Great place to visit for kids and adults. Parking is free, hang on to the ticket they give you when you enter. Entry is free with a lot of things to do besides the free ride, check their website to sign up for other activities. Tons of fresh candy to choose from and very delicious treats to eat.

The park is great, you can easily do everything you want to in the park in a single day visit. The food service was super slow though. Be prepared to wait longer for lunch than for a ride on a coaster.

I have been coming here since I was a young child. Now as an older adult I love bringing my kids here. It has changed drastically since the 80s (for the better) newer technology has been introduced. Did miss seeing the old original cars. Still glad that some of the original stuff like the singing cow, are still there. I do miss walking thru the jungle they use to have with plants hanging from the ceiling. Very informative on how chocolate is made. A must see when in the area. Be prepared to wait in lines when the weather is warmer and there are more people. The original ride is free, but the other attractions have an admission charge. Check website for that.

Well made, nice free ride, in a cart for 4, explaining the process of making chocolate at Hershey, Disney style. Saw the same over 30 years ago. Just go to the start point. No tickets needed. There are many more things there including a rollercoaster park.

The ride was more fun than expected and the free charge was even better. They take your photo and then try to pressure sell you them for $30 and flip out if you try to photograph the photos with your phone. That was lame.

We loved making the personal chocolate bar, riding the trolley to see outdoor christmas lights. Our driver Lee and tour guide Nick were great! (additional cost involved for trolley ride and making choclate bar) and going through factory tour ride (free). lots of family fun!

Been touring chocolate word since the 70's and have seen the evolution of. You still get chocolate candy at the end. The newest thing I did recently was take one of the trolley tours. Very informative about Milton Hershey's life. I enjoyed it very much

One of our favorite places. Different experiences here where you can stay for 5 minutes or a few hours. Milkshakes, s mores, and cookies are all phenomenal. I suggest sharing a milkshake or s mores and taking one of their many baked goods to go.

Also tons of Hershey branded items including sweets by the case

Absolutely fantastic time!! We went here as a mini vacation with my mom, and she got us a ticket for chocolate world and I couldn t be more pleased. I felt safe the entire time and we enjoyed the free ride as well as the make your own chocolate bar, gift shop, 4D movie, and the historic trolley ride! Hershey, PA is a fascinating town and we learned a lot about Mr. Hershey and the history of the company. The chocolate tasting was not an option but I understand given the current situation. We will definitely be back to tour again and try out the amusement park as well!

Husband, children and I all had a lot of fun here! Although I didn't realize that the tour was free so all we did was come in, look around and take a few pictures and continued on our way to Hersheypark. Will have to come back again sometime and take the tour next time around!

We had a nice time but, way to costly. We will make this a one time visit. The most maddening surprise was how much it cost to park our car. Ridiculous! So sad to notice that 99% of merchandise is made in China.

Underwhelmed. Cheesy Disney knockoff type tour. Not a tour of the actual factory. Just a simulated ride-tour showing the steps of the process. Complete with a forced picture taking, done to get you to buy the picture. Lots of opportunities to purchase candy and hershey products. Delightful for little kids.

Fun family entertainment for all age groups. My father in law is 70 years old and daughter is almost 2 years old...both enjoyed the place and attractions equally. The staff is friendly and there's loads to do and see...plus who doesn't love chocolate!

This is s must to stop at! We make a stop here every time we drive south. Make your own Candy bars are a bit expensive though. Be prepared to buy the most expensive candy bar of your life.

I have been to Hershey Park in the past but this was my first time visiting Hershey Park Christmas Candylane. Had fortunate enough to be able to make it this year. As many of you know going to a theme park comes with packed parking lots and long lines. Well at this time of year it is a much more pleasurable experience.
We made our way through the park while it was still daylight out and got pretty much all the rides done by nightfall. That is when this time of year really shines. Lights are everywhere and we managed to find ourselves by a creek with all the lit up trees right at the beginning of a light and sound show. All the trees changed colors and turned on and off to various songs and it was truly a great experience.

It's a great place to take children. There are a lot of of different activities to do and all the candy you could ever want including candy that is not sold on stores. We go once a year, I love going.

This is the main, and perhaps, the only really Hershey related tourist attraction in Hershey, PA. The amusement park, although perfectly fine, only sells a few Hershey items. Chocolate World is largely a giant Hershey store with a small, artificial "tour" ride included. If you are already in the area, it is probably worth a stop. I wouldn't go too far out of my way, though, to see it and shop for chocolate that you could get at any gas station.

Pretty lame. Anything interesting requires a timed ticket. The shopping is ok. The 2 stars is for the decent merch. But the checkout lines were ridiculous so it wasnt worth the time to buy anything.
