No chocolate lover can resist to go to this place! I regreted not doing any of the attraction here, but I literally went around the store three times! It never got boring with all the unique things they have. Would love to come back here and take my friends and do the attractions!

It was an enjoyable experience. The chocolate tasting experience was OK. They did their best but it needs some tweaking and something more special to make you feel you got your money's worth. We came, spent tons of money and gained 5lbs each. Overall a nice day

Nice, entertaining, but overcrowded. There was a man who fainted, fell to the floor and employees didn't know what to do and couldn't even control the crowd from peeping into the situation.

My family and I have gone here almost every winter at some point seeing how the things have changed. The chocolate tour ride is always a favorite and with the graphics getting better and better every year it s a nice trip. The stores are a tad pricy but what do you expect, and if you go on the ride you can always get a small free piece of chocolate always a family favorite. If your up for it just down the road to get to the park there s a bunch of statues of candy to take pictures with.

Mind blowing amount of chocolate. It's almost overwhelming because you want it all. The souvenirs are a little expensive but that is to be expected in a place like this. The candy though wasn't too crazy priced. Very fun experience.

Hate the new ride. When we tried to say we didn't want our picture taken, the girl running the photos yelled at us and said we HAD to get our pictures taken. We just wanted to ride the ride. There is always wrappers thrown everywhere and the bathroom is disgusting. I do not enjoy coming here anymore.

Love the free cocoa bean ride. Didn't pay for extra things. It is nice that the pay activities are separate so families without a lot of money can still enjoy. We bought the group picture but have gone many times without

Hershey's Chocolate World was worth the visit. The first floor was huge and was a wall-to-wall chocolate retail bonanza, gifts and clothing. But the prices on the chocolate, gifts and clothing was full retail and might have actually been slightly above department store prices.

The tour/ride upstairs was great and my grandkids loved it.

Loved it all! Had a blast and was able to get all rides and water park in during our 1 day. Didn't have time to do the tour but the food inside of the main tour building was excellent for amusement park eats!!

We love going to Chocolate World. Anytime we are in the area we stop in for a ride. My 5 year old loves it so much. She thought this ride IS Hersheypark. Maybe we should have let her keep thinking it was, would have been much cheaper for us! It's a cute ride with a lot.of great info about Hershey the company and the chocolate making process. Can get pretty crowded but it moves fairly quick.

Too much to see in the short time we were there. My daughter had fun on the tour ride. Plan on spending a little bit of money there though because all the activities besides the tour cost money

Enjoyment for the kids ,for what they like the most-chocolates.Not many know that there is a free ride which explains all the steps in chocolate making with a ride on wagon and you also get a free sample at the end.Its no where mentioned in the displays, and you may need to ask the kiosk for directions if you can't find it.
For those who only want to buy chocolates from the shop and just see the chocolate making, this may be the first thing to start with, before going for paid experiences.
I didn't find the chocolates were cheap, its much costlier than the shops. If you have spare time on the way to PA,or after visiting Hershey park, you can spend an hour here.Always crowded, but the free ride wasn't having a long queues.

Very nice place. Has everything.

We took the tasting experience, was very nice. The kids try different kid of chocolates, they explained how to ''taste'' the chocolate, not just eat it.
Even the food was good. You can order pizza, chicken, salad and more.
Very od but not expensive as other.

The "factory" tour is just a ride for kids, and definitely a disappointment. The service overall was not great at the stores. The s'mores were tasty and all the candy we bought tasted more fresh than what you get at the store. Overall worth a visit but it was a disappointment.

Great place, but comparing to other parks...they were understaffed and over crowded. If you actually want to ride the rides, you will spend 30 min a piece to do so...even the toddler ones. Food was horrible. Finally, I am a father of a young child. That said, how can a theme park consider themselves family friendly if they decided to save $100 by NOT installing a changing station in the mens room? Is it the 50's again?

We only went to chocolate world in Hershey. We stopped on our way through PA as a kind of pit stop. The tour was nice, it was free, the store is hugeee and has every hershey candy you could want. We went before 11am and there was no wait, but we heard it gets pretty packed later in the day.

We experienced the chocolate your and we also for the first time did the historical trolley tour. John was our conductor today and he did an excellent job with all the information he spoke about. We were glad we did this trolley ride and thanked John for his time. There were a lot of interesting facts - make sure if you ever come out you make time and take the ride.

My sons loved the "Make your own chocolate" and the 4D show. The place was great for buying large boxes of chocolates. There is guided tour of the Hershey town costs money around $16 but we did not do it because we inadvertently took a tour of the town by getting lost on our way there. The town has small blocks and it is easy to take a wrong turn. The people are friendly. If you love chocolates, this is a nice place to go to.

They have so many different thing you can do there. Chocolate world and on trolley rides you can go and learn where Hersey started and lived. And they have the museum where u can walk through.. They also have concerts there in the summer. And the rides in the amusement park.

Fun

Better take out a second mortgage before visiting. Although the original factory ride is still free( for how long idk) everything else will put a hurting on you wallet. Still not as bad as Disney though.
