Great place to bring the kids or a neat place for a date. Bring your insulin and your wallet and spend the afternoon here. Its a bit pricey but its a one of a kind experience......and there's chocolate....lots and lots of chocolate. Did I mention to bring insulin?

Can't wait to go again! My daughter loves the singing cows on the Chocolate Tour.

Really fun place. They have a free ride that explains how chocolate is made. We went on a trolly tour that gave some history about the Hershey family & the town.

Great activities for all ages, 4D movie and make your own chocolate are the best, do not miss it. Staff is friendly, especially Gladys at the register.

The tour hear is amazing, the shopping is excellent, and it's an experience that won't be forgotten. You don't even have to go into the park in order to enjoy the factor. The chocolate ride they have is very good and there's such a wide selection of shopping here. excellent.

This is a great place to take the entire family. I totally recommend the Build your Own Chocolate Bar and the Trolly History Tour of the city. My family spent 5 hours doing all the great things they had to offer.

It is a very nice attraction park, the only thing is that the lines are sometimes very long.

Came here for the milkshakes because I remember having them as a kid. I highly recommend the Reese's peanut butter milkshake. Also, I love the fact that they implemented a charging station for electric vehicle owner's. That is very forward moving and I am all for it. I know when I went, it was free to charge but I'm not sure if it was only for certain hours or a certain amount of time for charging. Also, I didn't realize the tour was free so we skipped out on it. Make sure you do the tour if you're here!

I only visited Hershey's Chocolate World Giftshop.
It is very big gift shop with full of diverse their products which I liked very much enjoyed to look all those. I also bought some including my favorite Hershey chocolate bars. I think these are more delicious than Hershey chocolates from ordinary groceries. In particular, I like Hershey Golden Amond bar so much; which I learned this can be bought only at this gift shop.
But I did not enjoy much a Pork dish at this cafeteria. It wasn't good enough. So I am rating with 4 stars.

Took my grandson for the first time and he absolutely loved it... he is 6 years old

With both free parking and admission, this newly renovated attraction is great for kids and a once year visit if local to the area...

The old factory/museum and grounds are what you would expect from the showroom of a big company like Hershey. Pity is intensively commercialized but generally speaking you can find anything related to chocolate products here. Parking is ample and the guided tour is nice.

Fantastic visit! Love the FREE factory tour and the food/dessert options are great! Kids love it.

Chocolate world was a lot of fun. It was confusing to get there. Google has a hard time giving directions. The roads around it are very confusing.

I love how they have updated this! It's a great place to go with the family!

Just about everything Hershey and Hershey brands you could want to buy is there.

The tour was fun, chocolate was fresh, people were friendly. What else could you ask for.

So much fun! Huge variety of chocolate and merchandise. Take the factory tour. Try the chocolate tasting class. Gets crowded often.

Chocolate is good but beware you can spend all your money here if you get carried away easily

Nice place but things are too expensive. Hershey products should be cheaper here than at Walmart not more expensive and have to pay to park. Workers are freindly and helpful. It's just the corporate mentality that people will buy their stuff cause the kids want something to remember the trip and guilt the parents into being ripped off. Same with the food in the park twice what a reputable store outside the park would charge.

Crowded confusing, yet the family and I go frequently, come on its the sweetest place on earth. I'm just not a crowd person,but I won't let it turn me away.

The shrine for chocolate lovers. Great destination for kids as well. I tried for a chocolate coma but only achieved a chocolate high!

Had an awesome time.. bought the ticket bundle with an added meal for each ticket and it was all well worth the money!!!

I use to drive a semi truck and had to go there to pick up a load of candy to take back to companies in Tx. They were very friendly and would greet you with a smile. They kept a candy jar on the receptionist desk and allow you to take all the candy you want at no charge. Every time the jar was empty they would just fill it back up. That was one trip I didn't mind taking.

I m not sure where to begin. It was a dad and his teen daughter who were road tripping and decided to make a stop. The facility was clean and there was lots of merchandise. If you want actual food, maybe eat elsewhere. Many of the rides were closed which was disappointing. The staff was pleasant. I would say this was a fun stop, but I wouldn t travel far to visit but I was a day visit. It is in the middle of nowhere, so keep that in mind. It was touristy, but interesting and fun. If you re there with teens, I would pay up and go to Hershey Park.

Nostalgic ride that explains the chocolate making process. Lots of new attractions and activities too.

My Chocolate Tasting Experience was awesome. The host and hostess were very friendly. Our teacher Tamira was awesome.

Holy cow! Talk about the most delicious place on earth... the chocolate tour is still one of my favorites. And the candy..OMG. what an amazing assortment. The check out lines were quick and fast.

This place is perfect. You can spend a.solid hour browsing through the store. Highly recommended after a day at the park.

Very nice place to see how chocolate bars are made. The only point that I have is the lack of human involvement in designing your own chocolate bar which was boring for my child because everything are made by the machine.

A nice place to hit when out there. It's sadly chaos often, especially when the park is open, but it's worth suffering through it.

good place with kids, tour train are free, dont buy ticket($20) 'do you owe chocolate', not worth for it. parking are free for first 3 hours

They have an amazing chocolate collection! Definitely a must when in Hershey, PA. Entry is free and parking is free under 3 hours.

Kids above 5yrs will certainly enjoy visit to choclate world

a bit pricey but has tons of stuff to do. easy to spend all day there. great for all ages. activites were all super fun. great for tourists and really anyone.

Had a fantastic time with my family. Kids loved the 4D show and the make your own candy bar. None of us liked the unwrapped chocolate tasting journey and my suggestion is not to go for this one. Chocolate tour was very informative and everyone enjoyed it. Additional info, car parking is free up to 3 hours and you have to pay beyond that.

Just missing a pool but clean spacious rooms n shower was awesome!

I was a little bit disappointed with Hershey chocolate world because there was a lot of things that were an additional costs. the lines were really really long.

The hershey tour of chocolate factory is very educative and entertaining. The 4D chocolate mystery movie is must watch. There is chocolate tasting and trolly tour of the Hershey's is Wonderful entertainment for family

Chocolate world is great and the ride is free. Not sure how I feel about the recent renovation. Some parts are good and some not.

Enjoyed every minute of my visit to Hershey, PA. Wonderful to hear what a blessing he was to America. Others can take a lesson from his life.

Chocolate world is a lot of fun the amusement park has great rides the Hershey store has a great candy selections and things that you can only buy in Hershey I had a lot of fun wish I had more time to explore will definitely be going back

Smells like chocolate as soon as you walk in. Free tours. The picture book costs 35 which is steeeeeep, but we got it anyway. Great coffee. Fun happy staff. Loved it.
