Lower your expectations. They are open, but not actually open. Those reservations are just for entering the store to buy some overpriced chocolate and souvenirs. What s the fuss, I can buy those at local Walmart without reservations three times cheaper. Six people measuring your temperature at the entrance and gazillion people inside to sell you seven dollars milkshakes. Kids were exhausted and struggled to breathe after ten minutes under those masks. At least open something, you can let one family per cart for chocolate tour and sanitize after each trip.

The ride in chocalate world- terrible set up with lines running through the gift shops, we didn't know where the line was versus people buying apparel and other merchandise. Today, they had a rope to direct people into the free ride, people very frustrated they couldn't get to merchandise, and others were frustrated didn't know where the actual line was for the free ride.

Great place. Family had a good time. We drove to this place from philadelphia, there is ample parking. We did 4D chocolate movie, Hershey unwrapped, create your own candy and trolley. Trolley is actually a tour of town and history which might be boring for kids. My kid had most fun in create your own candy bar where you choose ingredients and create your own bar. You also see it getting created. We visited in winters so rides were closed, so thats next time.

Our kids love this place. So crazy commercialized you might lose your mind, but everything is so tasty you just don t care. Gets a little bigger and more extreme with every visit. Super busy at Christmas time.

We just visited Hershey, PA after Christmas. What a big mistake. Glad we went back but don't go around Christmas time. Very crowed place and things have changed. We went about 12 years ago with our son and the free tour is different then it was then. Everything is overpriced too. We didn't do anything else because of how busy it was.

I have only ever done the free chocolate ride which is fun but geared more towards kids. It's a great addition if you are going to Hershey park or zoo America but it's really work just going up to do on it's own unless you want to pay to do the other handful of activities there.

Fantastic place for fun learning experience, is best visited on a day when not crowed, as you may spend a while in lines, however; other then that fantastic place, additional they do have a store in which you can buy huge oversized candy bars.

Fantastic Willywonka-esque experience. It gets a bit crowded and chaotic in the peak summer months, but very pleasant in the off season!

The free tour is a must see.

Very friendly staff as well!

Definitely an amazing trip for the whole family. They have great rides for adults and kids. I would recommend to eat at subway or chik fil a because the food at the court it's not that great and expensive. But everything else was awesome. Best if you can do a 2 day trip

Common. This is the heaven for chocolate lovers. One must take a ride on the chocolate making trip. Got an amazing deals on chocolates. Even the merchandise were of great quality. They have plenty of design. Most of the chocolates are good for vegetarians. Many options available though. Read and buy.

We went just before closing time. There were only a few people there, so we were able to make our personalized candy bars with no wait in line. The city itself was kind of neat too with the brown asphalt and Hershey Kiss lights. It was definitely an experience!

Pretty cool site overall, the best part is the tour you can take to see how chocolate is made. Parking is free up to 3h which is plenty of time to explore everything. Due to Covid 19 some areas are closed or restricted, which is expected. Plenty of souvenirs to buy, and of course tons of sweets to take home. Definitely worth your time

It's a great experience! The free ride shows how Hershey Chocolate is made and tells the story of the founder Milton Hershey. You get a complimentary chocolate bar at the end of the ride. You can get everything from clothing, souvenirs, food and drinks there as well. Plus some interactive activities. It seems it is aways very busy. Very much worth seeing. It's located just outside Hershey Amusement Park.

Always love the free ride to see how chocolate was made. At the end yet ride you get a sample and once you have it you'll want to buy more. However deal is not so good at the store I can do better at the grocery store

Visited here on our whirlwind trip to the Northeastern United States. Took the tour to see how the chocolate is made and spent time in the shop making purchases and taking pictures. This particular tour/activity is free and it was quite enjoyable. They have super cute stuff in their shop too. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit. Great for kids and adults alike.

Since the remodel it is better than ever. Nice heavy wooden tables and chairs. The new smore is amazing. Lots more space to move around as well. Fantasic options for families including a 4d movie, make your own chocolate bar, tasting, and other things. The chocolate ride is still free and amazing. Parking is free for 3 hours. Easily worth the trip!

I appreciate that Chocolate World is always free for visitors. We enjoy coming every few years and taking the tour. The gift shop is incredible - lots of new products and out of the ordinary candy you can buy.
