I haven't been here in years, this place has become the ULTIMATE tourist attraction
You get a little chocolate at each attraction, but you get the most from the chocolate tasting and build your own bar attractions. There's often a long line for the milkshakes and the gift shop was pretty chaotic. Fun place though.
Great place to go, fun for children and adults. The 4D movie is interactive, the tour is a very interesting source of history. Go prepared to spend 4 or 5 hours of fun and lots of chocolate!
This is as much an experience as it is a store. Lots of fun packed in this relatively small building. A must see while in Hershey!
Not much of a tour of how chocolate is made, but still a fun experience. Mostly just a big store of Hershey chocolate.
Had a blast here, even though it's a bit pricey once you add up all the tickets for each attraction.
The old version was better, the gospel cows are confusing, the employee handing out free pieces of candy wouldn't give me a second piece, but the whole thing is free so no big deal. Also I saw a kid whose grandma brought them to the park just to ride the chocolate world and didn't pay for them to go into the actual Park. We need to find who that grandma was, she belongs in jail
Cool on some ways like the selection and free ride. What was just awful was the price to make your own (very small) chocolate bar, nearly $30! Yes for one.
Also the family bathroom (sure it was the end of the night) but it was simply gross on many ways. I felt like I needed to bathe in sanitizer after we left.
A little crowded so watch times...overall the children enjoy the hand on experience..
Great place to take the family and learn about the company. Free ride & candy.
Best place on earth
Smells wonderful
Cute things to buy
So they seem like they are in need of money bad. When u are in line they have a spot set up for pictures. I didn't want to take a pic, because I knew they were gonna try to sell it to me one way or another. But the chick insisted I would likewhat three was at the end of the ride. She refused to tell me it would cost money even tho I kept telling her I knew it would. So what do u know, I get pushed into taking a pic, then at the end of the ride they have me and my son's pictures, ALREADY PRINTED OUT, and handed to me as soon as I got off the ride. They had a line of employees, and they didn't even tell me it costs money till I got to the last employee. Told me it was 37$ for TWO pictures. I obviously bough them because they already had them printed out and I saw no pictures thrown away. so in my head they were keeping the pictures and not throwing them away.
Bad service. Forces you to buy things you don't want to and if you don't want to buy it they will keep your pictures
Awesome to see the maker of my Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Was around 3 weeks ago when we were here after going to Milton Hershey school for our kids
A good experience, great food court but can be crowded.
Very well organized but costly....
Free tour is good... Chocolate tasting is good but a little costly...
Make your candy bar should be renamed to buy your customized candy... Because you are not really making candy... Machine does it for you...
Hershey's is a wonderful place to have fun. And the chocolate is is too.
Was very very nice , all but the long lines for some of the rides everything was very nice , but I think on hot days they should have more cooling tents that spray a most of water on the people so that they can cool.off , I know at Knoebels they have a fan that sprays water mist on the people so they stay cool.
So much fun and family friendly. Best part is that your can find specialty candy that you won't find anywhere else.
Such fun for the kids. The chocolate factory tour is free to watch and we got free chocolate as a bonus at the end. Lots of other fun filled activities to do here, plus tons of variety of candy to choose from
Loads of fun but very crowded. It can get expensive if you want to do all the different tours and activities.
Fun experience for both kids and aldults! A must do!
I've been several times over the years and I've always loved it. I was able to share it with my son this last trip.
Hershey Park and Chocolate Word is part of a long standing family tradition
Do the tour!. Very informative riding tour. Chocolate shop is amazing. Everything Hershey you can possibly think of. Gets very crowded go early.
This was a great Surprise to my mom and son. To see their faces was priceless!
How can you not LOVE the Sweetest place on earth! Great place to visit and the candy selection is fantastic!
Make ur own candy bar is awesome!! Unwrapped attraction is geared for kids..the 4d movie is fun...overall It was a sweet getaway
Loved chocolate world at Hershey Park. Kids had fun and so did we. Great place to take family but pricing on some things was little higher than what I expected.
Such a great experience. The employees are so nice as well.
So much chocolate, you'd think the factory was next door.
Pretty good for seeing how there chocolate is made and it's free admission . They also give you a photo at the end of the ride and you can shop for your favorite Hershey products.
Alot of parking free for first 3 hours..the tour was free as well. Chocolate heaven
Just took our son dresden here for his birthday it's so much fun we did the dessert creation and it was a blast. Then we had lunch in the food court and there was a guy named Joshua he made us feel at home in a food court that's saying alot he even offerd to get dresden ice cream for his birthday treat and we began to talk and he was in the military proud to have someone like him serving are country we will definitely take our son there for years to come and our other children in the future family friendly and you can't beat the free tour fun and smells awesome haha .... remember when visiting the food court try there baked mac and cheese and meet Josh he will sure put a smile on your face ....
