Free tours, easy access parking, and plenty of chocolatey choices at reasonable prices.
Big Shame. REALLY DISSAPOINTING and waste of time. There is no real factory tour so dont get your hopes up for a real tour of the real factory.Good for making fun of it and good for little kids.Mine as well put Circus Music over the whole ride. But there is a tiny bar of HERSHEY'S Chocolate to cheer you up after the The Super Lame ride...I still love Hershey's chocolate but dissapointed about the "Tour".
Family had a nice time even though the weather was very hot. Hershey park is very clean and well managed. Food prices are too high in my opinion.
It was great to walk around. More aimed to younger people.
The older ride was SO much better. The newer ride was all television and screens it felt so fake! I really miss the quality of the older version.
A must visit fun day trip when you are in East coast USA. We had a really good time at the chocolate factory, the tour, the unwrapped.
Great place to take kids, especially off weekend. Had such a great time.
Best Free Chocolate Tour ever with a sweet suprise at the end. Thank you
I have never seen so much candy. They have a wonderful selection of candy and they have a great tour of the factory and the process of making chocolate. Very neat and very cool.
Kids had a blast. Free parking for first 3 hours then $15 after. Get the adventure pass. Includes 4 activities and parking is included so no need to worry about 3h time.
If you design a chocolate at the factory spell your name right from the begining. Show the cashier your phone with the spelling
Makd own bar to amusement park . Different kinds of things for the whole family.
Nice place to visit! We bought out tickets online, added on our lunch for $10 each and got a validation for free parking. The hot lunch we more then I could eat and it was delicious.
Everything ... my grand daughter making her own candybar
U need to teach u ride operaters how to handle artistic children
Fun tour of how chocolate is made. The store is great!
Beautiful, fun and the people were so friendly. Loved it.
The place was great. Lots of things to do. The trolley tour was great, our guider was very informative and funny. My kids loved it. We Definitely will like to go back during the summer time.
Great experience I had there. You will definitely get your fill of chocolate here. I good spot to bring your kids or if you're just a chocolate lover. They have so much to do here.
Really awesome place. The attractions here are fun and educational as well. The new tasting tour is really fun. I can't wait to go back.
This place is amazing. There is music, an abundance of gifts, candy, and aparral. The staff are very kind and polite. The place is very clean, and well sanitized. My family and I were able to get a Christmas ornament, a cake in a mug, and lots and lots of chocolate. The overall experience was amazing. Had an amazing time.
Due to Covid the tickets are a bit misleading. The 15min ticket just has to do with when you get into the building. It does not have any bearing on how long you can be in the building.
Lots of fun with the family. We went on the tour and we were all in awe. We also taste tested some chocolates. Can't wait to go back and do more.
Confusing and mobed. Can get the candy cheeper at a normal store.
Haven t been yet but would be nice to know if there is RV/bus parking?
We go here every year at christmas to visit Santa, and buy candy for christmas. the prices are cheaper here than at the grocery store. The kids love going here. Will definitely go back despite the large crowds.
From childhood to now--this is a great little place to experience some magic and make memories.
Place was easy to get there and it was easy to park, people were friendly and nice, no lines at all, however, its winter and the weather was great 35 degree Fahrenheit, everything was gorgeous and great I do have to mention that the prices are great for the food, entrance, chocolate and all, overall excellent experience
Absolutely outstanding! A chocolate lover's paradise. If you love chocolate you have to come here at least once.
Very Slow service, ice cream bar was messy chocolate syrup was all over the counter
Love the premise of visiting the "factory" and seeing how it all worked but there was an hour-long wait getting into the tour alone. It was also very crowded. I advise going at opening to be sure you aren't there standing in line for hours.
The free Chocolate factory tour is Great to take the family. Also you get a free piece of Chocolate.
Loved this place! My husband & I are 45 + and we had a great time!
It's a great place I love taking my kids to this place the rides is fun for the kids and it's FREE to go in and ride. If you want a gift I would not get it here do to it cost sooooo much. But it's still fun.
