What not to love about the world of chocolate? You name it, they have it here. You forget how much Hersheys is involved with. The Free tour just gets you in chocolate mode so you can go home with all kind of candy. This place is amazing and is a must stop during your visit to Hershey PA.

A great place to buy all of Hershey's delicious products. I particularly enjoy the free ride that tells you all about the making of Hershey's products! They even give you free chocolate at the end! The rest of Chocolate World is filled with family friendly chocolate themed entertainment. It's a great place to spend a day as a family.

Went during COVID season and was impressed with the hygiene and social distancing steps in place. The candy shopping experience was excellent, as were the Dark Kitkat Smores at the end!

Wonderful chocolate experience. My 10 year was very excited to make his own chocolate bar and chocolate tasting. The bus tour around Hershey and information about Milton Hershey was interesting too.

Unless you love Hershey's chocolate, it is pretty boring. Basically it is a giant chocolate store with numerous different ways to spend money. The only thing that is free is the 'tour' that is not really a tour but just a ride with a series of videos about chocolate.

Awesome place, fun free tour and free chocolate at end, amazing ice cream sundaes and milk shakes, nice food court with good options, huge store with big selection of chocolate and souvenirs.

What an amazing time staff is very helpful and friendly. The tour was cool especially for my 6 yo he loved it and for $12 we had to much candy to eat... Oh they also give military and veterans discounts. Thank you for remembering and respecting our troops.

Had a great time for a pandemic modified experience. They were extremely organized and the process from reservations online to check -in on site was seamless. We were running behind schedule and had change one of our experiences mid trip and it was a quick process and new tickets were issued instantly. We did the Make your own candy bar, 4D movie and chocolate world ride and they had everything spaced out for social distancing. Our only complaint was the lack of readily available hand sanitizer. While they had it certain in spots it was not easy to find and we found ourselves searching for it a few times. I would bring your own. Other than that it was a great experience. Everyone had on mask and unlike Zoo America they had a good amount of staff enforcing the rules.

Really enjoy this as the first thing we do here at HP. The workers were very friendly, and helpful ( for getting on & off of that rotating platform lol)
Definitely make sure you stop here first upon your arrival. AND YOU GET A FREE MINI CHOCOLATE

This place is too freaking crowded. Like wall-to-wall people, sardines walking, all the time. Do you like chocolate? Awesome, enjoy the sites but don't expect a bargain here. It's not like going to the outlet you get a better deal on Hershey's products in your own grocery store. They lose a lot of points for being ridiculously overpriced for their venues. #IwannabeDisneyland

Good selection of pricy Hershey's chocolate and memorabilia. The food court can get quite crowded with long waits and limited seating. The ride is still fun for the whole family, if you can stand the wait.

Fun

Great place to visit and buy some freshly made chocolates.. do not recommand to go on any attractions as they are just waste of time and money . Just take the free tour which is worth the wait in a long line.. but the paid ones are just a joke..

I have been to Hershey Park many times and never once went to Chocolate World. I decided to go this year and it is very nice. Love the chocolate aroma when you walk into the building lol. My family and I enjoyed almost all the attractions except for Unwrapped because it was closed due to COVID so hopefully that attraction will be available the next time we visit. The chocolate tour is very cool and we had fun creating our own candy bar. My family and I had a great time.

This place was very well organized and clean, but it was very busy. The line for the tour and create your own chocolate bar were long so they prevented us from being able to experience them spontaneously. The milkshakes made with Hershey's chocolate were fantastic though, and they come in a reusable plastic cup that says Hershey on it!

Pretty unimpressed. I'd rather pay money to see a real chocolate factory tour rather than this ten minute Hollywood "show". The chocolate isn't even that much cheaper. Tourist trap in every sense of the word. I can wholeheartedly say I won't be back.

It's the center of the universe for everything chocolate. If you can think of it you can buy it at their store. And you have to check out the chocolate world ride, it's a free chance to see how they do it and you get free chocolate at the end.

Great, family-friendly place to visit. Free to get in and the always-interesting Hershey's Chocolate Tour has been recently updated for a fresh new look in 2016. While some of the updates are a little odd, the overall tour is just great now. Highly recommended for families and people interested in how chocolate is made.

I hadn't been there for a while they changed the ride and bit and the store area. They moved the bakery to a different location - I was scared for a minute they wouldn't have the chocolate chip cookies. I think the ride is the best it's ever been except they changed the song. They don't play the classic Hershey's Chocolate song any more, not even once. They have some new song now. The food court is pretty much the same.

It's a wonderful place to visit before you leave Hershey Park! Crazy amount of souvenirs and chocolate to purchase after an fun day at the park. And you can take an educational trip with the factory to learn about its history. Definitely should take yourself or the kids to cap off your day!

We enjoyed the 4D movie and the free pretend chocolate tour. Gives great info about the making of chocolate. My son enjoyed the shopping and filling a cup full of chocolate. Fun few hours and a reasonable amount of money spent. You could spend a whole day there easily.
