Lots to see and do for all ages. Four options to choose from and if you do all of them, they say to plan on 4-5 hours so keep that in mind. We did the chocolate taste testing and the trolley tour. The tasting was informative, but the best part was tasting 4 different types of chocolate bars they provided. The trolley tour was an hour and 15 min. long in a hot trolley with no windows to roll down so that was a bit uncomfortable, but we learned so much about the history of Hershey. In fact, it's definitely a PR move on their part to get you to visit all the other facilities in the city. They also provide kisses and Reeses cups along the way and give you a full chocolate bar at the end. The tour is definitely for the grownups. I saw a number of children bored and antsy.

Great experience for all ages. The tour has been drastically changed in recent years. Lots of upgrades throughout, but I miss a lot of the old features. Also, the picture taking gimmick at the beginning has to go! Just a waste of time that bottlenecks the line!

My 3 year old sons favorite place in the world. The ride is free and they give you a free miniature candy bar at the end. The food court is also really nice and you can get pretty much anything, including really good milkshakes.

If you have come to Philadelphia you better want to drive additional miles for a worth visiting place in United States which should be the Chocolate capital.....it doesn't matter what age group you belong too you would be able to definitely find something worth cherishing or relatable events of the past for you

Who doesn t love Hershey s! Wouldn t make a special trip to visit but if you re in the area or passing through it s worth a stop! Great value for the confections and the experiences are worth it. Great for kids and family and they are handling the COVID restrictions well. Also a nice place to get out and stretch your legs and learn a bit about this history of this legendary company.

Visiting this place is like going to Disney and Wonka's factory all in one with chocolate. Food is good, people are friendly and the shops are great. You can get your face painted or henna. I had more fun than the kids!

My children ages 11 and 7 loved our visit here. The older girls 16 and 18 were not as impressed. The tour is a fun little ride explaining the process of chocolate making.
2 months later ... my 16 year old visited again with friends. Go figure.

Really is the sweetest place on earth. theres plenty to do here, like a free ride to learn about chocolate making, or others that you need to pay for, like making your own chocolate or a trolley ride around the town (which I highly recommend-it's both entertaining and informational). Word of advice though, unless you really want something in the gift area, dont buy. You can find that stuff cheaper in other places.

Sure go here once or twice and it's great! The ride is interesting and the make your own chocolate bar is pretty sweet. The thing is my wife needs to go here 400x a year so it's lost it's appeal. The monotony makes me contemplate my existence regularly. Help me.

The person who shuttled me from the line to the ride platform was more than amazing. He was so so funny, he made up for a crappy day I had at the park!!!! He made my kids and myself laugh so much!! We really had a good time on the ride thanks to him. Thanks

Great place for family fun. Free parking, free chocolate tour ride. This ride is fun filled. 4D show and chocolate tasting has their own tickets which you can purchase as a combo. Cafeteria is good. Altogether a different place. Definitely recommended. In summer time, Hershey's park is open which is 5 mins walk from chocolate factory.

Pretty nice place to see once in a lifetime. Would be nicer but the entire facility is far too overcrowded to really enjoy each attraction. There is, sadly, an overwhelming number of foreigners, some of who smell like they have not bathed in some weeks. They wander aimlessly in zig-zagging paths, oblivious of people around them, and occasionally hit innocents with shopping carts or their violently swinging diaper bags. I felt transported to India without ever having boarded a flight. Attractions are pricy, but what isn't these days? Food was overpriced for the quality. But the gigantic gift store of all things Hershey is very impressive and quite reasonably priced, most things costing half to 2/3 what they would run at Gettysburg battlefield to the south.

Bathroom not clean, lines not good, people shaking vending machines staff walking by never said anything, they had time limits on everything it seemed. But over nice park just need to work on their young staff. They seem as they do not care a out customer service or cleanliness

The souvenirs were fun to browse and I of course enjoyed pictures with the giant chocolate bars. I was however disappointed with the factory tour. It's more like a children's Disneyland ride as you cruise through a fabricated factory with machine replicas all while sitting in a tracked car, guided by a video. I was expecting a real walkthrough of a chocolate factory, able to observe the workers and machines. While interesting, I was still disappointed. Baked goods and milkshakes we're good and fair priced I thought at about $4 for brownies/giant cookies/cupcakes.

Always a fun place to visit. The orchid show was beautiful. But as always for us it is Chocolate World. The chocolate tastes better here as it is produced in the original copper kettle from 50+ years ago.