Miss some of the old examples of the chocolate process and the que design. Still a great ride and a good was to start or end your day at Hershey
Very busy place with a huge variety of chocolate-themed food and goods
Food was pretty good. We followed reviews and didnt do any of the extra activities available. We did the free "factory" chocolate tour/ride. It was a really short ride. Gift shop was huge. It was a good place to stop for an hour or two if passing by but I wouldn't make it a destination unless you like the theme park. Only I do rides so it was pointless for us to go.
I like the factory you can print your picture or your friend, on a Hershey chocolate
Great place to take the family. Free things to do, as well as activities that charge admission. Fun for the whole family.
Love stopping here to learn about how chocolate is made. The lines are not too bad, but can be longer at times. They sell a lot of Hershey products of all kinds there. You and the family can pay for a couple of tours or special movies that they have in 4D.
Great place to learn about Hershey. Also has almost every chocolate available. Entertaining and great for kids. 4D movie is great. Trolly tour gets tour of all of Hershey. Make your own chocolate bar and taste testing. Reason pricing.
Truly 'the happiest place on earth'. Great assortment of candy and memorabilia. Love the chocolate tour and of course the free chocolate at the end. Staff is pleasant, friendly and professional. Easy access parking.
Always a pleasure to be here. This was the first time I brought my three year old son. He loved it.
I will always love this place. The smell alone is exquisite. Food is pretty good too. Great variety. And of course......chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!
Great visit. Only wish there were more rides for smaller kids
Great place to visit and make some memories. Also they have good merchandise
Hershey's Chocolate World is a great place for children to run around and to visit the ride inside the building. In this ride you can see how Hershey makes chocolate and how it becomes so good. Chocolate World is a great place if you want to have anything chocolate, and if you want to bake whatever you would like. The prices aren't bad either! You can also find everything candy and chocolate they make at Hershey. This is a great place to be with your family.
A fun place for kids and adults. Clean and easy to get around. Plenty of food choices
The ride is fun and the food is very good. Service and price was aweful.
We all had a great time. Got to make our on custom candy bar. The tour was awesome as well.
Just love this place. Been about 40 years since I have been there. Felt like a kid again, that real nice feeling.
Very fun place. Gives you a tour (kind of) of the Hershey candy making process, followed by a shopping area filled with the same candy, plus some Hershey merchandise.
It was a cool experience being in a chocolate factory. I found everything to be a bit too expensive though.
Fun place to take the family! Well presented, but a touch on the expensive side for the "extras".
They have a lot of merchandise, any Hershey candy you want me hey have , and various sizes. Also have nice to things for gifts
It's great, I don't know why people dislike their visit there. It allows kids to learn knew things about chocolate, and it lets them get treats at the end of the ride. It's a pleasure to visit there, and I hope others can agree with me.
Bad, overpriced food with limited, overpriced chocolate selection sms cheaply made clothing. A decent hoodie is $50. I can get the same chocolates at ant grocery store or frankly a bad station for less. We ate the cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl, cheese pizza, and turkey sandwich. You get 30% less soup if you purchase the bowl than just in a plane bowl. The sub bread was stale and chewy. My husband described his pizza as "Chef Boyarde on a cracker." The sub came with pretzels and chips. The chips had chocolate on them. Most of the foods had chocolate options. You know, cause who doesn't want chocolate on a chicken sandwich? Bleh!
Cute ride, it's only there to dump you in the middle of the chocolate "outlet" store. Not like the old days
Alot of fun for the whole family! Fahrenheit is the best ride in the park.
I absolutely love this place. We toured and ate and made our own chocolate bar
This was a neat experience. Great for kids and adults. The whole place smells like chocolate, and be ready to drop some cash in the shop. I've never seen so much chocolate in my life!
Really nice, looks like they recently redid the place
Try the make your own chocolate bar it's fun and you get a personalized chocolate bar with wrapper. Very crowded in the actual store.
