaview room finding out it was not a Seaview at all. Fine print says with a view. Not a good first impression. Walked to the room as very busy. Map provided has no location for our room number. Bad signeage many visitors were looking for their rooms. Upon arrival to our room, none of our key cards are working. Had to wait 30 for somebody to let us in. Luggage arrived after 1 hour 15 min. Surprised to find cardboard box in bathroom with an old soap bar inside. Not hygienic. The carpets are stained but room otherwise clean. Al Hamra otherwise a nice area to stay in with lots of nearby restaurants. Rooms are very spaceous. Might stay again for the Al Hamra offerings.
Very nice hotel, great rooms, well-kept area, private beach, always nice and empty, two pools, very good restaurants, shops and everything you need to almost never have to leave the resort. It is very big, but you are driven around with a golf car. Outside, however, is as good as nothing, but you can make excursions.
Went there just to play tennis, the tennis court was really amazing, better than so many other places
Hotel beach is under maitainence and they dont tell you while booking
Self contained resort but with a mall nearby. Good beaches and large pools.
Very nice hotel, staff is very helpfull and friendly. Hotel area is very clean and well maintained. All inclusive packet is more than satisfying. Must visit again! Balcony view photos from room 466. Wifi network works well, pretty much everywhere.
Generally, everything is ok. Of course, but The rooms should already be renovated. Monotonous food but everyone will find something for themselves. Kindest and helpful staff. I generally recommend.
Amazing staff. Very efficient and friendly. Very very helpful and welling to go the extra miles to make your experience very memorable and definitely come back again. Specially Jheil(Receptionist) Mohamed Ali the Al Shamal restaurant supervisor
A place to relax with young children.
No buffet food
Loved this hotel. Like Dubai was 20 years ago. Miles of sandy beach and uninterrupted view of beautiful blue sea. Very pricey in restaurants and bars but a few cheaper places nearby.
Very nice
We celebrated our daughters 2nd birthday and its worth visiting
They have a long spotless private beach. We were welcomed to a spacious modern villa for our room. Their staff, from the managers to the lifeguards are super polite, helpful and approachable. Wide selection of food and beverages at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. Their gardens are well manicured and pavements spotless. Can't find any point of criticism for this hotel.
Nice big area with 2 pools the room in the main building was very nice and big
Hilton Al Hamra is situated in a picturesque beach within the highend community of Al Hamra.. Its a walking distance to Al Hamra Mall, with privilege to a public ferry within Al Hamra Lagoon
Nice resort with good views and rooms. Restaurants are decent and some good bars. I especially like Trader Vic's. Good food and drink there
Bad rooms quality, very bad service and un-helpful staff. Pay a little more and get a better hotel as this one is not worth coming even if for free as they will find a way to annoy you, the staff service culture is just poor, they truly try hard to make you feel unwelcome... very disappointing experience. Good luck if you read and decide to go anyway...
fantastic food in all inclusive, easy and relaxed great venue to chill and relax
Came to this hotel, visit the restaurant.
After DoubleTree by Hilton, this place, to put it mildly, is far from civilization and inside the lobby is already battered by life and customers.
Like other Arab hotels does not have some special charm.
Everything is very simple, strictly according to the canons of UAE designers
The lobby was almost empty and calm, in the evening around 9 o'clock.
At this time, our hotel is always moving.
And at the price of this hotel was not much cheaper, but with ours can not be compared. The numbers did not see the truth, maybe some kind of bonus in them.
Duration; 2 days on the Easter Weekend 2018. 2 Adults and 2 Kids on half board. Total spend U$ 1,100.
Nice property and layout and beach. However our experience was not something to write home about.
Positives:
* the staff, when available, were very friendly and helpful. Thats where it ended.
Challenges:
* we called room services 6 times through our stay and connected only once. Response time to get extra towels 2 hours. Shampoo, never came; leak in the toilet ceiling, never attended.
* the breakfast & lunch served at the restaurant was sub standard. Variety was non existant and quality was 2 star.
Just not a Hilton experience! Try the Waldorf Astoria down the road for a true 5 star treatment.
Overall rating: 4/10
Property 7/10
Food 3/10
Service 4/10
Staff friendliness 8/10
Value for money 4/10
Will we recommend this place? - probably not.
A good getaway - when family and friends matter the most!
We spent a night in early Aug 2019 as family trip, overall is disappointing because it doesn't "Hilton". The pros are room is spacious and clean, room rate is reasonable, presentable breakfast. The cons are there's no elevator in the unit if you stay on 2nd floor you'll have to walk the stair. Corridor has no AC is dame hot outside the room. Parking lot, reception and hotel room are separated, you need to walk or wait for golf cart every time when you go to the amenities. Inside the room equipment is old, my shower room can't even adjust the water temperature, if you dont want to wasting time to change the room, we took shower in bathtub instead. Dinner buffet is suck, I rated the food quality as a 2~3 star hotel, don't opt for the package including dinner but breakfast is decent. Swimming pool is dirty, I saw the froth after the swimming is closed at night. I wouldn't recommend for this Hilton perhaps you should think about Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa?
The place is sweet and overlooks the sea and elegant valley of the same resort
Amazing place we had a lot of fun and the kids loved it
- V V V I P so fine n shine service 10/10 and the beach you loved
The restaurant has fantastic beef sliders. Not to miss out on!
Maximum satisfaction with everything ... beautiful hotel and great food and top staff ...
