It was fun. Great place to take kids. There is a tour that it nice, but when information was being given, it was interrupted. There is a lot of candy for sale. The one thing that I didn't like was how overpriced things were.

It was pretty nice wish the merchandise was spaced out more for people to move throughout easier.
The prices are pretty expensive.
I mean there was a shot glass sized candle that smelled like chocolate but it was $8 not including tax.
I mean dang.
I got a taller sized candle for $7 at Ross's in State college and that was their price after cutting down the original price.

Stuff to do, a food court too. Try making a custom chocolate bar and watch it on an assembly line. They have a huge candy shop with Hershey's products, and a baked goods area that uses Hershey's ingredients. A place to visit at least once.

Great for kids, given all sorts of chocolates. "Chocolate tour" and "Create your own candy bar" were interesting. If you live within 30-45 min away, it's definitely worth going with small kids. I personally didn't find it worth it for my 2.5 hrs drive. Food was terrible for the price they charge.

Hershey and their staff are doing an amazing job at keeping the park open and at its cleanest! Best decision to bring my family during these crazy times, some fun and churros make it all better

Bathroom cleanliness makes me rate everything down. Great place. Lots going on but in and out of the park area. Bathrooms are not up to standard. Hope they do better in the factory where the food is handled.

We appreciated the timed visits for controlling the crowds for the tour and the dots along the way in the line, but once we entered the store, all precautions and reinforcement of the social distancing went out the window. The candy section was so crowded and many people didn t have the masks covering their noses. The line was extremely long and people were on top of each other. No marks on the floor as a guide, no one reinforcing the spacing. We left without buying anything. The employee we spoke with said there is only so much we can do . I recommend more employees in the store reinforcing and guiding people like you had on the tour. We won t be back during covid. I can t even imagine how the park is!

A great little place to become a kid again. This attraction is open year-round and has an excellent free tour of chocolate. It also has a make your own candy bar Workshop, a chocolate palette tasting, and the trolley works that gives you a tour of historic Hershey. No matter the time of the year the Landscaping was always beautiful and there is a central Atrium with the cacao trees and plenty of goodies and exclusive items that you can only find directly at her she's definitely worth the trip with or without children.

Everything your chocolate heart could desire.

Everything your chocolate heart could desire.
Not like it was in years past though. No better prices or unique chocolate products you can't get in a store.
All clothing, hats, and plushes made in China.

Who doesn't love chocolate?!?! The smell of chocolate on the ride makes you want to buy. We go every year at Christmas. We do the chocolate tour then see the lights on the trolley. Good times!

Great place to take a family and have a fun time. If you have not been there for a few years you might want to plan a trip. The whole place has changed, there new places to eat, the chocolate tour has also been updated. The place can get really busy, I recommend to get there just before they open or just after they open.

This is a fun place to visit. The free your is a little weird and simple, but you get free chocolate at the end. The make your own chocolate bar is an interesting novelty, and the tasting experience is informative with yumm chocolate. The trolley tour was the real highlight, the info given is great. I never knew Hershey is run for the benefit of a school for underprivileged kids, sounds like they do amazing things, really good. Prices for chocolates are much the same as shoos, prices for experiences aren't cheap, but they're not too expensive either. Good time really.

Fantastic place, highly recommended.

Fantastic place, highly recommended.
The visitor center offers several activities, and the line was not too long. We liked the one where you can make your own bar.
Parking is widely available and there is no need for long walking.
Definitely worth the visit for kids and adults, fun and tasty place.
There is also a gift shop there, where you can obviously find all kinds of Hershey's products.

The overall experience was ok. Had a very bad experience with on of the rides. It was the "Skyrush"... I got snapped forward, the lap restraint tighten up across my thighs, was in pain from the ride, my husband had to help me out the chair. The staff that running the didn't even blink an eye and just wanted me out way. Even other people were saying something about it. They didn't even care. Thank goodness that I am in good shape and workout a lot. Just had deep muscle bruising.

Great first time experience, huge candy shop but they lack in international candy, would be nice to try a kit kat flavor from Japan that we cant get here... some options were sold out such as the massive chocolate bar I mainly came to purchase. It was nice having free things to do such as the chocolate tour. Some attractions are highly priced but it's a great experience. Food court pricing was very good, not expensive and fresh tasty food.

Had a wonderful time on the tour. The kids recognized the Chocolate syrup we use at home. And they each called out their favorite candy bars as we saw them being made. Wonderful memories, thanks Hershey.

Kids had a good time, the trolley ride was interesting and funny. You get a few chocolate samples during ride. Of course older kids wanted to go next door to the park. Food was overpriced as in all other avenues of this type. You'd think chocolate was cheaper since they make it right there. B +

Wonderful place to get out of the heat in the summer. The chocolate factory ride is fun, they update it every so often, not sure exactly how often. They have tons of chocolate and other Hershey products for sale. Try to go during the week or during another "off time" to avoid crowds.

Amazing amusement park for children and even adults! The new shop and mini museum at the entrance had a lot of different Hershey's candies that you usually don't see at stores. The roller coasters were really fun, had a lot of rides for children too! Plus the water park was included in the park with regular tickets unlike Six Flags NJ.

Good place for family vacation and creating memories. My kids had a blast. It has been two months but they are still talking about it. The customized chocolate and varieties of Hershey bars are main talking subjects among their friends.

Stayed over an hour in line to get a tour of the chocolate making process. Definitely not worth it. They also take 2 pictures of you during the tour and try to sell it to you at the end for ridiculous prices... (They weren't even that good.) Almost always crowded so you'll always have to wait around and it's nothing exceptional.
