The rain ruined the whole day, we barely rode any rides and those hills will literally kill you if you have bad legs, which I do. Not enough kiddie rides and the way everything is spaced out it's really hard to find what your looking for. The plus side lots and lots of rest rooms.

It's the Sweetest Place on Earth.

It's the Sweetest Place on Earth.
It's a chocolate lover's paradise. Hershey owns Reese's, Twizzlers and Jolly Ranchers as well as so many other brands. Your choices in this big store are many. Take the free ride through the chocolate making and packaging process. Fun, but not the same as the tour through the actual factory (showing my age, LOL). A must for everyone who goes to Hershey and Hershey Park.

Nice place, I don't reccomend for anyone trying to lose weight. But if you've already got diabetes and don't care anymore, then go for it. They also got a theme park attached to it, it was really fun. So great place.

As a local, I have seen chocolate world evolve quite a bit in the last decade. Hershey recently seems to have gotten very popular as a tourist spot for neighboring states. As a result, it is incredibly crowded. They recently redesigned the layout of everything and I guess they didn't expect the free chocolate making tour ride to be as popular as it is, because the line is always huge and basically bisects the entire building so people constantly have to 'excuse me' through the line to get to the other side.
Chocolate world has a lot of activities. I've never done any of them besides the free tour ride. There's a nice bakery, '4d' theater, make your own chocolate thing, souvenir and candy shops, and great milkshakes.

Nice place it is a must. there is alot to do and lots of places to shop and eat they have things like make your own candybar, help solve the mystery movie with hershey bar, reese bar,and hershey kiss and all in the movie asking for your help to solve the mystery great for all kids even the kid in you, they also have the hershey trolly which you go outside to get and they take you on a tour and tell you the history of Milton hershey, and there's chocolate tasting if you do the package bundle you get to do them all for one price very fun there's also free stuff to do

Hershey world is always GREAT! Haven't been since I was a child and recently made my way back there. Not much is different, although it's been updated over the years it's still the good old Hershey's Chocolate World Tour of what i remember as a child. A great family adventure that is fun and educational for everyone!

Little disappointed as thought the factory tour was actually a visit to a factory where candy was manufactured. Instead it was a fair type ride with audio and video showing each stage of manufacturing. Think this was geared towards families with kids not a senior citizen couple.

Greeted by a young employee who talked to us for quite some time about all the things we could do. I felt rude to interrupt her, but she didn't come up for air. The wait was extremely long for the free tour, but was worth it.

A great tourist destination for the chocolate lover and non chocolate lover alike. The food prepared there is slightly more expensive, but it is very good. The iconic ride that shows how chocolate is made is updated and very family friendly. There are accommodations for anyone who has handicaps.

I am from New Zealand and this was one of the highlights of my visit to America! The place has all of the chocolate gifts, products and chocolate making classes to add to a myriad of things offered. One day isn't enough to enjoy is awesome fun place for the child in us. I had the most wonderful time. A must go place for families.

The ride is ok .... just not the same as the old one.. Got rid of "It's a Hershey Chocolate, Its a Hershey chocolate World" very disappointed . The cars feel a little cramped compared to the old ones... BRING BACK THE OLD RIDE!!! You tried to renovate it before and it flopped horribly. If people remember the aliens.

Great place for chocolate lovers. Our children enjoyed making their own customized chocolate bars. Feeling happy all the time, since they give a chocolate everywhere!! Amazing shopping experience with good prices.

Fun place to visit with the family. There is a huge gift shop as well as an area to make your own candy. The ride which shows how the chocolate is made is Worth the wait, which there usually is a wait. While in line there are facts about the Hershey company & an overlook area that you can see over the whole gift shop and a quick stop to take a picture which is available for purchase after the ride. The ride is free but anything additional has a fee. The ride itself is very entertaining & light hearted but also educational. I'd recommend Hershey chocolate world to anyone looking for a fun, free activity.

The free tour ride is the main feature. I have to say two things that need improvement for this area...first, the video screen on the car takes away from looking at the factory simulation exhibits...the audio worked just fine before. Also, the booklet of printed pictures are good for immediate purchase. But, it would be cheaper if your services had digital screen to show the booklet instead of printed material that is thrown out.

Hey everyone! This is a must stop on your way past! As you walk in the front doors you are greeted with the pleasant smells of chocolate and very friendly and helpful staff!! The main tour is a little train ride through the factory that explains how it s made! And you can make your very own candy bar.. and design the package it goes in! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Wow! Lots of new stuff. Crowded and busy but all the wait lines kept moving. Checking out is much easier than it used to be. The photos on the Factory Tour were difficult to follow but the staff were enthusiastic.
My grandson had a great time and found the stuffed character he wanted. Great Day!

SO.MUCH.CHOCOLATE! Oh my goodness! Niece took me here and there were so many people but there was also SO MUCH CHOCOLATE! Every major station had staff members. It is overwhelming because the moving throngs of people but if you stick to the outsides you'll move through the crowd much quicker. Super bummed. I thought the big 2 1/2 foot tall bottle of Hershey Syrup was real.... alas it was a piggy bank... however there IS a big like half gallon of syrup on one of the shelves of syrup bottles. I can't comment on the rides because due to a lack of time and the long line I didn't get to experience it. I didn't find it any more expensive than a bulk sale place (think Costco, BJ's or Sam's). Also has a lot of flavors you don't find in regular stores as well as clothing and plushes.
