Although it was super crowded, it was not a bad experience. The staff was friendly. There was an easy flow through from entrance to exit. And there was so much chocolate and souvineers to close from. I love chocolate.

Lots and lots of candy, and a free "it's a small world" style ride where you get a free fun size candy at the end.

Nice place to visit with family.very interesting to know the nuances of chocolate making.

Took my Texan ex husband here last week. We had a great time. I live ten minutes away so I'm always near Hershey chocolate but it was a fun thing to do with someone from out of town. The cocoa pulled pork with chocolate BBQ sauce was yum. Do the tour and see the singing cows.

It's part of Hershey Park so of course it was great and recieving the free chocolate at the end was amazing!!

It was quite an experience, it was very cool learning how they make there chocolate. Food is awesome and prices are very reasonable.

Fun to learn about the process. They really killed the nostalgia of the previous ride

My cousins live very close to here and we make it a tradition to take the free tour everytime we go up! Always super clean with very friendly staff and characters. It's always fun to shop for chocolate!

fun very touristy expensive and super crowded. But who doesn't love a giant building filled with all kinds of amazing yummy chocolate treats.

Absolutely love Hershey's Chocolate World. Literally the name says it all. There's chocolate everywhere. My family and I felt very safe and the staff were very thorough in cleaning and disinfecting highly touch areas. I even witness staff kindly remind people to properly wear their mask. The place was spotless!

Fun place, but make sure you have LOTS of money. Its basically a giant store with activities that ALL cost significant amounts of money.

A very nice place to visit but was just an illusion of a plant tour. The factory had actually been moved to Mexico in 2007. No mention of that it was made during the visit.

Learned a lot about Milton Hershey. What an incredible man.

Even if you're feeling down or in a bad mood when you get to Hershey if you smell all the chocolate that just puts a big smile on your face

Why waste your time? Are you totally bored?
Broke? But can afford gas, and pay too much to park?
Then they want you buy all there product that's not made in Hershey anymore anyway? Yup made in China . Forget it. It's a scam.....no such thing as a free lunch!

Chocolate world is amazing but honestly the people and customer service are exceptional.

Concession stands w/multiple teen employees desperately need supervision... 8 teens hanging out instead of helping customers, it took 25min to get a cheese steak with only one person in line besides me.

Very nice the men that drive the transportation from the parking lots to the park were great and informative.

It is almost always crowded, but the ride is nice. It has changed since I was a small child, but the experience is still good.

Its clean!!! (Some) employees were nice but not many!!! Wont come back, horrible service for handicap!!! Also the trolley is nice!!!

Be sure to build your own bar. It's a lot of fun, our kids loved it.

It was fun to create our candy bars. My granddaughter and I enjoyed this activity. Each bar cost $ 27.00 which I felt was rather pricey for the size of the bar. The memories we made were priceless.

Great place to go back to your childhood. Thorougly enjoyed

Oh my Chocolate World! I can't seem to stay away. I'll be returning soon, don't worry.
I recommend going on the rides inside of it too. Don't forget to check those out!!! Its a must do.

This was my 3rd trip here. At this time I'd like to thank y'all for giving military discounts.

This place was amazing from one chocoholic to another. Downfall was before my vacation started with the fam I fractured my ankle, but even that happening this place lifted my spirits and my mood. Polite workers and patient ones as well. Got to learn about the ins and outs of the processes and made our own hershey bars. Great for adults and kids.

Lots of attractions in here to do if you get tickets on line and get the pack with all the attractions you save quite a bit also you get free parking. It comes to about 11.00 for each if you buy on line with the trolley. They now charge for parking after 3 hours

It was so fun!! The only thing is that they can be extremely expensive in the store and park.

This is a free tour next to hersheypark. they give you a ticket to park, and if you stay longer than 2 hours it starts to cost you money. (to deter people who want to skip the hersheypark parking charge)

They have the tour itself, where you walk up a long ramp that has information about Mr Hershey and the business and the school that he founded. then it has information on where the cocoa actually grows. Next you watch people harvest the cocoa in the jungle on two roof mounted televisions.

Next you walk down a long steep flight of stairs and hop onto the ride itself, which is a little train that can hold up to 5 people per car. the ride itself is kind of cool, it would be more entertaining for children or teenagers. There are singing cows, an oven, conveyor belts with candy boxes, a cow that takes your photograph, replica of the chocolate factory, at the end you get off and go to the food court, which has a replica jungle with all sorts of tropical trees. etc.

