Always busy but loads of fun. Wish they wouldnt keep changing the ride though.
My wife and I really enjoyed the park and the Christmas lights throughout the park were spectacular after sunset. As expected not all rides were open. But a disappointment were the Skyview ride and the ferris wheel got shutdown in the late afternoon for repairs or maintenance. Was looking forward to riding them to get a night view of the park from above with all the Christmas lights on. Overall we had a fun day and will go back again.
It was a "Fun Visit"! We mainly came to enjoy an Ice Cream Sundae.
Loved the ride. Free mini chocolate bar at the end. Great store!
Kids love the chocolate tour, great way to begin vacation
Mind blowing chocolates. Must visit place for people who want to try all verity of chocolates.
Best free ride around, learn all about Hershey's chocolates and get free candy at the end to boot. How could scoring some free candy ever be a bad thing!!!
UNCLE GERRY'S TIP: Make sure you spend time at the amusement park that sits next to the tour.
We had fun here! Parking is free for the first 3 hours. Be sure to go directly to purchase tickets for all the "extra" activities first! They assign you a time for each activity and we almost missed the free 3 hour parking!
It's really hot inside during winter and everything is expensive but that's to be expected.
Awsome tour free tours unlimited but the store is a little pricey though they give a free little chocolate pack or bar after each ride of the tour. And they have exclusive products in their store
Tasty family fun but bring your checkbook, 1 free ride to describe chocolate production, then all the others cost anywhere from 15-25 per person, bit prohibitive if your on a family budget.
Way to many long lines for everything! Otherwise it was nice.
What a wonderful experience!! You just have to go see it for yourself!
Always a good time coming to enjoy the park and chocolate world!
We loved the character parade, although it was a little crowded and warm in there today. Merchandise is pretty over priced as well. Fun for the kids though.
Although it s chocolate heaven, needs little more varieties of chocolates other than same old bags of chocolates you find in regular store. Overall experience was great, shakes were amazing and food was okay.
Every time I've been to Chocolate World before I would've rated it a five. The staff members are friendly and enthusiastic and the experience was charming and great. I just went back this week and some things have been updated and are now downright cheesy. The chocolate tasting experience was wonderful, the new experience was an incredible disappointment. The make your own chocolate bar was very backed up and crowded, really taking away from the overall experience.
I loves the prices and the ride it was great 100% recommend. And don't forget the shop after the ride and the employees are so respectful.
Just a fun way to spend a day! Enjoyed the chocolate and everything else!
This was the best place to buy gifts in the park. Try not to buy from the little local shops before you see what's in there first. We did the animatronic tour which was so cool.. Shows you how all of the chocolate and syrup is made.
Food and gear is a little over priced and not a large selection
Nice gift shops, the rides were really fun and I would definitely recommend the great bear. Also when i went there weren't any lines which was great.
If you're in Hershey, you're probably there for its namesake and should check it out. They sometimes have some new candy not yet for sale. Don't expect any discounts though, everything is full price.
Seems to loose more charm with every upgrade, have visited it fo over 35 years
A great place to regroup at the end of the day. Large, clean restrooms, gigantic gift shop, and the a/c is nice in the summer.
DISAPPOINTING!!! I would love to have my life back for the time I wasted going there.
If you're stopping by Hershey Park, this is a must visit, even if you only do the free chocolate tour ride. Toss in the cleanest/best bathrooms in the entire park and a company store that doesn't gouge you and it's a perfect mix. Plus, parking is free if you're not visiting the park.
Great! Loved the cleanliness, people varieties of roller coasters. I loved all the trees for the shade. Probably could use more misters on hot days. Over all a perfect kid heaven!
Ok place to visit with kids, for the most part it is more expensive versions of the same stuff you can get anywhere.
This place was great. The entire family had a wonderful time. Chocolate World was AMAZING! The amusement rides were a perfect fit for the children we had with us. The water park was great too despite the fact our littlest one wanted a little bit bigger slide to swoosh down. The zoo was perfect too with just the right number of animals for the kids to enjoy. Loved the place and will return!!
Sweet, wonderful place. Amazing candy, clothing and many other shopping items. Have some famous hot cocoa, rest, then get going again!
It's amazing all the chocolates they have , really enjoyed the rides , it's a great place for the kids to enjoy .
