Nice place super experience. It's nice to be in Pennsylvania where the American way of goodness and kindness are on display. Thank God for mr. Hershey and the Legacy he left and the good people that continue it there.

It's ok, if you are expecting crowds and are looking to buy special items in larger sizes or quantities. It was my first visit with my family, and I think we picked the busiest day of the summer!

Very disappointed in this visit. Way too crowded, almost like they oversold capacity. Lines were on average about 1 hour, so we got to about 4 or 5 rides in a full day. Walked around for 20 minutes looking for seating after buying lunch. For a family of four there are better ways to spend $200 and a long frustrating day.

We stopped today very randomly and it was above my expectation. With all the new rules I thought it was going to be such a hassel, but it was anything but! They made the whole process to get in a very smooth thing. You make a reservation of when you expect to go in online(of course that is free). You go and they make you stant in front of a machine that scans your temperature, and then proceed to the next step where they scan your reservation and then you go in. Everyone was so very nice about everything and even took the time to help my 3 year old through the process and he has some sensory issues. There were no lines for anything and it was no crowded at all! We loved our time there today!

I love this! I go there almost every year. The last time we went after the ride I got a candy that I wasn't sure I'd like, but when we left, I took a bite and it was AMAZING! I want to go again and have some chocolate!

This place is okay. It's mostly just mini restaurants and a giant gift shop too. The only really cool things here are the ride and the make your own chocolate bar. The ride goes through how chocolate is made and your kind of feel like your riding in the factory almost. The line is horrendously long but the history of chocolate on the walls while your waiting slightly makes up for it I guess? It's still super duper long tho. It is free to go to and the ride is also free. Honestly just go to HersheyPark instead.

I may be biased because I'm a Hershey employee, but this is one of the best corporate visitors centers (and the most visited corporate visitors center of any company in the world) out there. A great family friendly place with lots to do, and lots of products you can't get anywhere else in the world.

Delicious! Gotta Love a place that sells chocolate as a professional. Hehe We went here right when the doors opened and got right on to the "chocolate tour" ride. Free mini bar at the end, the ride dumps you out into the shop so you can buy candy and souvenirs. Not before they offer you a ride photo book with YOU in it (cha-ching!).... But who doesn't like some kinda candy, right?! There are other cool things you can do like make your own candy bar and do a chocolate tasting..... Just be careful though since you could easily spend half the day here ##or more## and things can get pricey adding it all up for a family. Great experience though and a great kick-off to getting into the actual park!

Fun place. Though geared towards the younger kids, my teenager truly enjoyed it, especially the visit to the gift shop. The food court had a good selection, but the staff couldn't keep the areas clean and the fountain drink stations ran out of ice. Overall it was an enjoyable visit that took 5 hours.

The chocolate tour is free and you get a free chocolate sample at the end. Parking is also free (up to 3 hrs.) The store and other activities are overpriced. Worth a stop if you are in the area, but we never spend more than an hour there.

Was extremely disappointed. I purchase a case of Golden Almond every year for the holidays. Always milk chocolate. This year they ran out of milk chocolate & I could only get dark chocolate. For a world wide company this should never happen.

Enjoyed our visit, there is something to do for all ages. A bit disappointed at the chocolate tasting. It was basically chocolates I could have purchased at my local grocery store. Everything else was fun though!!!

Fun

It's a decent place if you are in the area or driving by or if you are a Hershey's fan. I was not too thrilled with the chocolate tasting experience or the 4D show. I'd rather just do the tour (free) and the create your candy experience. The meal option is also a waste of money according to me. At times I thought that the staff was rather rude (with few visitors), you'd expect kids to be kids specially at places like this and when they are high on chocolates.
