It is a little small but it is a great place to come out with family. There is a watermark inside of the park so you can do both in one day. I would recommend coming here but beware that the chocolate is a bit pricey.

It would have gotten 5 stars but the kosher food stand is now a truck with very few options. Also it's way at the end of the park just before the water park where many who would eat from the kosher truck try to avoid. The entrance way is undergoing construction which is only temporary but a bother not the less. Admission is still very steep

Took the Trolley tour from Chocolate World and saw Milton Hershey childhood home, Hershey mansion, Hershey factory, school and employee homes built by Hershey construction company. Chocolate world has candy, gifts like Hershey shirts but that's not all there is a free ride inside where you learn how chocolate is made into candy. There is a restaurant, movie about Hershey and probably things I have not included but its worth the checking it out.

Very busy. U could not move but they cant help that. The lines actually went very quickly and the staff was all friendly and helpful except for the lady when u get off the tour who hands u the piece of candy. She was very rude and did nit want to be there and made it blandly obvious to everyone. Great experience otherwise.

Worth visiting once if you're in town, but it's mostly 1.) a giant place to buy candy from Hersheys and 2.) a short tour ride meant for kids of the factory. In short, go here if you want to entertain kids and/or buy lots of product.

Our family has been to Hershey's Chocolate World twice, before our last child's birth and then just last August. It is a nice, but crowded tour. Be prepared to wait in line for the FREE chocolate factory tour. Which is a lot of fun and never changes. We also bought tickets for the (what used to be 3-D movie) 4-D movie. They have this option where you can text a special event to the movie characters and they'll announce things and it becomes apart of the movie experience. It just so happened to be our daughter's 11th birthday. So I texted the number in the movie lobby and said that our daughter was there celebrating her birthday with her brother's from Ligonier. Hershey Kiss character announced it and talked with Alaina in an interactive part of the movie. She included where we were from and also mentioned her brothers. Our daughter was excited and totally freaked out. It was a special touch that made the trip even more special. GREAT experiences every time we go ...make sure you plan a trip there!

What a great experience! I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, unwrapped, and creating my own chocolate bar. It was especially refreshing to see that they have a food court with healthy options available. The portions were nice and the food was very delicious. Highly recommended, especially if you have children.

Been a couple times before, but I absolutely love coming and being as family were some of the first residents of the Milton Hershey home, it's great sharing history with younger generations!! And of course we are all chocolate lovers!!

We chose Chocolate World for my daughter's 6th birthday party, and it was fantastic. All we had to do was choose a birthday package, tablecloth color, and cake type and the rest was done for us. We basically just showed up and had a great time! Karyn and Kara were great party hosts. Definitely recommend it for a kid's party!

Family Friendly.

Family Friendly.
So much to explore. Recommend a weekend trip to enjoy the park well.

Very expensive for parking, and at the time of day we were there it would take about an hour to leave and go to a cheaper parking area WITH THE SAME COMPANY! We paid $30, and to move we would have paid $20. Not a great start for the day.

I loved it. The entire thing is practically a gift shop. We did the little ride where it shows you how chocolate is made which was fun and they gave us a mini Hershey bar at the end. They were selling a lot of candy - most you can just get in stores, but they also had the harder to find things like seasonal items, including the 1 pound pack of Reese cups, the huge Hershey bars, and some "Witch's Brew" Kit Kats. They had a selection of international Hershey kisses, some cookies and creme bars made with red and blue cookies (to be patriotic), and merch of everything. Reese neck pillows. Hershey umbrellas. Kit Kat shirts. It's definitely worth a stop if you're in the area anyways. The merch prices were what you'd expect for tourist items, and the candy was, too depending on what you got, but everything we got only cost 22 dollars, and we got 2 bags of Kit Kats, Twizzlers and Hershey Kisses, and 3 candy bars

Chocolate World is a wonderful fun and even educational place. We did the build your own chocolate bar and had a great time picking our choices and designing our wrapper. The highlight for us was the history of hershey tour. Its a trolley ride around Hershey with a lively host that givrs you chocolate treats while you are told of Mr. Hershey and his humanitarian efforts. Worth the trip

No strollers allowed. There's no notice anywhere until you get to the entrance. Would be nice to have a notice at the gate or at parking before you bring all your stuff inside. Now I'm carrying 20 pounds around for the whole tour.

Huge selection of candy & merchandise. The free tour is fun for the kids. The 4D movie is also a highlight. We didn t get a chance to do the make your own candy because the tickets were sold out. If you want to do that, buy your tickets online ahead of time, although it s very pricey.

It is awesome. With Temperature check and wearing mask, getting in was very smooth and easy. Everyone was respecting Social Distancing and having to wear mask wasn't a problem. It was so awesome and im so proud of how Hershey is handling everything safely. Big Awesomesauce Hershey!!!! Much Love Always

We did the design your own candy bar and it was so fun! If less people were allowed into each room, it would feel less crowded (but I understand trying to fit the largest volume into the tour). My bar was delicious, but I wish there were more add-ins, like caramel!

This place is flat out AMAZING, I wouldn't come here all the time though because the more time you come, the more bored you get doing the same thing, eating choclate, going on the tour which would say the same thing the tour would say the last time you came here, and buying stuff.

There's a huge gift shop, a "make your own chocolate" area, a 4D movie, and a small ride that teaches you how they make Hershey's chocolate. I've had some good laughs with my family on the ride. You can buy a photo as a souvenir after the ride too. They even give out a small bar of Hershey's chocolate after the ride. I go to this place everytime I go to Hersheypark with my family. We always have so much fun at Hersheypark, too. It's definitely worth it to buy a season pass, but Chocolate World's small ride is completely free. Hersheypark is the theme park I've went to the most. Chocolate world is definitely a nice addition to the park, and it's not too far from the entrance. I love Chocolate World!

Always fun taking grandchildren even though we've visited countless times. We purchased the photo package and enjoy being able to access our photos online. We always appreciate the free mini chocolate bar at the end of the tour ride and the history printed on the walls.