So much variety here! There's a crazy number of possibilities when it comes to candy and chocolate to purchase at reasonable prices. There's also food, and desserts galore. Only thing is I miss the souvenir cups you used to get when you bought a milkshake. They took those away but kept the prices the same. The milkshake wasn't even freshly blended when I ordered, it had already been made. Felt like it lost some of the love in it but still delicious!
Great place for adults or children! I had a good time here! A bit pricey but a neat experience!
A chocolate lovers paradise. The essential store when visiting Hershey Park. There is also a ride the takes you through the chocolate making process.
I did not do the amusement park, just a quick stop by the Chocolate World while driving through PA. I did the taste testing (paid) and the tour (free). The tour was fantastic and by far the best part. After that I purchased several pounds of chocolate, because I like chocolate. Lots of neat gifts and things here and the largest selection of Hershey's Kisses you have ever seen.
Great for family road-trips and vacations. Very clean and homey.
Always a great experience at tje seeetest place on earth
I was disappointed that we couldn't walk in and make our candy bars without an appointment. We were going to have to wait 3 hrs or the next day to make our own candybars. The chocolate tour was nice for the kids and they truly enjoyed it but it was very vague on information for the adults. The prices on souvenirs were appropriate, the staff was friendly, and everything was wheelchair accessible.
Very good trip, watch out for millions of school kids
Excellent, no charge to get in and wonderful staff . Wheelchairs available and they put you on the train in the chocolate cup with your family and friends. Store is excellent selection of products.
Great place for Hershey fans of all ages! Factory tour is free, but all the other activities cost money. Highly recommend the make your own chocolate bar experience!
Fun and educational ride along with some delicious treats.
I LOVE coming here! It was the first time I was able to bring my daughter and the ride was-as always-my favorite part.
We had a good time. Very nice time for our children. The 4D story was kinda pointless
I used to love the Hersheys Chocolate tour and would go on multiple times a visit, it was my favorite part of Hershey. Since the remodel I will never go back again. I went once and it just isn't the same. Everything is digital now, the cows aren't nearly as good, and the new theme song is too long and wordy. I loved to sing along and now it isn't possibe. Printing multiple versions of your pictures out at the end is also not healthy for the environment or cost effective. All in all I was really disappointed and wish they had never changed it, just because a lot of things are becoming more advanced and digital does not mean everything has to. I do not recommend this attraction anymore.
Very nice and interesting place. Great for kids and chocolate lovers.
The trolley tour around town really shows the Hershey story and making your own candy bar was the most fun. Chocolate University and the 4D movie is solely for kids and parents simply have to sit through it.
Free and great for the kids, but you will buy some chocolate!
Not a great place to visit in August. It was totally packed. We waited for 20-30 minutes to get an ice cream. It took forever and they go our order wrong and took even longer to correct the problem
Always a clean nice place to visit. Had to wait to be recognized at the Smore area for quite a while until someone finally came over to help us. Otherwise a nice trip.
Fun time for the kids! Free to get into but many of the activities cost. Parking is simple and if you arrive early no lines in the spring anyway. The food court has lots of options and lots of goodies for the kids to look at and buy. Every activity ends with a bit of chocolate. Kids favorite was the free one. They call it the "cow ride" not sure what it's called but it's a ride through the chocolate making process and has singing cows which made the trip!
Had an amazing time, loved learning how they make chocolate. Biggest chocolate store I've ever been to.
Large store and very nice and amazing there s a restaurant and chocolate shop and a lot of experience like tastings and make your own chocolate bar
Great place to visit but it's still cheaper to just buy their candy at walmart
Hershey store with all Hershey products. Free tour that discusses history of company and how some of their chocolate is made.
Always updating and improving. An all around great attraction.
Great family place. Lots of entertainment, relatively inexpensive and/or free options. Obviously lots of chocolates. Charming community nestled in beautiful countryside.
Always looking forward to a visit very courteous workers informative workers
Chocolate lovers dream. This place is great for all ages. The history of Hershey and chocolate making process is perfectly explained. The best part is you get a piece of chocolate after you take a tour. There is plenty to do here. We were not able to go to the amusement park, next door, due to arriving in winter. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this place.
Very good tour in toy train to see manufacturing of chocolate and then you can purchase these chocolates in the shop run by the manufacturer himself.
