I'm so happy. I've always wanted to come here and now I'm here. I had such a wonderful time.
Cornucopia of sweetness and wonderful delights for every palette
I can't complain about anything you can do for free. It's really nothing earth shattering, but is worth stopping if you are going to Hersheypark
A good place to take an adventure for free, well sorta free. The chocolate world ride is free and it is great for kids and adults alike. The downside if you are brining kids is the gift shop is located right when you leave the ride and it is to spend a lot of money without blinking an eye. I still say it is worth it.
As soon as you walk into the doors you smell the delicious aroma of fresh chocolate. Yum! We took the tour and enjoyed it a bunch. A must see if you are traveling North 81. It's only 15 minutes from the exit
Good factory tour. The line usually moves fast. Excellent chocolate milkshake.
Off season is the best time to go if you don't want to fight the crowds
Still brings back memories; I don t like how they changed the chocolate tour- the cows are super creepy
It's like the mall to me; too many things for me really to enjoy. Not because it's a bad place, but I am working so I'm not here for personal entertainment.
So much to do but bring your own bottled water and lots of cash for food and gift shops!
There's always a new flavor or candy to look forward to in this place. It is ridiculously huge with almost everything you could imagine. It's a great place to find a gift. The merchandise is reasonably priced and you can easily give kids $10 to spend and they walk away with a bag full to the brim with goodies. It's fun to do the ride first which takes about 20minutes, and when you get off the ride they hand you a piece of candy and then you step into this huge space where you can buy whatever you want. They also have a little food court which is convenient.
Love all the rides and the atmosphere was wonderful and will come back again .I love the history of Hershey park with the children .they care about the children and the family
Way overcrowded in overpriced for what it is a the quality of the shakes in food is not the best just look on YouTube and you would have a better experience on how chocolate is made
This waa the first time we visites since they updated the facility. The ride wasn't engaging and half of the talking creatures weren't moving their mouths. The new souvenir photo arrangement is also very strange.
I'm wondering why people visit this place!! It's just chocolate store they made a story more than what it really worth it. Nothing interested there. All that to collect money.
A pretty cool place to take the family and lots of stuff to do and lots of stuff to buy. The prices are a little high but the quality is very good so it's worth paying a little bit more for something good. I will be heading back on my next trip.
Very fun and interactive it was amazing for my mom and I there was so much amazing things I didn't know about at all
Was not what we were expecting. Everything is fake you don't get to see them making the chocolate they don't even make it where you go. They get you in with the free tour then everything else is so expinsive.
Crazy expensive for no fun. Make your own chocolate is not what it sounds like, they give you apron but you literally don't touch anything. They should name it watch your chocolate instead of make it. The tour of chocolate making is good for the money, could have been little slow.
To many people!! Hard to have a fun time when waiting in line and trying to walk to next line to many people in way. Family gets overwhelmed and anxious
Huge selection fair prices happy smile on my son's face
Love the free tour but the candy and all the other experiences are too expensive for what they are. We still visit every time we go to hershey, but have learned to stay away from the paid stuff
Hershey's Chocolate World never disappoints! We all enjoyed it, including our toddler. There are plenty of entertaining activities, including "Create Your Own Chocolate Bar", "Chocolate Tasting", "4D Movie", "Chocolate Factory Tour" ride, & the trolley tour. **Parents: All strollers must be left outside, as none of the attractions allow them. It's not a huge hinderance, but be mindful that you will need to monitor your small child through the fairly large building.
Love that entrance and parking is free (up to 3 hours). Took a star off for the 45 minute wait to get on the Chocolate Tour and the unenthusiastic staff member who just tossed the chocolate bar carelessly onto the table at the end of the tour.
No factory, a giant entertainment shop where you would come from far away to buy chocolates.
Fun place to go. Used to go when i was little and its never lost its magic or deliciousness. You have got to get a cupcake or cookies. They are amazing.
Fun fun! Lines long but had an awesome time with my daughter
My favorite stop in Hershey!!! Chocolate heaven!! Love the ride and the shopping!
