Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort Review

Just a great hotel overlooking the sea :) delicious and varied breakfasts. Friendly staff. Clean beach, large rooms. I would like to visit more!

I came to this hotel for the sixth time ! Food still not wow ! But I would like to thank the receptionist Jeniffer for her amazing cooperation with me and other clients ! By the way the other receptionists even supervisor no one performes like she does ! Anyway thank you Jeniffer u r the reason why we keep coming back

Highly recommended hotel with varied cuisine, nice staff, in fact for all inclusive good cocktails, unfortunately, but there is only Beck's beer. Big rooms and clean beach / sea. Room cleaning endeavored, but somehow a bit forgetful (shampoo was not refilled, once only a hand towel was provided) - but with charm made up for :)

My boyfriend and I are very disappointed as everything sounded very promising when we booked the trip. For a 5 star hotel in Dubai it is really sad that not even the standards are observed.
1. Animation, music etc. are missing
2. No snacks
3. Full glasses are simply cleared away even though the things are still on the table
4. half of the drinks are forgotten
5. brown mint leaves as well as brown lemons in the cocktail
That was not all.
Just sad that you pay so much money for something like that.

The best Hotel in the World I guess! U feel like a king visiting this Hotel! Everything is perfectly awesome and the whole crew is wonderful and friendly! The meals are perfect, and the Mai Thai Lounge (Trader Vic s) is great, too. You will love it!

Clean, neat and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would go again but in October or November as the temperature would be much cooler than the 40c.

Good and very pleasant place for the entire family and couples and kids

I'm sure we'll be back for another visit. I tried stand-up paddle boarding and liked it, and I would like to try the local cable-assisted mountain climbing next time. My sons tricked me into some rather serious rock-climbing last year, and the cable-assisted stuff looks easier. :-) (Ms. Stephani, you're welcome on the review; I always try to leave high-quality feedback when I visit a hotel.)

We have stayed at AlHamra many times but this time we were very disappointed. We had booked a downstairs sea front villa only to be told when we checked in none where available we were given an upstairs sea front villa that was very dirty. I had to call reception to come and change the bed as it was filthy . The pillows were all stained the sheet had holes in it and when I took the duvet cover off to look at the duvet to my horror it was covered in mould also the mattress cover had stains all over it. The bed was changed but it shouldn t be like that in the first place. I don t think we will be going back which is a shame as we love the location.

It was the worst experience in any hotels. Poorest hospitality, very bad services, rooms were very small, dirty surroundings and bed full off bugs. I have a 6 months old daughter who could not sleep in the hotel the whole night.
Reception was highly non entertaining
and rude. Never wish to stay at any Hilton hotels. And would never recommend it to anybody. WORST WORST EXPERIENCE!

The chicken is a bit rotten, the beach is too far away from the hotel, at night it is a party which is too loud but otherwise the hotel is nice

A wonderful resort situated at a long white beach. Service has to be improved a little bit

Very friendly stuff, like to help. I had a golf round next to hotel and than we asked if we can use the hotel's beach. They allowed, even we got towels. At next occasion we will go there again.

I enjoy it here, play football golf which is fun and easier than normal golf, plenty to offer and seems to always have the sun, plus a decent breeze from the coast.

Nice clean place but not very friendly room service, regarding to my stay I have received 3 time notification (door knock)reminding me that is the check out at 12:00 o'clock (only remainder) at 10:25 first time , 11:45 and 12 with this ruid accent it's very annoying

It is a modern golf course offering quite a lot of holes and playing there is just a pleasure

5 star hotel. Beachfront views. Lots of things to do there. Mall close by with restaurants to eat at.

Not the first time at this hotel. but definitely the last. Three adults and three children, we experienced serious nutritional problems. Breakfast is monotonous. but they can still be eaten. but dinners! All food is seasoned with spices, pepper. It is impossible to eat even for adults. There is completely no nutrition for children. Our children were simply starving. It was impossible to choose a single dish for the children. They asked children to cook at least soups. We agreed on a time when we will be arriving. We came and reaped this soup for 40 minutes. How can children wait 40 minutes in a stuffy restaurant. This is just torture.

i was waiting for a the golf kart to take me to the buffet and the kart took 20 min to arrive
Overall the food was great and so is the pool just improve the time it takes for the karts to arrive

Very nice hotel in Arabic style. Ideal for golfers and those who like peace. Rooms are extra large. The whole hotel area is very pleasant. The private beach is maintained and the number of sun loungers and parasols is sufficient. There are also two swimming pools, a children's playground and several restaurants. The hotel also serves alcoholic beverages. The staff is very friendly and friendly. The whole area of Al Hamra is a good place to relax.

Hilton Al Hamra Beach resort in Ras Al Khaimah is a beautiful place for a peaceful weekend tour or overnight stay with family. All the rooms have good view. There is a vast and well maintained sea beach, swimming pool, kids play area and banquet also, amongst many other facilities.

An excellent hotel for a good holiday in the UAE. Everything is super! I would also like to note the professional qualities of some employees:
- Housekeeping specialist named Hemanta
Cleaned the room Very clean

- the bartender of le chalet named Rodel makes the most delicious drinks we've had

- and of course two chefs Shybi and Modather cook just great

The hotel is located directly on the sea, has a wonderful beach and very well-kept grounds. The rooms are very spacious. We felt very comfortable.