Great place for souvenirs and giant chocolate bars.
The great American chocolate bar!... and over priced souvenirs
Fun ride through a pseudo factory, free, with a small chocolate sample at the end.
So much chocolate! All (or most of) the offerings by Hersey can be found here in various shapes and sizes and variety packs, including the "world's largest hershey's bar".
There's a "factory" tour that's amusing and only takes 5-10 minutes.
If you don't want to walk around with your purchase(s) there's a handy bag check provided for free.
Poor directions bridge washed out no detour or re- route got lost
The prices are unbeatable and so is the selection. I will say, it is packed to the rafters, but the lines went relatively fast. They clearly employ enough people stocking and checking people out.
A classic entertaining and informative family experience.
Extremely crowded. Came here for the chocolate tour and the make your own Hershey bar.
Fun place to visit, buy Hershey's chocolate, take a free ride on tour, get a free candy, and purchase yummy food. There is no entry fee! Come and enjoy a sampling of this company!
Awesome sauce! So much fun for the whole family. Great value! I think this might be my favorite theme park!
Its a really fun place, kids will hav a blast exploring their favorite chocolates and how they r made.
Incredible rides, food and service ! Definitely planning a next visit !
Visited this place a couple of years ago and I loved it. All the chocolate you could eat. Yum!
It was spectacular.Kids and adults loved making and watching their own candy bar being made. Trolley ride was very informative and enjoyable. Highly recommend buying the whole package.
Super great place everyone was so nice I will be back again
I highly recommend as a visit for the whole family. Who doesn't like chocolate?
So much fun every time. A shame they changed the factory tour but that might be the nostalgia talking :) our family doesn't like rides so we love to just spend a day here instead of the park!
It was very fun, step brother threw an ice cube by the mono rail and got a guy in the shoulder yeah its fun
What can I say about this place. Amazing location . Chocolate around every corner. I have seen this place evolve so many times. I've been coming here for the last 17 years. Never a dul moment . Yes chocolate can be a bit expensive but remember it's a tourist place. Not a wholesale place. Chocolate does taste a little different, in a good way. They have ice cream , pastries and coffee can't wait to go back later.
My family had the worst experience here. We came here specifically for the factory tour. The tour was only 10 minutes long, doesn't even show the actual process, it's just a ride. Overpriced merchandise in the store, overcrowded everywhere you go. This place is misleading and falsely advertised. Don't waste your time.
Terrible, parking is crazy due to construction and no one speaks english and can provide directions where to park. Grossly under staffed.
Nice but confusing to get around and really pricy. A tiny mini pizza is 9 bucks. All really expensive.
Great place for children and adults who prefer to not go to Hershey Park but still want a cool experience!
Absolutely wonderful place but get there early before it gets crowded. We stayed from opening to 330 pm. Beautiful zoo fun factory ride .
This place is amazing for every season !
Holidays ! Summer ! Fall & Christmas
From Ohio, home of Cedar Point and Hersheypark has a couple coasters that are worthy of the Point
Veey great place to go if you are visiting PA!! Many great attractions for you and your kids!!!!
So much fun. Lots of rollercoasters. A zoo. Great food including a salad robot. A machine that builds chocolate bars you design.
Went for a visit with Santa. Very busy but he was super nice and the staff was very friendly.
I love coming here. The ride is fun for the kids and adults. I like that they continue to update and come up with new things to do here.
A amazing experience to get to know the Hershey world. The chocolate lab is a must.Fun for the whole family.
It was nice picture opprotunities. Free ride.and tells u all about chocalate!!!
Love the story of Hershey including his work in the area
A toothache waiting to happen, candy everywhere, a nice tourist attraction, plus an amusement park.
Brought my 91 yr-old Dad for the chocolate tour today. Reserved free tickets online easily, and parking was a dream! Drew, the young man who graciously assisted my dad throughout (in a wheelchair), was so kind! Give that man a raise! In fact, there were so many young employees that took time to greet and say goodbye when Dad left-he felt very taken care of today! Thank you so much for making his very first visit something so special!
Very cool place for everyone!!! All the workers are very nice
Had lots of fun...Creating your own chocolate was a very nice experience
It was great except for the rest rooms where the paper hand towels were all over the floor because of overflowing waist cans.
It was an amazing experience! Loved every minute of it!
