It s a great place to have fun with family. We enjoyed all the activities there and best of all the activities, factory tour is unique in itself and provide a great experience. My daughter likes the chocolate making activity very exciting.
Very exciting and smells great!! I will definitely be coming back!!!
My sons most favorite place on earth. He have gone at least 4 times in the last 2 years. Worth the drive to go to. I would recommend going not in the summer as there are way to many people. The fall and winter it's almost empty. Lots to do and buy.
It was great! Wait times weren't too bad and and the app was a great help!
Made my own chocolate bar, enjoyed the trolley ride an much much more.
Very organized and fun place to visit. You need reservations right now but they are free.
Great choclate. Great learning experience for kids.
The free tour is great and even ends with free chocolate. The Hershey's paraphernalia is actually on the pricer side which was pretty disappointing. And the chocolate prices are ok at best here. But definitely worth stopping by in the area.
Hershey.
Chocolate.
World....... Smile!
The Chocolate ride has seen updates and is still a fun ride. The store and food courts are wonderful now. There are plenty of options and reasonable price options. Parking is free for less than 4 hour visit. To do all that there is for a family to do, is rather expensive.
Great for kids. Not really geared for adults. The tour to see the real factory closed to the public in 1973. The Hershey hotel is beautiful . Nice place to have drinks with great views on patio at Trevi 5 restaurant.
It was a fun experience. Very busy, but the staff did an excellent job in keeping things moving along without you felling rushed. Tons of cashiers so you are not waiting long to check out. The 4D movie was pleasantly entertaining and interactive. The tour was a bit of a want to start, but was interesting and kept everyone's attention the line also offered up fun little tidbits about Hershey.
I had high hopes for our first Hershey's Chocolate World experience. The place itself was great, we tried to fit in as many experiences as possible, and bought over $150 in merchandise and treats besides! One item was a 1000 piece puzzle. We brought it home and had it put together in a day and a half--sadly 2 pieces were missing. There are no children or pets at my house, we looked everywhere, but with no luck. The pieces are side by side, which would be quite the coincidence if they had both been lost. I called customer service and was directed to a different area, where I could only leave a message. I also emailed, and responded to a 'how was our service' survey. After 3 weeks, I still haven't been contacted to resolve this...then yesterday the paint on a Hershey glass I bought there peeled off after washing--right where the price sticker had been. Needless to say, I am pretty disappointed in a company with such a great reputation selling me such poor items. We will not go back, and discourage others from purchasing any items there.
This place is heaven on earth for a chocolate lover. They also have a trolley tour that is very worthwhile.
Go to the bakery in chocolate world, you will not regret it.
Loved the place. Visited couple of times with family. It is always a nice trip to go there. Free ride event is available and some other activities are not free.
Free entertainment! Can't go wrong with that. Take your family and enjoy.
This place is awesome. Great gift shop and cool facts about the Hershey family.
In absolute love with this place! It is not included in the amusement park fee. It has four to five activities like make your own chocolate which are priced individually. There are package deals as well. This also includes the shopping outlet for kids and adults to go wild and buy the largest Hershey bar or a huge mold of Hershey kisses :)
Nice indoor place to visit during winters with kids.
Good to arrive by 11AM if you are looking to spend time until early evening.
If you are looking to save some bucks, do not go to 'Chocolate Tasting' if you have a dislike for dark chocolates as it is equal in number. Kids below 5 may not really enjoy it.
The food court has good food and variety even if you are a vegetarian.
I went in August during the pandemic and they did a great job of keeping the amount of people inside to a minimum. They took your temperature before you go in and you need to have a timed pass to enter that you can get for free on their website. I love Hershey and I applaud them for all of their hard work in keeping us safe
Chocolate tour and lots of candy for sale. What s not to like.
Paid items are expensive.
Kids love chocolate so this place was surely heaven but shockingly even retail chocolate is not priced well. I can understand if there are novelty items but bagged and retail bars were still expensive.
They have a movie and a ride and make your own candy bar tickets which are around $33 with a meal plan. Again for a small place that's expensive and the meal options are not healthy at all and are expensive and a money making scheme.
Kids will like it for sure, movie was good and candy bar making was interesting Judy not worth the money!

Been here many times. It keeps getting better and better. My family and I never tire of the festivities. Summertime and wintertime are always special. Happy new year Hershey!!!
Its always packed with tourists and it is so difficult to navigate through the clumps of people to get where you need to go.
My friend and family love to go here so it's always one of the first stop whenever I have people visiting from out of town.
Truly the best chocolate. Great trip for anyone. Free tour and chocolate tastings. Lots of other things to do that cost a little. Smores were incredible and the milkshakes are to die for.
A great experience for everyone. The staff were super friendly.
The little tour through the "tunnel of chocolate" is amusing, but the whole operation is mainly a huge effort to sell candy and Hershey branded junk.
All day activities the tour through the factory and all the activities is to stay all day. The food is 3 of 5 not what I expect for a place full of kids.
The employees were very Friendly and the Candy Shop was unbelievable. I've never seen so much candy in one place. Wow
Had a great time here yesterday. Didn't take the tour if the city, but got to see a chocolate bar get made, a cute 4D show, and attended a chocolate tasting. Some of the employees were a little blah, but everyone was polite.
