A wonderful place hang around with kids. The chocolate tour is free. Additionally, place will make you spend a mountain on the delicious chocolates. The trolley ride is fun-filled. The facility is well maintained with clean restrooms, food-courts and kind staff.

Hershey's Chocolate World has a tour of how Hershey's chocolate is made, being a 4D adventure, example when going through heating room, you will have a small breeze of warm air blow on you. The tour is super fun and free, and you get a free sample of new Hershey's chocolate. When I went there with my family, I had received a sample of "triple chocolate," or something. Sadly, if you stay for more then three hours, the parking ticket fee is 40 dollars. After the tour, you are brought to the main lobby you enter, which has a HUGE gift shop. Imagine being at the mall. Here you can buy a giant chocolate kiss, and exclusively here, the biggest chocolate bars they make. There's good quality hoodies, Ice cream, chocolate, ect. I recommend this place a ton.

Ridiculous. Do t take the tour, you can find better images on the internet. Complete waste of time. You will spend the first 45 min in line to get your photo taken by Hershey . Not for free, of course

Definitely a place to visit with the family. We bought a package that included meals, parking pass, trolley tour, make your own Hershey bar, 4D movie, a candy how-to and more. Every team member couldn't be nicer. Great food selection paired with lots of smores and milk shake options. Be sure to give yourself 15 minutes between activities when booking.

The weather was not that great. The lines were long but it was still a good day. Hershey has so much to offer familys. Some of the younger men working the rides can be nicer and take their time when checking ride safety. It was great to be at Hershey again.

Great Hershey gift shop with pretty reasonable prices on everything from chocolate to beach towels. Take the free Hershey tour and learn a little about how it all gets made (and get a free piece of chocolate at the end). They also have a trolley ride tour with free samples, around town the town tour and learn all about the man...Milton Hershey (highly recommend). The 4D movie is better for the younger kids but fun. The chocolate tasting experience was good. Better for older kids and adults. The Create your own Chocolate Bar was ok. The kids loved it, but it needs to be streamlined a bit. They offer deals if you book more than one excursion. Enjoy!

Located at the entrance to Herhseypark, "Hershey's Chocolate World" is more of a giant gift shop than anything else. The 3-D movie is "okay", and the "ride" here is mediocre. While here, you can also spend nearly $20 (and a significant amount of time if the line is long) to make your own chocolate bar.

A chocolate lover's dream world! Custom creating our own chocolate bars was super cool. We also enjoyed the chocolate tasting. Food court has good lunch options. And all the Hershey candy products you can imagine. Great way to spend a day!!

The day we went there were a lot of people. Our party was separated because of a wheelchair being a part of our party. We were reunited at the ride itself but then had to wait for a long time for the wheelchair car to come back around. It would have been more efficient for them to go ahead and met him at the end.

Fun

This place is awesome! We had ages ranging from 6 to 66 and everyone had a great time. The adults particularly enjoyed the historical trolley ride while the kids liked the free tour and the make your own candy bar the best. Well worth the three hour one way drive we made to get here. We spent over 6 hours here and enjoyed the whole experience.

I have went to Chocolate World lot's of times. They have a narrator who tells you how they make chocolate. They have a store there as well. Chocolate World is a great place for kids to have a AWESOME time!

Haven't been here since I was a kid. Lots has changed. The make your own bar is a gimmick. At the end it becomes a milk chocolate covered bar too bad they don't stay true to the base you pick. Good to see the tour is wheelchair accessible!

The perfect day trip! We visited during the off-season. Which gave us ample time to look around! If you re coming during peak season- plan to arrive here early!
Their factory tour was pretty cool- though it s all animated and on screens (not an actually factory tour). But it was still fun to see how they make their chocolate. The store was a chocolate lovers dream! Look for all the fun details they put throughout the building and grounds- even the street lights are Hershey kisses! Planning to visit again when the amusement park is open.

Love going here for the summer and especially the winter seasons. Might b cold out, but feel warm inside when you see those beautiful lights. Especially the 12 days of Christmas. Just got to find all of them. And love how inside rollar coaster always open so u can still experience the thrill when it's even cold out.

Hershey's Chocolate World is a great place to visit for a free Hershey experience. You can park for up to 3 hours for free. You can take the tour for free. It's a fun little ride, with a free chocolate bar at the end. There's a large gift shop area with several other photo opportunities.

This is a nice place to visit for an afternoon. It changed since I was back in school. The tour ride wasn't as good as I remembered. The actual photos were replaced by projector images on the one wall and the quality just looked horrible. They offer a huge food court which make up for the ride.

I love this place.

I love this place.

But, Parking is horrible, hard to find a spot. Even handicap was hard to find. The parking security was rude, I had to get permission to pull up to the curb to pick up my family member. I don't understand why they only allow you to pick up handicap people. What if you bought alot of items, do you have to drag it to your car? Seems like there should just be an area for pick up and drop off.

You are required to get free tickets to enter online. The tickets for the morning can go very fast. So if you have a certain time of day get them iin at least a day in advance. On holiday weekends there could be a line on the entrance to the parking area so give your self some time before your ticketed times. The tickets are every 15 minutes and give you a 30 minute window to enter. Later in the afternoon on non-holidays you may be able to get entrance at the door because they are not at capacity. At the entrance to the parking area you will be given a ticket showing your entry time. The first 3 hours are free but over three hours the price goes up to 15 dollars. Three hours should be plenty of time to take the factory tour and to shop for candy themed merchandise.
At the entry to Chocalate World you will have your temperature checked. The process is fast and there are many stations. As soon as you enter the smell of chocolate awashes over you. This is not the place for people who do not like chocolate.