Chocolate World has amazing values on every possible candy Hershey offers .. as well as a great 4-D movie experience for the whole family, a tour & history of Milton Hershey and how it all began, not to mention a great family experience to create and make your own custom candy bar with various "fillings" and a very customized wrapper you design.
EXCELLENT family fun for all...
Adults wear masks all day while in the park. Went after Labor Day, lines weren t to bad. Food was okay. All you can eat food and drink is worth it.
Our expectation was we would get to see the real Hershey's Chocolate factory. However, for a one time visit, it was a good experience. Chocolate tasting attraction could have been better. Families with small children would really enjoy all the four attractions at the Chocolate world.
I used to enjoy the chocolate factory ride, but management recently changed the song which is playing while on the ride and my daughter and myself DETEST the NEW RIDE SONG!! The shops, however are always interesting to peruse.
Fun, interesting and educational. Well worth the visit.
Looks like the trick is to get here early on a weekday. The place was so crowded you could barely move. Took a quick look around and got out.
Interesting enough. The chocolate tour was short and sweet (pun intended) and free, so can t really complain. The other experiences were kinda pricey, but if you have kids I think its worth a try. Also, very clean.
Definitely something you should see if you like chocolate and candy
Love Hershey chocolates? Congrats, you ve found the right place!!
Love the park. I have trouble walking so it takes forever to get to gates. I usually rent a scooter. Small grand kids don't understand why they can't set on my lap to ride. Usually park is clean. Friendly staff
Not my kind of place. Crowded and fake factory tour.
First time visiting this place and it was awesome. Have to come back and bring my grandson. So many things in chocolate. I really loved hearing the story about Mr Hershey and seeing step by step how chocolate is made from beginning to end. Wonderful place for all ages.
Love this little ride. Great stores and gift shops. Lots of different places you can eat.
#CreateYourOwnCandyBar experience was a lot of fun for us and the kids. The entire staff at the Chocolate World tour were very pleasant and welcoming. Thanks for helping us have such a nice day
Loved this me and my cousin had fun here and we didn't pay for it. Which is always great.
A must stop for chocolate and candy lovers alike when in the area. It can get very crowded, so it s best to visit during non peak hours and even better during the off season when Hershey Park is closed. The factory tour is fun for kids especially and a nice chance to sit down and relax during a busy day. The food court has many different options to please and plenty of treats of course! Not to mention the store where you can find loads of Hershey s memorabilia and about any variety of Hershey s candy you d like.
Kids had a great time learning about the origins of chocolate and making their own. Would highly recommend it for families.
Excellent place to visit. Staff and facilities 5 stars!
Was great! Grandkids were engaged. All employees were polite and helpful.
Very nice place to visit you get to make your own candy bar. And watch it being made and learn how the candy is made.
The free tour isn't that great, the gift shop is huge. We didn't do any of the tours that cost money, so your milage may vary.
Really nice place clean bathrooms and an overall enjoyable place just a lot of walking
Had a awesome time parks are amazing everyone was friendly and helpful
Don't go here hungry, unless you bring lots of money :)
They recently changed it. I liked the old version better.
I think the Chocolate Tour ride about the making of Hershey's chocolate has gone through yet another redesign since the last time I was there... but when I was a kid this was always one of my favorite parts of a trip to Hersheypark, and my daughter liked it when I took her to the substantially different version that existed then.
Besides, you can't beat the price! Always appreciated the fact that this rather cool, quasi-educational dark ride is actually outside of the amusement park and free to ride.
Oh my goodness! So much chocolate!!! Food was good. I love the shopping.
Fun place to visit for all Hershey has to offer, including new & test products and packaging you cant get elsewhere.
The only place I can find dark chocolate Reeces Cups. Love it.
A chocolate lover's dream. Chocolate syrup by the gallon. Huge candy bars. Every kind of Hershey's product ever.
I brought my nephew and daughter here to build a candy bar. Please tell me why you force me to buy a candy bar to escort them. They are young and can not go alone. I talked with your manager at the desk and she could care less. She said buy a candy bar or I couldn't go with them. This is a rip off for the average family looking to have a good time.
Always a good time. CV restrictions make it actually flow a little better. Great trolley tour!
It's chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. What's not to love?