Chocolate lovers paradise! So much chocolate to choose from. They offer your standard Hershey products with some amazing twists on the standards too. I've never seen so many different varieties of Kisses. There's also a food court, offering soup, sandwiches, etc, with several varieties of sweets available too, like 'Smores! And don't forget the Chocolate tour...a fun little history of Hershey and the chocolate making process. With all the chocolate you can buy...and the Hershey merchandise too, you're bound to find something you'll like.
Awesome place. best employees ever. Chocolate is mmmmm good.
Terrible. You pay for all day dining and drinks but it's so limited in where and when you can use these options on top of having so many people in the park. 40 minutes to get food on top of 20 minutes to get a drink. Was not worth the money or time. Staff is rude in the park but outside of the park the staff are a lot nicer. I would not reccomend this to any family. Not a great place when they allow more people on the park than the park can actually handle. First and last time here. Soooooo disappointed.
Very nice, spent several hours there. Took the chocolate tour, watched 4D movie, made our own chocolate bars, purchased oversized candy as souvenir for family back home. Will definitely come again
My oh My, lots of candy. Great place to visit while going to concert. Free parking for first 3 hours.
Great place for all ages. We got the full tour package. The chocolate tasting was a new learning experience and making our own custom bar was fun.
Get there early. If you don't have kids, go mud week and take the city history trolly ride and learn about the man that changed lives and had a heart of gold for kids.
Loved the experience, wish it was a little more hands on!
Fun, especially for kids under 12. Adults will find the "factory" tour and 4D theater to be a little cheesy thought the town trolley tour is interesting and fun. If you come to Hershey, you should at least check out the free stuff here.
Amazing experience if you are a chocolate lover...!!!
Chocolate heaven and lots of fun activities to do! Awesome ride tour of how it's made too.
Got there 10pm. I was still able to make my own chocolate bar and go on a mini tour.
Been coming here since I was little. Magic to my little kids. Great for families. Come at opening. It gets very busy.
We went with our 2 year old, and we really enjoyed it! Lil guy loved the cows in the free tour.
Good place to get fresh chocolate. It taste fresher there than when you buy it from a gas station. You can go on a kid themed tour of how chocolate bars are made.
Very fun park indeed! The food is great everywhere you go. The workers are happy and respectful and the rides are just plainly FUN! Took my wife here for the first time and she had a blast! We would definitely recommend this park for couples and families. Hope this helps!
Fun activities and cool merchandise, but the food is so-so.
Second year the family and I have visited. Always have fun. The only real complaint I could have is some food areas seem understaffed which makes getting grub ungodly slow. It would also be nice if there was some kind of shade while waiting in line for rides especially for the kids rids. Other then that we have enjoyed all the rides and atmosphere, and the kido loves the water park portion.
The "tour" ride was very good. Long lines were handled the best way I've ever seen. The candy store was unbelievable! Never seen so much candy anywhere.
Amazing place to cool off in the winter time. I came here in the winter and I was satisfied to have hot air coming to me. I also came here to do the 4d ride which was very cool. I wouldnt give it a 5 star only because it has lots big prices and other little perks that kind of make the wholesome.
Pricey but what do you expect. Make sure you make your self a limit before you enter lol for 2 adults 1 2 year so she didn't count. We played 65 for 3 events my daughter loved making her own chocolate bar so I recommend that for sure the chocolate tasting was very educational but not for a 2 yr to sit still and the 4D movie was good. We went on a Monday so wasn't horrible busy but still pretty busy food quality was eh we got two pizza and cheese bread 1 drink 27 bucks and food was very bland cheese bread was yummy though. The shopping is like everywhere so it felt weird walking everywhere with stuff in our hand everywhere but we got like 5 bags of candy for 20 bucks wasn't to bad.
Love the new masks. We were looking for them last time we came. Great safety measures in place and keeping the crowds down.
This place was awesome. And service is fabulous. We missed an event and they scheduled fpr a different time right away.
We just toke a end of the year field trip there and ot was lots of fun :D
Tourist trap for the little tour. Very cheasy explanation of the chocolate making. Expensive money trap. The chocolate selection was good. Its more a place for kids. The rollercoasters would of been better for spending time for adults.
Hershey World was great! I would totally visit again. One would think that this place would be boring or a gimmick, but there is actually a lot of to do and learn, specifically about Hershey himself. The trolley ride tour guide gave a lot of info about the city, the life Hershey and his philanthropic legacy. The taste testing experience was just OK, but the kids liked it and if u get a package ticket, it is all a well-priced. The 'Make your own Hershey bar' was well worth it for the experience, the process, and keepsake tin. Their food court is diverse and yummy! We got a pulled pork sandwich and mac N cheese, prices don't gouge, and the portions are quite large. The 4D movie is geared towards young children, just ignore the cheesiness if you're a parent. The store is actually very reasonably priced and you will find lots of products not likely sold in your area.
I just really appreciated that this park didn't seem to charge outageous amounts and was quite fun.
The entrance to is free. 2 hours free parking. Good aventure. For free.
Busy, busy, busy! The line to check out at this place will seem off-putting, but stick with it, they have a pretty good system in place to get a lot of people through quickly. If you have time, it is worth budgeting time and money to go to one of their 4D movies. They ar very cute and interactive, and especially great for small kids!
