Great place to visit when passing through the Hershey area. A fun experience for all ages. The chocolate tour brings you through the Hershey's chocolate making process and is absolutely FREE. You even get a free sample at the end of the ride.

A major stop if you're visiting Hershey Park. It's a very large facility and expensive but there are a lot of activities for kids and adults. My family opted for the tour because of time constraints and the tours already underway. You'll learn more things about chocolate than you ever wanted to know! Don't forget to visit the chocolate store. You can also take the trolley tour around Hershey (for an added cost).

It was so much fun! Such an amazing experience and something that everyone should do if they have the time or are in the area. All of the staff was incredibly nice and I would definitely go back and do it all again. The 4-D movie is great for kids of all ages and there's something there for everyone to enjoy. The food tasted incredible and the prices weren't terrible either. Once again it was an incredible experience and so much fun for the whole family.

The place is super cool and has some interesting things to do but there aren't that many inexpensive things to do here outside of the 15 minute chocolate tour so be ready to spend money on the different activities.

Amazing chocolate store. If your looking for any anything Hershey related it's here besides tons of chocolate there is the Hershey tour. Nice place to beat the heat before you head in to the park

Love the ride through Chocolate Factory with free candy bar at the end. We love to shop through the chocolate shop afterwards. They have candy that they no longer supply to stores and is cheaper than stores. Great fun

Haven't been in a while. Love all of the updates! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed all of the smiling faces and time with Miss Kiss! Love that the baked cookies are right in the front now. Things just seem layed out so much better. A good time! New memories!

It was a lot of fun! The rides were great, but not very long. The employees at the rides did not say anything to you, unless you spoke to them. They were friendly when they spoke to you. We loved the new Reese's cups. The chocolate lovers was our favorite. Great park! Great time!

I was on a school trip with my son and our bus broke down and we were stuck with no food and no way home. There were two employees that let us stay in the lobby and gave our kids twisters and bottled water. This was so great to do. It made us all feel a little better. And the kids had a blast hanging out.so a BIG THANK YOU to Matthew Greene and Jenna Tufaro, great customer service.

Cool place to see. Waiting in line for 45 minutes to go through a 5 minute ride wasn't super enjoyable, but it is a neat place to take kids for free entertainment. There are paid "adventures" available, however I have not personally done any of those. The "Create Your Own Candy Bar" seems to be the most popular based on what friends and family as told me.

Great place. We took the free tour and bought the photos that were offered at the end of it, it was a nice souvenir. We bought chocolate for everyone back home, we thought the prices were fair.

One of the kids favorite stops during our roadtrip, we love chocolate! It's definitely best to visit early, especially if you plan on doing all the activities in the building and the tour on the trolly. Each activity is planned out in a time frame and there's packages available or you can do the activities individually, but it is cheaper if you buy the package. When we went the amusement park was closed because of the weather, but it we had a great time anyways! Would definitely love to visit and this time do the amusement park as well.

We went in December and even though it was stated on their website that once it was over 38 degrees, the park would be fully opened, most rides were closed (it was in the high 40 all day)

Chocolate, Chocolate and MORE Chocolate. This place is amazing. While there is a long line to get in, it doesn't take long to park and make your way inside. There are trolleys, rides and an array of other activities including making your own candy and personalized candy bars to send to someone. There's Smores, Ice cream, a Deli and Nibby Coffee. Tons of souvenirs like hats, shirts, cups, throw pillows. This is truly a chocolate world. You could spend hours here alone. If you find yourself in Hershey, set aside at least 2-3 hours to check it out!

Fun day!! Even though the day was packed, it was very well run. Everyone had a great time. We did a package deal (all the interior activities) that kept the price reasonable. Loved making my own candy bar, complete with the label. Sweet!

Awesome!!! It did not disappoint....oh and the kids loved it too. The story and heritage of Milton Hershey is inspiring. I appreciate that he made delicious candy, invested in the lives of others especially underprivileged kids.

The days of going into the factory for a tour are long gone however the ride is pretty cool. Gives you a general tour of how they make their chocolate and give a sample of an upcoming product at the end of the ride. It drops you off in the store area where you can get Hershey products pretty cheap. Also have a couple of other venues in here to do for a fee.

Crowded. Poor layout. Too much junk trying to sell u. To enter the tour u have to walk half way around the sales floor to find it, then it sales of photos and more stuff they try to sell ya. Wish it was more educational.

Love the ride, always have. The shopping area is literally the size of a supermarket, but the sugar-free section is a joke. Seriously, sugar-free options need expanded. This is all they had.

It's a fun place to go. You can go on a free tour that describes the chocolate making process. At the end of the tour you get free chocolate. There are also plenty of novelty candy products you can purchase and they have plenty of prepared foods including some great desserts. It's a nice way to wrap up your day after you visit Hershey Park. If you live nearby it would be worth visiting on its own too.

Fun place to try out all the candy that Hershey makes. Free admission is a definite bonus. Place is more like a HUGE souvenir shop with other little bonuses that kids and adults would enjoy

We visited in mid-June and encountered very little crowding. There were rides for all kinds as well as a great water park with everything from splash pads and a lazy river to water slides and a wave pool. Not so big that it wears you out, but definitely big enough to warrant a two-day trip.
