Luxurious relaxing place far away from the busy life in Dubai.. good food and accomodating staff..

Beach superb, rooms brightly clear, very clean, precise. Trouble more or less daily equals to small variations, salted, possibly cold.

Amazing hotel in wonderful location, highly recommended

We were 2 adults with two children 4 and 1 year old. If you are looking for peace and relaxation this is the hotel. The staff is very, very friendly and very service oriented. The children were very well catered for and treated with courtesy, and their and in this context, of course, our needs were excellently taken care of. The rooms are very large with strollers and luggage no problem. However, we could not book cots additionally. The reason was that the children generally sleep in bed. No problem for us with 2 king size. Room service very good. We had all in, the food is also very good, every day the usual changing dishes were offered which were very well matched in taste.
There was also a separate card for the children if requested. French fries, pizza ...
The environment. Within walking distance is a mall with supermarket about 15 minutes. Otherwise a transfer is necessary or a longer walk.

Large rooms and bathrooms, nice beach location, nice garden, good service, the food could be better, too few Arabic dishes, too much pseudo-Indian or European.

I love this hotel's pool. because it is quite deep.
And also it has great garden view. Until this time, my score was 4stars.

However, after experienced breakfast, I fixed score(1star)
Including rotten watter melon, bad foods, not kind and skilless staffs(although it was my misunderstand, I felt littlebit racial distinguishment, why did you suggest corner table on end of restaurant to my family), low level vallet service(nobody pickup my luggege) OMG

I think this hotel should change name. It is not hilton what I remember.

Stayed here recently for a week long holiday and had a great time. The room in our Villa was lovely and all the staff very helpful and friendly. Food at breakfast was ok at best but there was a big selection to keep us happy. Beach was amazing too. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly service, nice breakfast area, but the rooms should be modernised and resized. They could make more rooms of better quality instead of big room with average quality.
One warning: Don't eat at the Mai Thai lounge restaurant. High price and really low quality.
Instead go to the golf club on the other side and eat in the first cafe/restaurant on right, when you enter the golf center. Average prices, but high quality food.

Quiet but nice. Food etc. very good, staff very friendly. Only AI is not generous enough, only drinks, no snacks etc.

Beautiful holiday, great service. We were very happy about all-friendly-especially child-friendly and helpful staff. Very well maintained and very well equipped living spaces. Rich offer of food and drinks. Fantastic terrace. For a relaxing holiday with children definitely recommended. Attractive garden. The beach is just beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Customers often confuse Residence with the nearby Village, which has a slightly lower standard. This review is for Residence (5 stars). Nice, very clean rooms. Hotel very well maintained. A beautiful, safe beach with sufficient umbrellas and VIP beds on the seafront, which are also included in the price, right next to the hotel. In the all inc option, incl. canned beer, various drinks, etc., quite good food, rich themed evening once a week. At night, the hotel is, together with the twin Astoria Waldorf, one of the most beautifully illuminated buildings in the Emirates. Staff very nice and helpful (it is worth taking small tips, although nobody asks for it). Twice a week a free bus transfer to Dubai. And if you prefer a taxi it's about 200 dirhams (about PLN 200) one way. To a large shopping center a 15-minute walk (including currency exchange, rent a car, large grocery store and others). If someone is looking to explore the area around the hotel, it is enough once;) there is nothing interesting nearby. Women should not worry too much about clothing, but in shopping malls and on trips, e.g. in Dubai, it is worth having something longer, etc. Note the custom of taking selfies by the locals with women (outside the hotel, but the wife once had an offer in the hotel toilet! ). It is better to say no sooner, otherwise you can have a longer job;) In general, however, it is a very nice hotel, country and people. We will definitely return there. I recommend traveling from November to March inclusive, then the temperatures are bearable up to about 30 degrees.

Great place to relax and go on vacation The staff is very friendly and does everything to make you feel comfortable. The beach is very big and very clean. The food is really delicious.

It s a wonderful place for vacation and long leave. Very fantastic atmosphere nice beaches, wonderful facilities. A best destination for honey moon or family trip.

Friendly service, spacious and ok rooms, and a bathroom. Ample walking area. Currently, the beach and the front of the hotel are being reconstructed - here it is before the season. About 1.5 km walk to the shopping center. Peace of mind (apart from work on the beach but you can relax) because there are large golf courses nearby. 4 stars because quite simple and repetitive menu which does not mean that there is nothing to eat but it does not surprise the chef.
Very nice room and all service. Big rooms and bathrooms. 4 stars because very similar menu but good food. This area is calm, you can walk.

Lovely staff and facilities. The only issue was that the beach used to be sandy and nice but this time it was rocky, I guess due to nearby constructions.

Without a doubt, one of the best resorts in the world... World class resort, staff and service... I will be back!!!

Absolutely amazing view and the service is satisfactory. The golf course makes the outdoor terrace worth it.

We stayed at the Hilton Al Hamra from the 6th - 16th of August 2018. This was by far the best holiday we have been on and it s all due to the staff at the hotel. What fantastic people! Special shout out to Neeraj Joshi (waiter in the Al Shamal) and Sunday (buggy driver) who made our stay an extra special - we were very well looked after. Thank you. Highly recommended to all.

A bang for your buck.... however my experience with rooms service wasn't the best. Took ages and when finally came the food was cold. The restaurants are alright.... overall the place is nice to spend the weekend

Hotel is good , food is good , service is excellent
But pools quality is bad taking into consideration you have alot of space and green areas which can be used to make a big pool with big terrasse where people can sit easily not on top of each others and kids jumping on people in the small pools
This could be an improvement for the hotel

It had a mountain to climb after we needed to wait for an hour after official check in time to get our room but it delivered on all fronts.
Staff were great, rooms were spacious, beach was perfect with low waves, loads of beach chairs, warm pool and a fantasticly maintained garden.
And did I mention the breakfast? Even the omlett station produced better results than comparable establishments. And fresh orange juice<o/

The cool place lacks only evening animations ... The longer I'm the more I like it here.

We booked 10 days at the Hilton hotel all inclusive. Unfortunately we had to find out that the selection in the buffet is very limited.

However, the service is very courteous, friendly and dedicated.

A tip: if something is not right, report it to the staff, who will help you.

We were really looking forward to the beach (which is also very nice), but unfortunately there were a lot of jellyfish present (daily).
My son was caught by someone on the first day (immediate help on site) and the sea has been a taboo ever since. We had to be satisfied with the 2 swimming pools.

CONCLUSION
Very friendly staff (the waiter Niranjan is recommended)

The room was big and air-conditioned

I highly recommend this hotel, ideal for relaxation .... The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, very small and peaceful! Staff, food and cleanliness, which is the most important for me, I estimate at 5 . One person who wants animation and events will have to look for another hotel ... A very charming place

Price - performance fits. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel not crowded. Breakfast is well organized. You do not see crowds going back and forth. In the area there are enough restaurants and shops. Recommend rental car for the whole stay.

After three years, made a giant step forward. The kitchen is very good. The staff was super. Gladly again.

Hilton in Ras al Khaimah is five star resort. It is situated on the beach. We stayed one night and had a really great time. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nice beach, pools and garden. Trader vic's is excellent as usual (Friday happy hour from 5 till 8pm). Tasty food.We really enjoyed nice ambiental music at the pool. Good value for the price.

Nice place for a quiet holiday, there is enough warmth.
