It is always a beautiful experience visiting chocolate world at Christmas.
It is always a beautiful experience visiting chocolate world at Christmas.
It was so awesome me my father and mother enjoyed it as well as the tour.
Complete waste of time. Skip this place at all costs.
Always has feed and supplies in stock. Owner is a good person .
With kids under 6 years old i would have been skipping the Trolley and the tasting experience since they would lose their attention quickly. However the free tour is awesome!
The tour was fun but it could have been better to see some actual production. Great chocolate and lots of product to purchase.
Had a great day enjoying all of the activities. And the chocolate was good alao.
They say that the tram goes till 12 to actually goes till 10:40
The staff was fantastic. Special thanks to Manny and Jack for taking good care of our daughter during the Chocolate tour. She also thought Wilbur was funny on the trolley.
We went to the free ride and the 4d experience. I felt it was extremely overpriced. We didn't buy any chocolate in the store because again it was expensive. The experiences we did were cool though. It's not an all day adventure type of park because they only have 5 things you could do, but it was interesting to know how chocolate was made.
Great experience even for us retired couple. Fun and lots of chocolates and candy to challenge your resolve.
Cedar Point, Six Flags, Kings Island, has nothing on this park. Hershey you are the greatest
Chocolate world only: I am a kid at heart and have wanted to go to hershey my whole life. We did the chocolate tasting and made our own candybar. We also did the free chocolate tour. Overall each experience was enjoyable but not what I expected. If we travel this way again there are several additional sites I would like to see (gardens/butterfly atrium) but I dont think I would go back to chocolate world.
Bring your own food and beverage like you would to Disneyland/world! Still, be prepared to spend on everything as though you're at the Magic Kingdom!
Lots of fun... especially if you have kids or grandkids with you.
My kid enjoyed the free chocolate train ride. Food court serves yummy Hershey milk shakes.
The free tour is so great. Try going when they first open. Lines at checkout when purchasing something are very long. Go early!
The 4D movie was fun and interactive. The free tour was fun and fact filled. We had lunch at the food court. The food was delicious and the servings were large. The make your own candy bar was a unique experience. Shopping with sooo many choices. Highly recommend. We did a bundle. The history trolley tour was marvelous. Educational, as well as, fun.
Typical tourist trap. Extra large candy store with a tour available after waiting in very long line - but it moved continuously. No different prices than retail. Many more choices if you are a candyholic. Good to experience - once.
Fun place for kids, but basically a huge advertisement for Hershey contained within a store.
Chocolate chocolate chocolate chocolate chocolate chocolate! It was so good
I'm told there is not enough lifeguards and the water quality always has to be tested bad experience.
Fun when not waiting in a line. Unfortunately, we spent half our day waiting in lines.
I don't get it. It's a giant candy store. The chocolate experience tour is a cheesy fake factory tour that reminded me of Epcot Center.
This was a quick stop back home. I enjoyed the free tour however that's all there is to look forward to. After the free tour Hersey kisses were being passed out but it would have been nice to have a goodie bag or something more, come one there a billion dollar company. Great for small kids but nothing wild.
Tour is kind of meh, nothing is made there anymore, it's kind of pointless.
do it yourself chocolate candy was cool. kids would love it
Tons of awesome products that you don't see every day.
It became our tradition, whenever we're in PA Lancaster County, we're visiting Hershey's Chocolate World. Kids love the tour as well as free chocolate at the end of it.
An awesome place to visit!!! The factory tour was really cool and the candy store is huge!!!
The free tour is fun. The variety in gifts and treats was incredible. Lots of reasonably priced items. Parking is free for up to 3 hours. Many ticket options for tasting and city tours.
I love Hershey as a whole but Chocolate world needs to be bigger especially when there are large crowds. Everything is too expensive.
My daughter loves the free chocolate "factory" tour. It's recently updated but still super cheesey. The store is fun and enjoyable to visit!