Like Khalid said, they sell all kinds of Hershey's candy in all the makes and models available, hershey, almond joy, mounds, reese, jolly rancer, york peppermint patty, twizzler, etc. they sell baking goodies, syrup, cups, pillows, stuffed animals, giant sized bars, shirts, toys, etc. You can even get your name written on a hershey's bar. And you get a free a Hershey's Bliss! How can you go wrong there?

Really great experience for kids, only issue for price your paying way too long of lines for milkshakes and pleasantries

I never saw so many people crammed into a space... couldn't even move from exhibit to exhibit..also the lines were beyond long... we had to leave.. everyone wad bumping into each other as there was no room to move...ugh

I waited in a huge line for like 20 minutes only to find out that the thing was closed. way too crowded and employees were not very nice.

All around good time for the family. The tour is free but they have several options for you to spend money one. The store is massive and expensive. Bring your piggy bank! Oh, and you won't be able to take your stroller in. They have a stroller parking garage outside.

So take your children as a really cute little tour and at the end you get a piece of candy and they have a lot of chocolate goodies

It was a wonderful place to visit. I liked the ride that I went on, it showed how the chocolate was made. I also liked the shops that has all kinds of candy. I would go there again !!

Crowded. But you can come out of there not spending a fortune and feel good about your wallet.

Very entertaining and the most chocolate I have ever seen. Didn't do the amusement park but recommended it to friends with children.

This is the place to go if you love Hershey chocolate and candy! The candy store is huge, plus it has a lot of souvenir items. There's also food to eat with a sit-down area. And you can create your own candy bar. The chocolate tour is here too. It's very easily accessible apart from the main amusement park.

Over priced n everything but the tide cost so much for so little. Not like it was when I was a kid..

We had a field trip here a few years ago with my son and again this year with my daughter, they both loved it!!!

Adults and kids all had a great time. Friendly staff will help you find something for everyone. Free parking and charging stations were a nice plus.

Updates are nice, but my cashier was rude and didnt seem to be happy at all.

Love it here seriously only 2 suggestions 1) bring back the old ride waiting line now it feels like I am in a cattle shoot and the line is way too long and 2) prices are way too steep bring it down some we are not all wealthy and it breaks our heart when we can not afford a $30.00 picture or big bar or bear

There are a lot of things to do at Hershey Park, and all of them are fun so I definitely recommend it for anyone.

Now this place is always my family's first stop when going to Hershey park! It's tradition. We always start off with the chocolate tour, which never let's us down! Every time we visit it gets better & better! Then on our way out we collect our free mini chocolate sample which is always delicious! We purchase our picture, then explore around the shops! Can never leave the place without a bunch of yummy chocolates, & a new t-shirt/hoodie every trip!

Who doesn't love the smell of chocolate. The place is full of so many things to see. The free little ride to tell you how chocolate is made is finished off with a small fun size piece of candy. The desserts that are made and displayed around there look amazing.

Loved the 4-D movie and build your own chocolate bar.

Had a great time in Hershey s chocolate world. They have a lot of great packages with decent pricing. The making of chocolate tour was a good ride. They have a lot of options for food which also includes chocolate. Also u can create your own chocolate bar with your name printed on it.

Literally been all across the country and it is one of the coolest things I have seen. Made me feel like a kid again as it is a great experience for children over 5. So much candy its just wild. Don't like the fact that they are gonna start serving alcohol seeing that it is more of child oriented but whatever makes them money

Supersized gift shop with tours, shows and decent food. If you love chocolate, this is the place for you.

The chocolate tasting and factory tour were fun. I want to go back for more.

Right off the Highway. A perfect pitstop during a long drive, especially for the kids.

It's a huge candy store. What's not to like. Been twice. Made our own candybaboth times. That was fun. Took the little interactive tour. That was fun. Never have done the 4D thing. The little bakery tucked in the back where you come out of the make your own candy bar thing is a really good treat. $1 cookies loaded with Reece's, in chocolate or regular. Thats good stuff.

It was a great place to hang out for 2 hours while it rained. Shopped. Ate. Took a tour. It was fun.

So much to do in just a day, really nice to stay some nights at the Hershey lodge to have a chance to experience much more in and outside of the park.

Wow. Little over welming with how crowded it was & so much to take in. Will visit again to see if visit is better.

For as long as the lines are, and the physics of when you think people will be there. The exibits are awesome, and all the merch is so dope!

School groups love to visit this place whenever they plan their tour to NASA. This place is the production hub of famous hershey s chocolate which is a dream of every kid to visit. Recommend for any school tour of any student group travelling from washington dc to buffalo.

Love the Park and Chocolate World. Doesn't hurt that Troegs is next door.
