Oh my goodness. It is chocolate. What's not to love? Very organized. We visited on a Sunday morning. No wait for the short free tour. Learned new things. We were just passing through so that worked for us. Candy store is awesome. I enjoyed watching the kids smiling and happy. We grabbed an early lunch there. We chose the soup in bread bowl (brocolli and cheese for husband and chili for me) and baked potato. A little pricey, but so, so fresh and delicious! Parking was free for 3 hours or less. An awesome visit.

I love chocolate I was super happy to visit Hershey Park and of course I wanted to check out Hershey's chocolate world so decided to stop in here to check out all the chocolate and it would of been a great experience but my Reese's peanut butter cupcake had hair in the middle of the cupcake definitely upset and disappointed especially when the cupcake isn't cheap other then eating food with hair inside it's very clean and didn't have any bad experience with the staff

The ride through the simulated factory was a big disappointment. Close tip half of the ride cars were broken, some of the simulated chocolate equipment wasn't working. The screens showing simulations of various mixing stations didn't look close to real. We've been here many times but this was by far the worst.

I was looking at the construction be done to finish the work. I spoke to two construction workers. They told me hopefully the new Chocolate Town will open the end of June. I did not visit Chocolate World because everything is closed, due to COVID 19. I hope a second wave does not hit this fall causing everything to go back to red

What a great experience! Definitely an all-day stop and getting here early in the day (before 10), helps out with getting through everything. Customer service is very nice and prices are very decent. Would highly recommend!

This place is great even if you're allergic to chocolate. Interesting ride to show how the chocolate is processed. You can also make your own candy bar with hand picked ingredients. Great gift shop.

Hershey s Chocolate World was an awesome experience!
I highly recommend the S mores station that they have in the food court area. The S mores were DELICIOUS!
All the bakery items in the Bakery look so delicious and the couple items I chose were in fact delectable!

The overall experience just walking around inside is exciting! I definitely enjoyed myself!

Truly this sweetest place on earth! My FFA chapter stopped after our convention and it was an amazing time! We even got keychains of the pictures we took! By far the best experience throughout our whole trip!

Awesome place with a HUGE assortment of flavors of chocolate and other sweets that you can only buy on the East Coast. Fun, festive and colorful place! As you walk in, you are hit with the typical Hershey chocolate mouth that will immediately get you salivating. Pretty fair prices and amazing staff.

Is free, even parking. But all the "optional" stuff, including souvenirs are very expensive. Most of the candy is cheaper at gas stations, to say nothing of department stores or grocery stores.

Great

Not sure about the new tour... it's all digital and the new video in car is a distraction for the attraction it used to be. Also the upgraded cars just are not working. Still lots of delicious treats to buy.

Been coming in for a number of years and Hershey has never disappointed our family. Always an awesome time had by us all. Can't wait to come back next year for more fun and entertainment. The staff is always helpful.

Hershey s chocolate world is one of the most joyous experiences I ve ever had. Chocolate is my favorite food, so this is like heaven. The best part was create your own candy bar, where, as the name suggests, you make a chocolate bar. The gift shop also has tons of cool trinkets that you can t find anywhere else, such as Hershey themed legos, dolls, and toy cars. All in all, the whole place is really great.

I just wanted to write a review to give a big shout out to Dan and Lisa. They provided excellent customer service to my daughter and I. We had a flight out the next morning to Florida and had a bit of an issue w our Make your own chocolate tickets. No one else in the store seemed to care that we were flying out the next morning. No one else we spoke to (about 5-6 other employees in the store) went out of their way to listen to our situation and help. Dan and Lisa were the only people who went out of their way to help us and resolve our issue. Thank you Dan and Lisa!

Love this place

I did the free factory tour and the chocolate history trolly tour. The factory tour is simulated with projections and animatronics in lieu of the real deal, but it's free and still interesting. The history tour I can not recommend enough. It's a whole biographical walk through of Milton Hersey and the township. I guarantee you will get off the trolley just astounded by Hersey's accomplishments.

A somewhat interesting experience. It was very crowded. There is a ride that shows the chocolate making process but it's not the actual making of a product. The story has anything Hersey you could want.

I've loved Hershey Park since I was a kid. My Dad started a wonderful tradition that I still carry on with family <3! With 3 nieces to hang with, we now have season passes. That comes with front entrance VIP parking and a ton of discounts. The kids range from teenagers to munchkins and there is always something for all of to do, separately & apart :)

Had a great time with 2 kids aged 6 and 8..selected the bundle tix with 4 items. 4D movie, trolley, make your own candy and chocolate tasting. listed in the order that we scheduled each event to accommodate Kids temperament. The 4D movie was quite interactive with audience participation. The trolley ride gives you some history about Milton Hershey as you drive around the neighborhood. Also quite interactive with actors and music and humor. Make your candy brings out the 1yr old to the 99yr old kid..and the chocolate tasting was informative but more appropriate for older kids and adults. Both kids loved all 3 but the 6yr old was restless by the time we got to the chocolate tasting. Would highly recommend this place for parents with kids. Both adults and kids will enjoy the events. We skipped the meals because we had a heavy breakfast and for each event you get a couple of chocolates. We stayed at the Springhill hotel about 20mins away and saved about $30 on hotel expenses. We were there for about 4hrs and had a great and memorable time. Would recommend the bundle tix if the events are of interest to you and your group. By selecting the package we also saved $40 in parking fees which was waived. Although, I'm not sure if this is unique to that package or same for all packages. The factory tour was free but we did not do the tour as kids were getting fidgety and we had a 2hr ride back home. I wonder if I should have done the factory tour with the kids in place of the choc tasting. Just a thought as you plan your day esp for those with kids. There are sooooo many different types of chocolates to buy but limited samples given were given. Overall, great day and would highly recommend to kids and adults.