Not as good as it used to be. Now it's a mess of singing animals and chocolate bars when it used to be a magical tour of a factor :(
Interactive museum on the life and founder of Hersey chocolate. The hot chocolate tasting at the end is a most do experience. It will cost you another $10 to taste 6 different hot chocolates
Great place to visit, fun for the family a little pricy
In this COVID situation still people r visiting and it's neat and clean and nice.but would say they should include factory tour so 1 point less. Also except making ur own candy bar nothing is so good. Also i would suggest please go to HERSHEY PARK instead of chocolate world
Enjoyed every moment with my family for the Allen-Harper family reunion....I recommend it to anyone!
The most kid friendly park. My 3 year old loved all the rides he could get on.
Like a kid in a candy store...quite literally. We didn't take the tour but did shop. They have some unique stuff that I hadn't seen before and stocked up at discounted prices. Need to go back for the tour and more chocolate.
Had a great time even though the weather was not great. Fun for the whole family.
If you buy the biggest bundle package : Adventure 1 package deal (@ $43/adult, $36/child), you'll save a lot of money with all of these excursions included (free chocolate tour, create your own candy bar, 4D chocolate mystery show, Hershey trolley tour ride around town and Hershey unwrapped tasting experience). We did and had a phenomenal time! It really is the best time!!
It's Hershey's Chocolate World, what's not to love!
I loved it. I loved seeing the factory i loved the feeling and hope to go back soon. Only thing id ask is the prices be lower a little. I would of been able to buy more lol
Great family experience! We enjoy taking out of town guests to Hershey Chocolate World.
The bakery has some amazing cupcakes and cookies. Also got some chocolate covered bacon.
Customer service and cashiers were a lot friendlier here. Enjoyed the free chocolate tour A LOT. Best thing there. Prices on candy weren t too bad, considering you re at a amusement park (kind of). We did the make your own chocolate bar. I enjoyed my chocolate a lot, but not worth it for 25 bucks. They tried, but it wasn t very interactive, a lot of digital interaction though.
This place is simply amazing! Fun for all ages, especially for those who love Hershey chocolate and candies -- for the full experience, I recommend buying the ticket that includes all 4 events that cost, as certain parts are free of charge!
It's a good place to visit if you have nothing to do in winter.
Not a bargain. Interesting but not very informative.
Awesome place with great history, plus Chocolate World is free to enter with 3 hours of free parking.
One of the most fun places I've been at in long time
Great place to visit especially if you,re going to visit Hershey Park
Sounds like it d be really a great experience. Drove 3 hours to see it. Waited in the line to park, wasn t any spots in the lot we were told to go in, so we asked the worker where we were to go if the next (very small lots mind you) lot was filled. She rudely replied then you leave and go back into Hershey the town. So now we drove the whole way for nothing but to pay for a hotel and lunch and head back home. Disappointed in the customer service.
Who doesn't love Chocolate! - especially in the sweetest place on Earth.
Great fily friendly place had a blast with my niece and nephews
The best way to say this is I love it I love it I love it
Good place to get Hershey related stuff and other activities including the Hershey Tour Ride for free.
The lines were not long but the waiting was still very long for all the rides, the cycle time unloading and loading riders was painfully drawn out. Averaging 1 ride per hour.
The previous edition was so much better. The new institutional version is not near as enjoyable. We were really disappointed in the new experience. At least you get what you pay for.....
I grew up near Hershey. They have updated the Chocolate Factory tour at least three times since the 1970's. I think they have actually changed for the worst on this last "upgrade". It is a lot of computer generated stuff now. Very few original things from the tour remain. I will continue to visit every chance I get. It is nostalgic.
What a wonderful family experience. Free ride, free chocolate, and the entertainment you pay for is well worth it. The trolley ride of the town of Hershey is AMAZING!!! Such friendly staff and reasonable prices in the gift shop and food court. Wish we lived closer so we could come back more often!!!
Things to do there are a little pricey, but nicely put together.
Awesome, as always! Had fun with our kids and grandkids. Thank you, Milton Hershey.
My 4 year old boy loves the ride and that he can go on it again and again. We always ask to skip the photo section. I really enjoyed the educational video that is in the ride car.
It's fun and it's free. Get there when it opens and before the busses start rolling in. You can pretty much see and do all the free stuff in less than an hour.
