Fun place. You can spend a fortune or have fun waiting out the rain for free.
It was a pleasant visit during Covid-19 regulations.
Really fun, clean store. I did try the kit kat cheesecake & a cookie. The cheesecake wasn't great, but the cookie was delicious.
It's amazing place...full of chocolate Kids must be happy visiting this place. It's very entertaining
Chocolate making experience is definitely worth a try.. chocolate tasting was not worth the time and $$ ... try doing other tours instead..
Otherwise a great facility for Hershey's, Reese's, Kisses and M&M fans !
I like the rides and great choco
late
We had a fantastic time participating in all the different activities. A wonderful family environment. We actually enjoyed it more than our day at the amusement park.
A lot fun you can do here, chocolate word tour is free,
What a disappointment!!!
We actually mapped our 9.5hr drive home around visiting this place. What were we thinking?
Overpriced and crowded. If you are expecting to get deals on Hershey chocolate products you are wasting your time. I found that Wal-Mart had larger chocolate bars for much less.
This place is a total money grab.
It was amazing fun rides long likes but well worth it!
If you love Chocolate, then you must visit here-I have been here numerous times before, and it's always a tasty delight! MMMMMMmmmmmm!
The small ride for the chocolate making process is good but the 4d show is just for the kids only and it should not be that much pricey. The food court has good selection but again the ice cream is over priced just because you are eating inside chocolate World. The parking price is lot if you cross 3 hours. Overall it's a fun zone but pricey.
They have updated thier chocolate tour ride. It is no more modern..
This is a fun little side venture, but the free tour is just a quick ride around a moving theater. It entertained the little kids. The main focus is a massive store that specializes in self-promotion. Free parking. Free short tour. Lots of pay for options for other activities.
If you are a chocolate lover this is the best place to go. Open year round.
Didn't practice social distancing. Most had mask hanging or basically off. Employees did not enforce the rules. Other than that always love chocolate world
Had the greatest time with my grandkids. Can't wait to go back.
Always good! Clothing is a bit pricey, but otherwise nice to shop there.
Good fun for kids.. Tour of the factory is free but other activities you need tickets. Factory tour is for 10 mins with no 'real' chocolate making in display.. Might be difficult for people with wheelchair to get into the moving car. 4D movie was good and milkshakes are really great. Tried their dark chocolate milkshake and it was really great.
We had a blast. If you don't do rides but want to experience Hershey this is the place to go.
it's all in the name chocolate, chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate
Rafe on the how chocolate is a made, made the ride for me. He was extremely nice and courteous.
Ps. Bring back the macadamia nut kisses
The place has everything chocolate. I love coming here.
most people weren't wearing masks & weren't corrected
Fun place. Making your own chocolate bar was our favorite.
Make your own chocolate bar was so cool! The rides were awesome. Food staff were very unhappy.
Nice but had to park all the way in the back. 3/4 mile walk to entrance.
Went on the tour and had a milkshake. Tour was a weird cart ride that just showed a bunch of fake plastic things that described the process but wasn't a real tour.
Milkshake wasn't very good, tossed them before finishing.
They did have a wide variety of their products available though.
I guess I was expecting way too much. This park was dirty and almost every employee there had a frown on their face and the customer service was just plain awful. When we asked one lady at a concessions stand if they had ice she responded with an attitude. 2 different food courts were dirty and soda machines weren't even working. A total waste of money. The only good thing was the zoo inside the park.
Always a good time!look forward to going again and again!!!
The all family including four kids went to the Hershey s chocolate world and the experience was great. The kids were super happy and enjoyed the unique experience of making your own chocolate bar including designing the package, going through the complete automated and robotic process. Highly recommended to go with the complete family!
