Very poor service.. Worst quality food.. And very old style rooms.... Find a better hotel...

Great location in the middle of Panaji. Staff is very polite and helpful. Great facilities. Has multiple restaurants, so good options for food.

The food was excellent and the service too but I would suggest you'll to just increase the speed in the service and preparation..........

It's quite centralized and convenient to travel. Also the food was delicious..

We booked conference hall on meeting of Asian Paints Ltd
And half night deener and alcoholic enjoy.

We had the most delicious food of all the places we dined in Goa.... We only used the restaurant and found it to be superb.... Only place opened till late on sunday night....

One of the worst hotel and the staffs are very bad, if they find any valuables they will steal it I request people who are taking rooms in this hotel not take any valuables even though you have please keep it with u safely and dont tell them to clean the room when you are not present in the room

Nice place to organise functions. Easily accessible, right in the center of the city. Has restaurants that serve good food. An exclusive vegetarian restaurant is great for breakfast.

Stayed for 2 days. Centrally located with 6 superb restaurants from Vegetarian to Non-veg cuisines. I missed on the spa and swimming pool. Rooms are clean but view from windows is ordinary thanks to its location.

Very average food. The buffet is a scam they don't be replacing the empty dishes

We had breakfast at aunty Maria at hotel fidalgo, in Panaji, Goa and it was a very mixed experience. The ambience and feel of the place is very rich. Its impressive. The taste of the food is a average. Not all that great. But the most irritating part was just how long they took to serve the food. They badly need to improve on the same

Old but nice small luxury business hotel.Having mark on heart of the city.Situated in crowded place but rooms are providing total calm and cheating noise .

The icing on the cake is restaurant and it's elaborate menu.Live PAN cake counter is really worth to taste.

Parking might be a bit of a hassle. But once inside the place is very good.

Nice hotel with great location though couple of services like spa and salon we're not available Breakfast was good but with less options ...coffee shop was great with good abkery items Markets and ggurati food stall we're nearby and casions we're also at 1 km distance ..all in all if u want to stay in city this is the best option you have got

I had visited fidalgo for a award event. In which we received appreciation award for a stadium project..
The hotel has a ideal A/C hall for small event on the first floor.
Capacity of around 100 people.
Separate bar area and separate buffet area. Enough seating space..
Good interiors..
Overall a good place to host parties and other events..

Good place with a serene layout and good food too... however very poor and delayed food service.... I recommend that guests who visit the place to ask the time it would take to receive their order.

Very nice experience. Soft and friendly staff. Good location, easily accessible to market or the casinos and to night food in the boats. The room was so good and had a pleasant stay. There was an extensive list of dishes for the complimentary breakfast. Tasty too. Happy and Worth staying there.

Walk in any time at this hotel and I bet they will serve you some great delicious food.I will recommend their buffet lunch and dinner which is to- notch in Panjim. And it comes at Rs. 799 per person. Even if you go continuously throughout the week for the buffet here, they ensure they would not repeat a single dish right from the starters to desserts.

Had a nice stay. Rooms aren't the Best part of hotel but their restaurant has very good vegetarian food in panjim. The rooms could have been cleaner. Overall : kind of overpriced but had a good experience

It all started on a bright note, and we expected it to stay such.

But as the evening progressed it just got messy.

This gentleman named Mr. Braganza came up abruptly and in a very harsh tone said and I quote "don't force me to throw things out, this music is not allowed ( we were playing Konkani music) as far as I am aware , we do not need licences for any music in public interest for konaknai & instrumental. Also the point isn't saying no to the music or asking us to change the music, the point is the aggressiveness the comment came towards us with. To which my team members said could we speak to the management about the licences and if it would sort the issue and obviously the "gentleman" didn't agree and kept being a pain. And later on put off the lift to trouble us , broke the props, not allowed my team to go out of the hotel. They all had to uninstall d set up n go walking long distance with heavy stuff from first floor! When called n asked it was told that lift services are closed after 10.30pm.

My question to the management is

- do we really want to be so inhospitable?

-could their have been better ways to communicate and not destroy the decorators props as it's his bread and butter?

- Should we ever again recommend fidalgos?

I hope you look into this matter very seriously to avoid this happening with other people too.

Not bad... Room service was not good... If the occupancy is high defenitely you will be screwed up...
