This place was fun for the kids. The shopping here is also enjoyable, prices are reasonable. The free chocolate your is great. The 4D movie terrified my 3 year old and my 5YO didn t really care for it that much. I d probably would ve skipped the 4D and tried the other attractions next time I go.

A wonderful experience for young and old!! A free ride through Thier process of making the chocolates! Very entertaining!! A huge store with anything you can think of protaining to the Hersey experience!! And Free parking!
Actually we loved the place super demo presentation of coco chocolates and super taste of different types of chocolates of different sizes, packs. It's an experience of know how with fun, feelings of get to gather.A memorable visit
Over all great place. But some parts of the building the paint is peeling. If the paint is lead based you don't want to breath in any dust from it. Lead paint is bad, lead can make people aggravated/aggressive. So now you might have guest walking around being hostel due to that. But I do not know if is lead based. Just don't touch the walls!!
HOT!! And that's the inside!! Surprised the chocolate held its shape because I barely did!! I'm from Florida so I know hot! But the chocolate smelled good.
Too crowded alot of rides down and the fast track/handicapped lines were almost as long as the regular lines On some rides. To get a milkshake almost an hour and a half. Hershey world was interesting though.
Be there when the doors open! I have been to Chocolate World many times. We got there at 9am and it was so nice not to have to wait in line or push to get through. It is beautifully decorated and we could pictures with the characters. Loved it!!
I just found out Hershey moved their manufacturing plant to Mexico a little while ago. They dont even make the chocolate in Hershey. Never buying their products again.
A great place to visit whether you live sweets or not. It is even fun to look around the beautiful structures, layouts, people. Helpful N patient staffs to answer questions (first time visiting, not familiar with the ground). There are flavors that you wont find outside. Definitely Worth to try here. There are things to do here that require paid tickets. Such as: create your own chocolate, 4D movies, unwrapped chocolate tasting and etc. Those were fun and entertaining. The movie was made for little kids with lovely parents.
Chocolate lovers dream! This place is perfect for family trip! My personal favorite attraction in this building was build your own chocolate bar! It was a unique experience for all ages! Other attractions were mostly for kids. They also have large collection of Hersey s products & merchandise
Been here about 4 times. This is the 1st time in a few years and the amount of traffic has increased tremendously. Took 30 minutes just to get into the parking lot then found out the lot for the store was full , forced to park in the amusement park lot. Had to walk a long distance just to get to the store. Extremely crowded. Extreme mounts of traffic. Don't plan on coming back just because of that hassle.
One review I read says "crazy expensive" Maybe you should've figured up the cost before hand. Not Hershey's fault. Our family have been here 5 times with family/friends from out west, and we enjoyed all 5 visits. The History of Hershey is very interesting. Most visit!!
It was pretty good. Food was ok... nothing too mind blowing. Meatloaf was large portion and delicious. Waiter was very nice just disappeared frequently. Not a bad find!
Such an amazing place to take your family, or just to visit. There's so much to do, you probably can't see it all in one day. Everything was clean, there was lots of shade and the longest line was 30 minutes all day.
Really crowded and the "factory tour" is something out of an amusement park. Anything else is an extra cost and a bit on the pricey side for a family. Okay place to check out once, but definitely a tourist trap type place.
Mom Tip: keep the apron you get from the making your own chocolate experience, kept our clothes clean while eating from the soup bowl and ice cream. Dad Trick: in comparison to the cheese pizza, the cheese sticks with marinara sauce is cheaper and has no wait time
For the middle of PA it is a great experience. Presentation is great and the selection of food at the shops and bakery are fantastic. Only problem is that the teenage workforce is not the merriest group.
We loved this! Best chocolate bar ever from the make your own candy bar. Movie was interactive and fun! Free tour was so much fun and great deal on chocolate in the store!!!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Took the trolley tour and was very excited to learn so much about Mr. Hershey. Can t wait to go back and do more and eat more chocolate
The food is terrible and very expensive! Don't get the chicken sandwich and sides or breads ticks , disgusting. And the candy is extremely overpriced I can get the same thing in a convenience store for half the price!
An immersive chocolate experience of how Hershey makes chocolate! I learned how the company uses cows right in Pennsylvania to source for their milk chocolate, free ride through a chocolate factory simulation. Free parking. If you don't have time for the park, Chocolate World is a must! They inspired me a new way to brew coffee, mixed with hand ground cocoa nibs.
Even though this place is not that large it was alot of fun. We did the 4D theatre and the chocolate making...my kids had a blast. Definitely alot of fun for all AGES!
I remember coming to Hershey as a child, and always looking forward to the chocolate tour ride here. It was a truly spiritual experience as you watched the vats of cocoa being churned, tasted the aroma as it filled the air, and held the giant-sized bars. Now, as an adult I get to see the same sense of wonder and amazement in my kids and wife as they experience the magic of Hershey. It is a bit disappointing that much of what I saw growing up has changed, like the ride's theme song, and the move from mechanical to digital fixtures.
But for the young and old, Hershey's Chocolate World is still an experience like no other. The wonderful people that work there are of like mind in wanting everyone to have an amazing experience. As usual, I spent way too much in the gift shop, but the smiles I received when gifts were delivered told me I made the correct investment.