Never gets old.. As with any visit to Hershey, a visit to Chocolate world is a must. Located very close to the Hershey Lodge and Hotel there is a lot to do. This time around we decided to take the Hershey Tour, watch the 4D movie, and create your own candy bar. While some may think the prices a little expensive, we didn't. After all, where else can you make your own candy bar. There is plenty of parking, the bathrooms were immaculate and eating area was very clean. We visited Chocolate World on Sunday morning and it was pretty empty, so it felt like we had the place all to ourselves. By the way, the loaded baked potatoes are delicious.
Fun place to go and see. Also the history is very amazing. Mr. Hershey was a very special Man.
Always fun to tour and pickup some Hershey treats. They are doing a great job with reopening safety as well. Just need to reserve your free timed entry pass online and then you're good to go.
We had a very fun day here. Information about Hershey was interesting.
Great place to stock up on candy goods. The food court needs better options and food for the money
Always fun to visit Hershey's Chocolate World. The new location is larger and easier to navigate inside, but I really miss the great outside and location of the old NYC store.
Great for the kids. They will love it, and from what I remember its free. Luckily Hershey Park is right next store for the grownups.
It is a very wonderful place old young whatever wonderful atmosphere huge candy bars different varieties very wonderful experience so far we are having a ball and the staff is so helpful for anything that you have a question on.
If you re ever near Hershey PA be sure to stop here! Such a cool experience and delicious.
It's okay for small children I didn't feel like anything on the shelf is any fresher than anywhere else That's some people say
My family and I had a great experience at the Hershey factory tour. It was a day well spent. I recommend it as a stop if traveling, great day trip activity.
Fun for a day trip but the make your own choate bar thing kinda sticks if you dont like milk chocolate I dont recommend you do it your bace is the chocolate you chose but its gets filled with milk chocolate I personal cant eat milk chocolate because it makes me feel sick to easily and it's like a 2 pound bar kidna disappointed in that but the rest is AWSOME
We had a great time visiting here! Enjoyed the tour and shops!
We loved riding in the tour and a added bonus was the free small candy bar at the end.
This place was great. Go on a weekday to avoid crowds on weekends, thats what I did. Social Distancing was easy. A little disappointed in the food area as not alot to eat. The 4D movie was fun, more for kids. The trolley tour, I highly recommend. Very informative and our tour guide was great. Create your own candy bar was fun but, needs more options.
Overall its a great place.
cool place. mostly just a huge gift shop with a ride that shows you how chocolate is made.
Love the chocolate tour because it's free and you get to see how Hershey chocolate is made which is very interesting.I also love the end of the tour when u get a piece of chocolate for free.
Their food is not very good but the 4D movie was not bad
If you are in the state of Pensilvania and you like chocolate. Please just go to Hershey Park.
The park has a lot of cool stuff like a ride that takes you through the process of creating a Hershey chocolate bar or a "make your own chocolate bar" activity where you guessed it, you make your own chocolate bar.
Going into the park is 100% free along with the ride I mentioned but other attractions come at a reasonable price.
I have some pictures of the park if you're interested but I really do recommend you come see the park.
It was amazing except the chips they give you with the meal was disgusting and the sandwich was rock solid
Great amusement park, lots of rides for different age groups, anyone can have fun here.
What an awesome place. If you have a sweet tooth, it's the place to be.
AWESOME!! EXPERIENCE every thing you would want from an amusement park. noticeable protection from the sun on a 100 degree day .the Only downfall we could find .... and it was hard to find ... Is a lot of hills Great time for whole family old and young . It Really is the sweetest place on earth
Wow Extremely busy place couldn't move an inch too fast. .lots of people actually too many for safety in my book. but love the smell of chocolate
This is the place, kids should be there atleast once in a life time, awesome and clean experience!
I got kicked out of this place for falling in the chocolate river. Whatever. No one told me I couldn't reach into it with my bare hand and taste it. Then these little guys run out of the walls and start singing some iron maiden tune. Picked me up and kicked me out. Chocolate is good tho
Fun rides but always really crowded though lines move faster then most other parks
Ummmmh. Only thing we missed was the educational experience this time but understood that it was not possible with covid.
