Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort Review

I have visited many hotels in the region and I have came back to this one on 3 occasions. The rooms right on the beach are excellent and really make you feel like your in a private world. The tiki bar is a good evening hang out and in general the service and ambiance created on the resort is excellent.

Nice hotel, right on the sea in a beautiful garden. Delicious food - a good selection even for vegetarians. Nice, uncrowded beach. Pool clean, cooled (very useful). Rescuers super helpful and friendly. Poorly cleaned room - very dirty floor, colors and stains were not even visible on the carpet - it looked like it had never been washed before. Dirty curtains. Only after 3 interventions at the reception desk was able to get the cleaner to clean up.

Fantastic place to stay. Very relaxed, restaurant and bars very good, plenty of choice when dining. Good pools, plenty of room for all of the family. Rooms also very comfortable. All helpful staff.

Nice hotel but the building begs for an update / renovation ...
Rooms could use updating.
The restaurant / bar staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful ... nevertheless in our opinion too many people were crammed into a too small restaurant, making it very noisy and disruptive.
The number of children who walk and scream when it suits them was too much for us ...

This place has very good beach and swimming pool and very courteous staff .

But the internet connection at room is so terrible. They dont place any room amenities other than water bottle. This place definitely dont follow any Hilton standards

It's a nice place to chill n have a glass of wine. Foods OK.

Lovely place to stay nothing bad about property only the sea have jelly fishes so you can t enjoy the beach water.

The hotel is great, some strange rules if you want to integrate in a larger group, eg after dinner, do not really want to set the chairs otherwise than they are, beverages are ordered by the waiter and it often happens that we will be able to eat before they bring drinks. A selection of medium dishes. Rooms nice, cleanly. Quiet neighborhood, generally it is ok

It's nice place to go out for some food or drinks usually not to busy. On Thursday's they have ladies night with DJ with 3 free drinks each lady .It's good fun..

A great place to be in particularly when you are on a staycation. Their beach front villas are awesome where you can step out directly to the beach and have fun.

Very bad place, we book something online and they give us something completely different, too much mosquito smell not ok .even we decide to not stay we lost our time

Terrible! Cold food, sent back twice. Curry was a stew at best no spice or "FIRE" as advertised. Sent back.

The food was a bit of a disaster, otherwise a very good hotel.

We stayed here during the weekend, we stayed in premium family room beach access. Absolutely loved it.

The worst hotel we ever been to. There was food from the last guest in a furniture of our room. And its a really noisy location. We had one of the 'best' rooms. They asked us daily at whitch time they could make our room and then they did it how they wanted, mostly in the evening. Furthermore it's too expensive... also we had to wait for new towels every evening.
Wont recomand this hotel.

Excellent!!! A fairytale landscape, quietness, maximum relaxation, very large rooms, very large bathrooms, air conditioning, very welcoming and friendly staff, very tasty food. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful place but old decoration and smelly room ( Humidity) also we are in 2016 still charging for WiFi in this hotel. The towels very old even they lost the whiteness. Need a lot of remodeling.

Super, again exhilarated, the types of stay will certainly be allowed to be allowed in the next year. The price / service ratio is excellent, friendly, clean, but not personal. I RECOMMEND

I tried different hotels in same style, still need more enhancements to be done.

Such a nice hotel but unfortunately I have to deduct some points. The food was mostly the same except for small other things, too bad in my eyes. But there was not really much choice. Beach was great always nice and clean the beach chairs and everything was fine. The room was nice and large and decorated. When cleaning our room were always forgotten the small towels. On the whole, it was fine, but definitely needed improvements in one way or another.

Great hotel. The service was nice and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel was great friendship. The food is very varied and delicious. The beach is huge with a gentle descent to the sea. Beauty.

Great place for vacation, clean sea and beach, hotel and surroundings.Usmevavy and willing personal, safe place.

The location is perfect for escaping crowded city and bond with family. Kids enjoyed beach and pool dips. Adults resto-hops. Overall service was excellent. From booking to checking in and out. Stress-free, accommodating staff. The buggy guy named Sunday was awesome and explained everything as we proceed to the villa and he was also the one who took us out and made sure all our belongings are taken. The housekeeping Ajeet made sure we get all what we needed and gladly served us. No doubt about the hospitality because they have a very hospitable Manager Binoy.

Very nice rooms, especially in the main building, friendly staff, two swimming pools that keep you cool in the July heat quite good breakfast close to the beach, unfortunately in July, the water is like soup and the air is very humid, but we have a free sauna as soon as we are outside the building

I stayed in royal suit for 3 days
The left was broken several times
The house keeping vary poor,they don't change used soap, towels,shampoo,
They don't provide wight scale
No welcome frouts of drinks
TV has limited channels,useless, and their TV remote very slow in changing channels

It is a quiet and excellent place to take a villa on the sea

Location of this hotel is very good - next to the private beach. On the private beach you can use hotel sunbeds for free as well as towels. There are 2 pools and one jacuzzi. Staff is very friendly and helpful - staff is the biggest plus of this hotel. In the hotel you can find couple restaurants. If you have "all inclusive" option you eat all meal for free in the main restaurant and for the other you have discount. Drinks are for free (in the all inclusive option) in all restaurants. Rooms in the villas are huge. Generally rooms are clean but wit exception - carpet in our room was very dirty.
Meals in the all inclusive option are "repeatable" and boring but tasty.
You can find "Budget" car rental in the lobby of the hotel - with very friendly and helpful staff.
Except every day same meals and dirty carpet everything was perfect.

Cheap and great place. Breakfast is amazing. Lots of pubs nearby.

Highly recommended the resort is super clean the staff was mega friendly the rooms were awesome the food was awesome very varied what you can expect from the Hilton group it has been a sensation once in Dubai to be just awesome.

Rested in May 2018. Of the benefits: Large beach, no problems with sun beds, the staff educated, good drinks, spacious room. A huge minus: a very small selection of food, very little food. There is nothing to eat! Meat or fish in one type .. everything else is some strange stewed vegetables, cabbage, etc. In the children's department braised cabbage ?? !! Do children eat this ??! Only breakfast at this hotel is edible .. There is no other place besides the main restaurant (to be included in all inclusive), so if you are late for dinner, go hungry until the evening)). Animations zero. Even the music does not play anywhere :-( is it a rest? In the evening, the bartenders are not friendly, they do not have time, because they work from early morning until late evening every day .. they are the same. I understand them, but this is a problem of the hotel management, which apparently saves on manpower. Pity. We expected a much better name from such a name as Hilton ..

Very good beach, also quiet swimming pool for adults. Rooms in the main building nice, clean. During the meals due to All Inclusive quite overcrowded dining room. Food decent choice. Less fruit. Shopping center within walking distance.
